Мында окутуунун тажрыйбалык багыты, тилдик материалдын тандалышы жана берилишине карата функционалдык мамиле, окуу материалынын кырдаалдык-тематикалык багыты, окуучулардын жекече-психологиялык өзгөчөлүгү жана алардын өз эне тилинин таасири эске алынат. Коммуникативдик окутуунун маселелерин Е.И. Пассов илимий изилдөөлөрүндө карап чыгып, «коммуникативдик метод» деген терминди сунуштаган. Азыркы учурда коммуникативдик окуу китептери кеп ишмердүүлүгүнүн бардык түрүн окутууда колдонулат. Коммуникативдик окуу китептеринде окутуунун негизги акценти тилдин формалдуу белгилерин терең үйрөтүүдөн чегинип, кептик материал менен аракет жүргүзүүгө басым кылынган. Алар тилдин эрежелерине караганда кептик көнүгүүлөрдүн көп болушу менен, атайын грамматикалык материалдын дээрлик жоктугу менен, ошондой эле текстке жараша көргөзмө куралдын кеңири берилиши менен мүнөздөлөт. Согласно этому принципу обучение языку строится адекватно процессу речевой коммуникации, отмечается практическая направленность обучения, функциональный подход к отбору и подаче языкового материала, ситуативно-тематическое представление учебного материала, учет индивидуально-психологических особенностей и родного языка учащихся. Проблемы коммуникативного обучения стали объектом научных исследований Е.И. Пассова, который предложил термин «коммуникативный метод». На данный момент коммуникативные учебники используются для обучения всем видам речевой деятельности. В коммуникативных учебниках основной акцент обучения направлен на работу с речевым материалом, в то время как развернутый грамматический материал отсутствует. Такие учебники характеризуются широко используемой наглядностью, иллюстрирующей тексты коммуникативного направления. Abstract: The basis of communicative textbooks is the principle of active communication, proclaimed as the leading principle of learning. According to this principle, language teaching is built adequately to the process of speech communication, there is a practical orientation of training, a functional approach to the selection and presentation of language material, situational and thematic presentation of educational material, taking into account individual psychological characteristics and the native language of students. The problems of communicative training became the object of scientific research E.I. Passov, who proposed the term "communicative method". At the moment, communicative textbooks are used to teach all types of speech activity. In communicative text-books, the main emphasis of training is aimed at working with speech material, while the expanded grammatical material is almost absent. Such textbooks are characterized by widely used visibility illustrating texts of a communicative direction. Stand-alone devices for tactile speech reception serve a need as communication aids for persons with profound sensory impairments as well as in applications such as human-computer interfaces and remote communication when the normal auditory and visual channels are compromised or overloaded. The current research is concerned with perceptual evaluations of a phoneme-based tactile speech communication device in which a unique tactile code was assigned to each of the 24 consonants and 15 vowels of English. The tactile phonemic display was conveyed through an array of 24 tactors that stimulated the dorsal and ventral surfaces of the forearm. Experiments examined the recognition of individual words as a function of the inter-phoneme interval (Study 1) and two-word phrases as a function of the inter-word interval (Study 2). Following an average training period of 4.3 hrs on phoneme and word recognition tasks, mean scores for the recognition of individual words in Study 1 ranged from 87.7% correct to 74.3% correct as the inter-phoneme interval decreased from 300 to 0 ms. In Study 2, following an average of 2.5 hours of training on the two-word phrase task, both words in the phrase were identified with an accuracy of 75% correct using an inter-word interval of 1 sec and an inter-phoneme interval of 150 ms. Effective transmission rates achieved on this task were estimated to be on the order of 30 to 35 words/min.

As the main method of information transmission, it is particularly important to ensure the security of speech communication. Considering the more complex multipath channel transmission situation in the wireless communication of speech signals and separating or extracting the source signal from the convolutional signal are crucial steps in obtaining source information. In this paper, chaotic masking technology is used to guarantee the transmission safety of speech signals, and a fast fixed-point independent vector analysis algorithm is used to solve the problem of convolutional blind source separation. First, the chaotic masking is performed before the speech signal is sent, and the convolutional mixing process of multiple signals is simulated by impulse response filter. Then, the observed signal is transformed to the frequency domain by short-time Fourier transform, and instantaneous blind source separation is performed using a fast fixed-point independent vector analysis algorithm. The algorithm can preserve the high-order statistical correlation between frequencies to solve the permutation ambiguity problem in independent component analysis. Simulation experiments show that this algorithm can efficiently complete the blind extraction of convolutional signals, and the quality of recovered speech signals is better. It provides a solution for the secure transmission and effective separation of speech signals in multipath transmission channels.
