Formation of the Knowledge Base of Benchmarking Research in HRM Using Information Technologies

Theoretical aspects and practical developments in the use of corporate knowledge management technologies are considered. The importance of knowledge management in the company's personnel management system is analyzed. The technology of benchmarking as a source of obtaining new corporate knowledge is highlighted and described. Special attention is paid to HR analytics processes. The use of benchmarking research as a tool for analyzing the field of personnel management is proposed. Approaches to the development of metrics for benchmarking in the field of personnel management of the organization are described. Based on the study of the practical experience of the use of benchmarking research by companies, the need for the organization of storage and effective dissemination of results has been established. Considering that at present corporate knowledge is becoming the most valuable internal product of the organization, the use of modern information technologies is proposed to expand access to corporate knowledge and solve the problems of decentralization of knowledge, duplication and loss of information for decision-making in the field of personnel management.

CRIMES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF ELECTRONIC PAYMENT MEANS: METHODS AND TRACE INFORMATION

The results of a forensic analysis of typical methods of committing crimes involving the use of electronic payment methods are presented. It is shown that the basis of this criminal activity are the methods of social engineering based on the application of the achievements of modern information and communication technologies, as well as on actions and approaches through which offenders gain unauthorized access to the personal data of the victim. Taking into account the study of the stages of the mechanism of the considered criminal acts, the sources of trace information are formulated, reflecting the processes of interaction of participants in a criminal event with each other and with the environment.

Analysis of the Application of Digital Agricultural Technology in the Development of Farm Economy

With the significant improvement of China's science and technology level, modern information technology promotes the development of all industries and fields, which realizes the efficient use of digital resources. Digital technology is a typical example. Therefore, the construction of the agricultural system should break the traditional farm economic form and attach importance to digital construction. This provides strong support for farm economic development. This paper aims to analyze the application of digital agricultural technology in the development of the farm economy, which provides a reference for relevant research.

FORMATION OF PRESCHOOLERS’ CREATIVITY BY MEANS OF MODERN GAME AND ART MATERIALS WITH MAGIC-EFFECT

The issue of preschool children’s creativity formation by means of game and art materials with magic-effect isconsidered in the paper.It has been found that, in the current conditions of globalization, the child starting from their first year is surrounded by an environment filled with various processes, problems, changes, and transformations. It highlights the need and importance of creativity formation starting from preschool age. The modern information society places high demands on the competence of the younger generation and actively influences its formation. The paper provides a brief analysis of the regulatory framework on this issue. It has been found that the Law of Ukraine on Preschool Education (2021), the Basic Component of Preschool Education (2021), complex and partial programs proclaim creativity formation as a key quality of personality starting from preschool childhood. It has been found that a number of Ukrainian scientists dedicate their scientific and pedagogical research to the essence of the categories ‘creativity,’ ‘older preschool children’s creativity.’The article identifies and characterizes the creative potential of the modern game and art material with magiceffect (light boards, markers, and luminous paints). Educators of preschool educational institutions are offered to use game methods and techniques with preschool children.
