This paper focuses primarily on the role of Email marketing and E-commerce. Email marketing is one of the most modern means and marketing methods in the world. The modern information and communication technologies also facilitate the circulation and sending of electronic messages with the highest quality and accuracy. In addition, Email marketing campaigns help to increase the sale of products in electronic shops and to target customers efficiently and legally. However, despite the benefits of Email marketing, there are also many negatives that constitute a real obstacle to promotion and marketing via this messaging system. This study focuses on discussing the most important advantages and disadvantages of Email marketing and analyzing the success factors of this marketing by avoiding these disadvantages and benefiting all these advantages.

The world has experienced an unprecedented growth in information and communication technologies (ICT) through the widespread use of personal computers, Internet, and mobile phones. The objectives of this chapter are to examine trends in ICT use in agriculture, identify key success factors for ICT utilization in agriculture, and investigate the implications of ICT-enabled value chains for the agribusiness industry. The chapter describes the strategic role of ICT in the development of both e-commerce and mobile commerce in agriculture globally. The chapter identifies the leading areas of ICT use in agriculture and agribusinesses as input procurement, production, marketing, food traceability, and financial service delivery. Producers are increasingly seeking ways to add value to their businesses by integrating ICT in the value chain. Similarly, consumers are becoming more knowledgeable about how they could use ICT to articulate their preferences. The chapter discusses key success factors for ICT applications affecting both the internal and external environment of agribusiness firms. The chapter concludes by drawing implications for ICT use in agriculture and agribusiness value chains.

The article is devoted to an overview of the development and state of the digital economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the world as a whole. In particular, the role of information and communication technologies in enhancing the economic growth of countries and facilitating access to public services is being examined. The main components that stimulate the development of the country’s digital economy (investments in information and communication technologies and their development, digital infrastructure, e-government) are revealed. When studying the material, the methods of analysis, observation, grouping, comparison of world experience in the development of information and communication technologies, and the digitization of the economy were used. A review of the main world ratings that are significant in the development of the digital economy is carried out and the place of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the ratings is revealed, a growth trend is noted. The analysis of the prospects of digital technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out, the special role of the documents issued by the government on the development of the digital economy, as well as the organizations created that allow making innovative proposals, is noted. Based on the results of the study of the material, recommendations were made for improving the state of the digital economy in the country and in the world as a whole. These recommendations are also reflected in the regulatory documents on regulating the digitalization of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

<p>Arabic and Islamic Studies are very wide to be covered extensively within the confines of classroom lessons. These confines can be broadening to cover all areas of the subjects using modern information and communication technologies to meet and stimulate the interest, appreciation and curiosities of students. This paper, therefore, intends to investigate the overall effects of ICT in the teaching/learning of Arabic and Islamic Studies for the 21st century in Nigeria. It, also, investigates the role of ICT in the teaching/learning of the two subjects and the challenges facing the teachers of the subjects. The ICT resources for teaching/learning of the subjects would also be examined. The methodology employed in this study was derived from books, journals, archives, newspapers, reports, internet and the Holy Qur’an. The paper emphasizes the importance of making schools conducive for learning and one major factor that contributes to learning process is the use of ICT. It, also, revealed that, ICT is used as a teaching aid possibly in the demonstration and discussion processes. The paper recommended that it is significantly important for the Arabic and Islamic studies teachers to understand the skills and knowledge required in the ICT era. Also, priorities for future development and acquiring of ICT knowledge is essential to Arabic and Islamic Studies teachers so as to be able to apply ICT knowledge where appropriate in their professional lives as educators, education analysts and school managers. While it concluded that the ICT has a lot of roles in the teaching/learning of Arabic and Islamic studies.</p>

The integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the learning processes, have radically transformed the content approach in educational programs, as well as a change of role in the actors; Students become more self-managing and teachers become guides or advisors in the generation of knowledge and skills. The objective of the work is to know in depth the representations of teachers on educational modalities supported by ICTs, what are the possible advantages and disadvantages, as well as some of their reflections on their implementation in the CUNorte. The approach to the object of study is carried out through a qualitative investigation of descriptive type, in which four units of analysis based on the theory of social representations are considered. The paper rescues the experience of how the role of the actors in the performance of their academic activities has been transformed with the implementation of educational modalities based on ICT.

This article analyzes the role of modern information technologies in the professional training of translators. The article also describes the main stages of the training of translators. The main stages are the following: a professionally oriented stage; analytical stage; synthesizing stage; correction stage. In addition, the text emphasizes the role of the usage of modern information technologies at each stage, as well as describes ways to use it. The main task of the first stage is the formation of motivating goals. The second stage is aimed at creating an understanding of the translation specifics. The third stage involves the process of translation using electronic dictionaries, translators and Internet resources. The last step in the work of an interpreter is to correct the translated text using available technological resources. The article also considers the main types of modern information and communication technologies used in the teaching of foreign languages and the possibility of their usage in the teaching of economic discourse translation: Wiki-technology (the technology of building), blog (service that allows you to keep a personal diary), broadcasting (original audio or video recordings of lectures), linguistic corpus (a system of texts in electronic form), as well as their didactic potential.
