The Tokyo Metropolitan Government established “Seaside park plan” and “Tokyo municipal seaside park ordinance.” The Tokyo Metropolitan Government considers that the conservation of seaside, riverside and urban parks make the creation of places where residents of Tokyo can come in contact with nature. However, it seems that the planning and construction of those parks have been carried out by the administration from one-side view. The waterfront parks are public and have been used by many people. As there have been no data what components of parks are important for users of parks, eight seaside parks called waterfront parks were watched, degrees of satisfactory of eighty two residents who live in metropolitan area about components of parks were surveyed, and degrees of concern about components of the parks have been obtained by conjoint analysis. Those waterfront parks are located at Odaiba near Tokyo Bay. Here, the components of parks are as follows; 1) Hydrophile, 2) Rest area, 3) Public transport and location, 4) Recreational facilities, 5) Scenery and appearance, 6) Maintenance, 7) Monuments, and 8) Openness. The following main results have been obtained from the research. : a) Both female and male consider scenery and appearance, and hydrophile are important. b) Rest area is the least important than other components to those in their 20's, but important to those in their 30's, 40's and 60's. c) Public transport and location are least important for teens, but important to all age groups. d) Those in their 50's found 1) Hydrophile, 3) Public transport and location, and 5) Scenery and appearance are important. If there is an incomplete answer in response, we can utilize the data effectively by using the proposed method.

This study examines the democratic impact of ordinary political conversation by tackling two interrelated research questions: (1) Does private conversation lead to more public opinion expression? (2) Is discord a necessary condition for conversation to exert its impact? Analysis of a survey conducted in Hong Kong shows that people who talk to family and friends about public affairs more frequently are more likely to engage in online political chats with strangers, to express a minority opinion, and to vote. However, the impact of conversation does not apply to every context of public opinion expression. There is also no robust evidence showing that the impact exists only among people who perceive differences in opinions in their social networks.

The Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) could be one of the generation technology options to fulfill the mandate of Government Regulation No. 79 of 2014 which targeted the New Renewable Energy (NRE) portion in the national energy mix amounted to 23% by 2025 and 31% by 2050, while the realization of NRE until year 2019 is 12,6%. Any implementation of a new project or industry will have an impact on both national and region economy, and NPP project is no exception. This study aims to analyze the impact of nuclear power plant development on the national economy sector. The economic parameters analyzed in this study focused on gross domestic product (GDP) and employment. The analysis was done by using Input Output model with EMPOWER(An Extended Input-Output Model for Impact Assessment of Nuclear Power Plants) model released by IAEA as a tool. Construction period for 2 units of NPP 1000 MWe is assumed 10 years including site preparation. The results of the analysis showed that NPP construction has a significant impact on GDP and employment absorption. Each of module (A, AB, ABC and ABCD) had an impact of GDP increase of 0.021%, 0.033%, 0.040% and 0.040% respectively when compared to the GDP gained without any NPP construction. As for the amount of employment creation in module A, AB, ABC and ABCD respectively equal to 66,083, 107,693,86,081 and 85,449.It is can be concluded that according to the analysis provided by the EMPOWER, the construction of a NPP has positive impacts on the national economy.
