This study aimed to examine the effect of work-life balance and work motivation on job satisfaction. The literature review used to discuss the dynamics between variables is work-life balance, motivation and job satisfaction. The approach to this research is quantitative, and the number of respondents involved in this study was 212 people who filled out the survey through an online survey. We collect data during new normal situations. The data analysis technique in this study refers to the structural equation model. The results obtained show that all hypotheses are proven. In other words, this study has shown that work-life balance affects job satisfaction, then work motivation affects job satisfaction, and work-life balance can mediate work motivation on job satisfaction.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, the progress of science and technology is growing very rapidly. In the field of marketing, one of them is by increasingly advanced payment methods and sales promotions. Promotions and digital payments are also strategies to attract consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of digital payments and sales promotions on purchasing decisions for thirsty drinks. The population of this research is the consumers of the Haus drinks,  Binus branch in West Jakarta, and have made a purchase of Haus. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling technique with 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation model with SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that digital payments and sales promotions have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Partially digital payments and sales promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Binus branch of Haus drinks.

  Abstract: The sharia capital market in Indonesia has grown over the last five years. One of the members of the sharia capital market instrument is sharia shares. During the 2015-2020 period, the number of Islamic stock issuers continued to grow. The stock index is used by investors as a tool to choose stocks that suit their needs. IDX has issued three sharia stock indexes, and the most recent one is the JII70 index. A stock index is a collection of statistics about the price movement of a group of stocks that is evaluated periodically. One of the many factors that influence stock prices is the company's financial ratios. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial ratio factors such as Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) on the stock price of JII70 indexed companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of JII70 indexed company financial statements in the 2018-2020 period. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. This research uses panel data regression analysis method. The results of this study show a significant effect of the DER and EPS variables on stock prices, while the CR, TATO and ROE variables do not significantly affect stock prices.Keywords: Share Price, JII70, Financial Ratio, Panel Data Regression, Sharia Shares

This research will discuss about there is a influence between WOM, location, and atmosphere of the room to the purchase decision in the coffee shop room longing, given the number of visitors who come when there are many coffee shops in Cikarang. WOM that we know the communication from word of mouth is a communication process in the form of either individual or group recommendations on a product or a service aimed at providing personal information. The location in relation to marketing activities is a special and interesting place because the land can be used to shop a variety of needs.  There are several factors of atmospheric stores that could affect emotions, behaviors or purchasing decisions. These factors include exterior, layout and interior. The decision on the purchase of a product is influenced by many factors, aimed at fulfillment of needs and desires  Researchers will use the entire coffee shop visitors as a population and will use 50 people as respondents, to collect data so that researchers will spread the questionnaire against visitors and then the data will be researchers using linear regression analysis techniques

Abstract: The rapid development of technology has shifted consumer behavior which impact on business, including banking sector. It is expected that technology can be optimized to improve productivity and performance. In banking sector, technology plays important role to ease the financial transaction and minimize cost. In the digital age, most of individual activities are conducted by technology, including completing their financial transaction. Technology also helps to promote financial inclusion. Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has leveraged the digital adoption into different level due to the social distancing practice. This study aims to investigate the fintech strategy to enter the financial service sector, and how bank response the fintech development. This study is a qualitative research which implemented depth interviews and content analysis. Moreover, this paper utilized both primary and secondary data in order to provide valid investigation. This study found that fintech is basically innovative, and promotes innovative strategy to enter the financial service industry, while banks have already prepared to compete in the digital age. Several strategies were formulated by banks to win the competition, including investing in software, hardware, and even in financial technology companies.       Kata kunci: fintech, banking, innovation

Abstract: The research is intended to explain the relationship between employee performance and organizational culture, leadership and decision making. The research used 100 randomly selected samples and analyzed the data using path analysis by inserting all variables into the correlation matrix. The results of the analysis showed decision making was directly influenced by organizational culture and leadership. Then the performance of employees is directly and indirectly influenced by leadership and decision making. But the performance of employees is not directly illuminated by the culture of the organization. Based on the findings explained that variations in employee performance changes can occur due to influenced organizational culture, leadership and decision making. Therefore, the management of employee performance, organizational culture, leadership and decision making should be included in the strategic plan of human resource development at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The need to include other variables to estimate employee performance in subsequent research.Keywords: organizational culture, leadership, decision making, employee performance

This study aims to partially examine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, partially examine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction, and partially examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, at the same time conducted at SOLARIA Resto Mall Lippo Cikarang.  The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely quota sampling. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who had visited the SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang restaurant, and these respondents distributed online questionnaires via google form. This research is based on multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS statistical procedures, to test the validity and reliability of research tools in the form of partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), classical assumption test and hypothesis test. hypothesis test (F test), the results obtained are product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of price on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Resto SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang. This shows that all hypotheses in this study are accepted.

The business world is now prosecuted to create high employee performance for office development. The office must be able to build and improve performance within its environment. The most common problem is Sukamahi Central Cikarang Office. Which is in the field of serving to the society and goverment is related to the motivation of achieving a decline resulting from bonuses and wages that are less the main factor of discipline in the work decreases. Researchers set the population in this study are employees of Kantor Desa Sukamahi Central Cikarang. The results showed that partial compensation had no effect on the performance of the employees of Sukamahi Central Cikarang Office, this is shown from the results that Work discipline has an effect on the performance of the employees of Kantor Desa Sukamahi Cikarang Pusat as indicated by the results. Achievement also has a positive effect on employee performance and this is shown from the results. From the above statement it can be concluded that partially Work Discipline and Achievement Motivation on Employee Performance influences, While Compensation does not affect performance employe Sukamahi Central Cikarang Office

This study aims to obtain information about extrinsic motivation and work experience and its effect on employee performance in the Serang Baru District Office. This study uses a saturated sample so that the population is the same as the sample of 80 employees, at the Serang Baru District Office. The method used is validation test, reliability test, then classical assumption test, which includes normality test and multicollinearity, as well as heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, multiple linear equations, F test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The data of this research used observation methods and questionnaires distributed to 80 samples which were addressed to employees of the Serang Baru District Office. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded: 1) Extrinsic motivation does not affect employee performance because employees are willing to work more than expected regardless of extrinsic motivation or not. 2) Employee performance is strongly influenced by work experience. The more experience, they get while working, the more knowledge they will get. 3) Employee performance will be better with the support of experienced employees so as to increase the level of output produced.             Keywords: Employee Performance, Extrinsic Motivation, Work Experience

This research examined the influence of foreign proportions in the shares of banking companies and financial ratios on the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018.The proportion of foreigners in a banking company uses a comparison of the total amount of foreign shares with the total share ownership.While the proxies of financial ratios are measured using several ratios, including Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and BOPO.Performance proxies are measured using ROA and ROE proxies. The method used is data panel regression using stata 13.0 software.The results of research on the proportion of foreign to the company's performance have a significant effect on ROA alone.Keywords: Banking Company, Financial Ratios, Proportion of Foreign Ownership
