The author presented material on the evaluation of agricultural machines operating modes and operating conditions using the technical condition monitoring system developed by scientists of the Federal Scientifi c Agroengineering Center VIM. He showed an example of proximity sensors use on the Kioti CK22 tractor to assess the emergency mode of operation, which could subsequently lead to premature failure. The author considered the possibilities of the most rational application of the remote monitoring algorithm to diagnostics – to identify the causes of malfunctions.(Research purpose) To improve the existing and develop new technologies for remote evaluation of the machines current technical condition throughout the entire operation.(Materials and methods) It was confi rmed that the remote monitoring system algorithm developed by the VIM scientists made it possible to provide automated control of the units and machine assemblies technical condition parameters. The system was operated on the basis of documenting the facts of the machine's operation in emergency or pre-emergency modes. The parameters control within the acceptable limits was provided.(Results and discussion) After analyzing the failure reasons, the author established the initial nomenclature of the studied processes. An algorithm for remote parameters monitoring was developed, which made it possible to assess the machine operating modes. He tested the algorithm functionality using the example of installing proximity sensors and an on-board computer on a Kioti CK22 tractor.(Conclusions) Using the installed on-board system and 8 sensors,information was obtained that made it possible to assess the current technical condition of the Kioti CK22 tractor based on the dynamics of 8 monitored parameters characterizing a gradual change in the functionality of the machine/system and aff ecting technical and environmental safety

The article presents the material on the assessment of the conditions of operation of agricultural machines, considers the possibility of assessing the emergency mode of operation, which leads to premature failure. The possibilities of the most rational application of the remote monitoring system to diagnostics, to identify the causes of faults are considered. The aim is to improve existing and develop new technologies for remote assessment of the current technical condition of machines throughout operation. The monitoring systems allow to provide automated monitoring of the required parameters of the technical state of the machines and units, during its operation on the basis of documentation of the facts of the machine operation in emergency or pre-emergency modes of operation, by ensuring and fi nding within the permissible limits the necessary controlled parameters. After analyzing the causes of failures, the initial nomenclature of the investigated processes was established. Also, in order to solve the above object, an algorithm of remote monitoring of parameters allowing to estimate the operating modes of the machine was developed, for example, on the example of a contactless sensor. The obtained information will allow to assess the current technical state of the equipment based on the dynamics of change of controlled parameters characterizing gradual reduction of machine/system functionality affecting technical and environmental safety.

To improve the efficiency of the remote monitoring system for logistics transportation, we proposed a remote monitoring system based on wireless sensor network and GPRS communication. The system can collect information from the wireless sensor network and transmit the information to the ZigBee interpreter. The monitoring system mainly includes the following parts: Car terminal, GPRS transmission network and monitoring center. Car terminal mainly consists by the Zigbee microcontroller and peripherals, wireless sensor nodes, RFID reader, GPRS wireless communication module composed of a micro-wireless monitoring network. The information collected by the sensor communicates through the GPRS and the monitoring center on the network coordinator, sends the collected information to the monitoring center, and the monitoring center realizes the information of the logistics vehicle in real time. The system has high applicability, meets the design requirements in the real-time acquisition and information transmission of the information of the logistics transport vehicles and goods, and realizes the function of remote monitoring.
