This paper presents the result for different standard thickness values, and the result is performed by circularly polarized, Square patch antenna with a small frequency-ratio is proposed for mobile applications. The antenna has become a necessity for many applications in recent wireless communications such as Radar, Microwave and space communication. The proposed antenna design on different shapes and analyzed result in resonant frequency will be 8.2GHz. A single micro-strip feed-line is underneath the centre of the coupling aperture ground-plane. The frequency-ratio of the antenna can be controlled by adjusting the slot arm lengths. At 12GHz frequency and the tested result on IE3D SIMULATOR parameters are for X-axis -21.6mm to 21.6mm, Y-axis -21.6mm to 21.6. After that results are verified and simulated, S-Parameter = -25.34dB, Field Gain = 9.463dB, Directivity = 10.57dB, Efficiency for Antenna = 77.75% and VSWR = 0.97. All results shown are simulated.

A compact rectangular MS antenna for Ultra Wide Band applications is designed. In the proposed design the rectangular patch antenna designed with cutting a slot in ground of length and width 2.5mm and 3.0mm respectively at the back of feed line. By using the defective ground plane a wide BWof 9.782 GHz with frequency band 3.099 GHz to 12.278 GHz is achieved. The designed antenna with a compressed size of 30 mm x 30 mm is fabricated and tested. The antenna’s return loss and VSWR plots are presented here to confirm the complete UWB bands. Special configuration of patch antenna with slotted partial ground was designed and optimized using CST Microwave Studio.

In this paper,CPW fed Trapezoid shape patch antenna is analyzed and investigated for Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) application. The proposed antenna is fabricated on FR4 substrate having dimensions of 19mm ×21.2mm ×1.6mm. It resonates at 5.44 GHz frequency with peak return loss of 25.8 dB. The parametric study of proposed antenna is carried out to understand the effect of different values of ground plane on the impedance bandwidth, return loss of the antenna andalso to optimize the antenna parameters. The CPW-fed is used to enhance the bandwidth and to reduce the return loss of the antenna. The importance of different design parameters like current distribution, S-parameter, gain, and radiation pattern are studied. The results of the proposed antenna are useful for WLAN Application.

A high-gain microstrip patch-type WiMAX antenna operating at 3.5 GHz has been designed with a parasitic radiator and a raised ground plane. Antenna design has been carried out through extensive three-dimensional electromagnetic simulations. The patch antenna itself provides a realized gain of about 3.6 dB at 3.5 GHz. When a parasitic radiator is placed on top of the patch antenna, the gain increases from about 3.6 dB to about 7.4 dB. The raised ground plane further enhances the gain by about 1.5 dB. Hence the overall gain improvement is about 5.3 dB without the need of a radio-frequency amplifier.

A single-feed dual-band circularly polarized stacked microstrip patch antenna with a small-frequency ratio is presented. Two pair of orthogonal slits is cut on the lower circular patch for achieving circular polarization and truncated corner square patch is used as the upper parasitic element. The frequency ratio of the dual-band is 1.03. The 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth is 1.3% for the upper band and 1.1% for the lower band. Proposed structure is fabricated on the FR-4 epoxy substrate and fed by SMA connector. The measured results are in good agreement with the theoretical and simulated results. The antenna shows stable radiation characteristics in both bands of operation.
