An experiment has been conducted to assess the real time utility and abundance of organic minerals in cultivation of common wheat, Triticum aestivum L. in Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh with the aim of finding the effect of available soil organic minerals on various biochemicals or chemical characters including yield attributes. For the experiment, the cultivar namely RAJ-4037 which is best for dry land area and crop matures in 120 days. This variety is suitable for bakery and beverage industry, has been taken. The pre availability of manures were measured and the application of various fertilizers have been done as per the recommended dose for the cultivation. The data of various biochemical characters like Dry matter accumulation, Protein content, NPK in grain, NPK in straw, yield and biological yields have been recorded as per standard methods. The results revealed that organic minerals had a significant impact to influence the various biochemical traits such as dry matter accumulation maximum in FYM, Protein content (11.18), NPK (0.60; 0.35 and 0.36) were recorded maximum in vermin compost treatment.

The climate of the terai region of West Bengal, India in general, is subtropical par humid to tropical with light textured acid soil with the problems like low moisture retention, low water use efficiency, leaching of bases, soil erosion, limited availability of multiple plant nutrients and restricted activity of beneficial soil micro-organisms. To combat these soil health related problems and to improve the overall productivity of North Bengal, a comparison between the conventional and conservation tillage was taken up and the immediate results were measured in terms of growth, yield attributes and yield. In the first two years of experimentation, though different growth attributes, grain yield, stover yield, and different yield attributing characters such as kernel rows cob-1, number of kernels row-1, 100 seed weight (g), number of seeds cob-1, girth of cob, length of cob and number of effective cob plant-1 were higher in conventional tillage as compared to conservation tillage but in terms of soil heath characteristics, conservation tillage had a meaningful remark from the initial years towards the future food security. Mulching @ 4 t ha-1 was found to have performed better than unmulched treatments. Application of 75% recommended dose of fertilizer + Vermicompost @ 10 t ha-1 resulted in better growth and yield attributes which directly influenced to have higher grain and stover yield. An experiment was conducted for 2 years (2018 and 2019) at Oilseed Research Farm, Kalyanpur, C. S. A. University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India to evaluate the effect of nutrient management practices on growth and yield of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum (L) R. Br. Emend. Stuntz.). Highest yield was observed in 5t FYM/ha application over control. Each unit increase in N level led to significant increase in growth, yield attributing characters and yield of pearlmillet. The maximum grain yield (24.2q/ha) was recorded with highest N level. Combined inoculation of Azospirillum + PSB increased the growth, yield attributes and yields significantly. The monetary returns were found in similar trends. Application of organic manure and bio-fertilizers resulted in desirable post-harvest soil status with more organic carbon (OC), Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potash (K).

A field experiment was conducted during rabi seasons of2017-19 at Panwari village, Agra (U.P.) to assess the effect of integrated potassium management on growth, yield and uptake of nutrient in wheat (Triticum aestivum). The experiment was laidout in a randomized block design with seven treatments and three replications. The results revealed that increasing levels of K fertilizers increased the growth and yield attributes up to 90 Kg K2O ha-1 over control. But the growth and yield attributes 0f wheat were maximum with the application of 150 Kg N + 60 Kg P2O5 + 60 Kg K2O + 5 t FYM ha-1. Increasing levels of NPK fertilizers increased the yield of wheat grain and straw over control. The maximum yield of grain(5.48 t ha-1) and straw(9.60 t ha-1) were recorded with N150P60K60FYM5. The increases in grain and straw yield with this treatment were 44.2 and 29.7% over control, respectively. The crop quality in respect of content and yield of protein increased significantly with conjoint use of fertilizers and maximum values were recorded with 150 Kg N + 60 Kg P2O5 + 60 Kg K2O + 5 t FYM ha-1 treatment. Increasing levels of NPK fertilizers up to N 150 P 60 K 90 also resulted in higher uptake of NPK by the crop and highest uptake of N, P, K and S by wheat crop was recorded with N150 P60 K60 FYM5 and the lowest in control. The soil organic carbon, available N, P and K content also improved with N150 P60 K60 FYM5 over control and lowest values of these parameters were recorded in control.
