This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

Industrial manipulator has become an important and indispensable part of the modern industrial production, This paper studies the industrial manipulator control system based on programmable controller, This paper mainly introduces the software design of PLC control system, analyzes the various modules of the composition manipulator control system , Adopt Mitsubishi PLC design of manipulator system was put forward, the function and the control method of Mitsubishi PLC was studied; Experimental results show that the manipulator can eventually exercise according to the requirements of the control program ,and implement the monitoring system of this manipulator intuitive image observation, reached the design purpose and the requirements of this paper.

This article takes the natural gas hot-dip galvanizing kiln as the research object, designing a set of networked control system based on PROFIBUS, introducing the combustion system design of the natural gas kiln and the general structure of control system, and developing PLC control program and human-computer interface of the upper computer, and realizing network monitoring. It has been found that the stably running system provides powerful tools for product quality control and optimal operation management.

In order to improve the sealing quality and reduce the labor intensity of people, the stepping motors have been adopted in the salver mechanical transmission part and sealing part of the original sealing machine. In the paper, salver feeding and control system of sealing machine have been designed. The results have been obtained such as control principle diagram of the control system, equivalent circuit diagram and outer wiring diagram of PLC and PLC control program. It can realize the automatic control of the sealing machine. Improved sealing machine has the characteristic of simple mechanical transmission parts, advanced control system, small human error, low fault rate and easy operation.

In order to satisfy the needs of pig breeding, an intelligent feeding control system based on S7 1200PLC is designed in this paper. The design scheme selects Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the main controller and MCGS TPC7062TI touch screen as the man-machine interface. The article has carried on the electrical design, including I/O address allocation, the main circuit design, the control circuit design and so on, and has written the PLC control program in the debugging mode and the operation mode, finally has designed the man-machine interface to realize the configuration of the system using MCGS. After the actual operation, the system runs stably, safely and reliably, has achieved the expected goal, and has a certain prospect of popularization and application.

Based on the magnetic seed-metering principle, a new magnetic plate-type precision seeder and seeding production line were developed to meet the requirements of precision seeding. The control system was designed based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Mico Controller Unit (MCU). Automatic programming techniques, sensor technology, acceleration and deceleration control of step motor were integrated into the system. The PLC control system controls the workflow of the production line to realize accurate positioning of the tray and its coordination. The MCU control system controls the flip of the sowing board, as well as the up-and-down movement of the seed case for whole tray seed-filling and sowing. Seeding tests for the magnetic powder coated rape seeds showed that the rates of single-seeding, over-seeding and miss-seeding were 90.2778%, 4.6875% and 5.0347% respectively. The seeding speed was up to 14s per tray. This result meets the requirements of precision seeding.

A multifunctional control system on diamond drill laser welding machine was designed. The system mainly contains Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller and Wei Lun touch-screen interface. It could weld drills of different matrix diameter (Φ20mm-Φ250mm), different segment arc length and segment number automatically. And the utilization of the beam reached 95%. When the system has break down, it will give out alarm signal and make some initial fault diagnosis to handle this problem.

Programmable logic controller (PLC) is a microprocessor used to automate industry processes such as controlling a factory's engine. As a candidate in electrical engineering degree must be able to assemble and arrange PLC control program so that later can compete in industrial world. Therefore PLC is one of the compulsory courses that must be pursued. But in learning PLC encountered obstacles that students feel less interested in learning that they need to understand the language of logic, and require them to assemble the series of automation with inadequate equipment, so we think Simulation learning method is a learning method can improve the students' understanding of the situation or problem better. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of simulation learning method on students with high and low creativity level in PLC learning. The method used in this research is an experimental method. Result of this study is simulation learning method can improve learning result of PLC, but not maximal. PLC learning requires real work practices so as to provide accurate knowledge to every student.Based on these conclusions, the suggestion in PLC learning can use a learning method that uses work practices as a learning tool of PLC

A new magnetic plate-type precision seeding production line and its control system were designed based on the magnetic seed-metering principle. The control system is consisted of DVP-40ES Programmable Logic Controller and LJD-51-XB+ Mico Controller Unit. The PLC control system controls the working flow of the production line. The MCU control system controls turnover movement of the sowing board and up-and-down movement of the seed case for whole tray seed-filling and sowing. Seeding tests for the magnetic powder coated rape seeds showed that the rate of single-seeding, over-seeding and miss-seeding were 90.2778%, 4.6875% and 5.0347% respectively. The seeding speed was 257 trays per hour, an average of each tray with 14s. It meets the requirements of precision seeding. The system design is reasonable and reliable.
