The use of natural products has been a practice carried out by people throughout history to take care of their health and to alleviate a wide variety of ailments. The reasons for the use of natural medicine at this time, with so many advances in pharmacology, are varied, among which are the dissatisfaction of the immediate needs of people to feel better about themselves and the economic factor. It must be considered that not everything natural is good. Therefore, the products manufactured and distributed under the line of Natural Medicinal Products must go through a verification and certification process, ensuring that they contain sufficient information on their composition and effects to avoid the risks that they may bring to those who consume them. This research describes good practices in the manufacture of natural products and shows the establishment of a Quality Management System in the pharmaceutical industry in different countries of the world. Finally, the use of natural products in Costa Rica is detailed, certain aspects to establish a Quality Management System in the country, as well as its importance.

In this study, the ISO Quality Management System and the benefits of the standards of this system to the education sector are exemplified through two high schools. These standards are used in the first high school in the article which examines the benefits of ISO 9001 applications to educational institutions, but not in the other. The general purpose of the study is to explain the benefits and effects of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System standards to all ISO certified training institutions in the world. In the article, a comparative study has been carried out over 2 different high schools affiliated to the Ronaki Duhok Education Company and the compliance of the standards and the benefits are provided to the readers. According to the results of the analysis, it has been revealed with examples that ISO 9001: 2015 contributes to education institutions in many positive ways.

Subject. This article examines the concept, characterization, and the history of development of the knowledge economy and discusses the improvement of human resource (HR) processes in the quality management system of organizations. Objectives. The article aims to study the world knowledge economy practices and find the best ways to apply them in the Russian practice, taking into account national contexts. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, and modeling. Results. Analyzing the Russian knowledge management system, the article reveals its strengths and weaknesses and outlines ways to develop the knowledge economy in Russia. Conclusions. The Russian knowledge economy practice shows good results relative to the average world values and takes into account the peculiarities of domestic management, which help Russian organizations increase intellectual capital and improve the quality management system.

Recently, the evolvement of globalization era has been the global challenges that cannot be avoided either by private or government sectors, and they are requested to be survived encountering such the condition. The implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in the operational company is the way how to guarantee the quality of products or services offered to the people. One of the purposes of QMS implementation is to provide a prime satisfaction to the customers. The impact of QMS implementation is expected to increase job performance of the employees. Besides the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), the impact of global challenges has been increasing the competitive efforts to execute more effective production process. However, it has required manpower protection accordingly. This research aims to find out whether the implementation of quality management system and safety and healthy at work management system have impacted on the job performance of employees. Objects of this research are the employees in the production department at PT Guna Senaputra Sejahtera Plant 1 Bogor. Data analysis technique of this research has applied software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). PLS has estimated a model of correlation among the latent variables and correlation between latent variables and its indicators. Result of data processing has indicated that the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and system of safety and healthy at work have positively and significantly impacted job performance of employees.Keywords : Quality Management System (QMS), Safety and Healthy at Work System ( SHWS / SMK3), and Job Performance of Employees
