Statement of the problem. This work is devoted to the study of the linguistic image of a Russian woman politician – a special type of public image that attracts the attention of both the mass addressee and the professional expert community. The very concept of “linguistic image” is used in many social and scientific practices, being of great interest for modern humanitarian knowledge – imageology, linguistics, psychology, sociology, philosophy, advertising, public relations, etc. Within the field of linguistic image, as well as in the linguistic theory of linguistic personality, the aspect of the subjective component of public speech, the so-called “author in the text”, has always been highlighted as a separate aspect. This is interconnected not only with anthropocentrism as a universal scientific idea of the 21st century, but also with the global process of mediatization of all spheres of human activity. The purpose of the article is to reconstruct the subjective component of the linguistic image of a woman politician in the context of public social and speech activity. The methodology (materials and methods). The methodology of the analysis undertaken is based on the provisions and ideas of imageology, the theory of linguistic personality and linguistic semantics, in the context of which descriptive-analytical and comparative methods were used, as well as the method of semantic text analysis. The research material included the texts of public speeches and statements of 2016–2018, belonging to two representatives of modern Russian politics – Maria Zakharova and Natalia Poklonskaya. Research results. In the speeches of M. Zakharova and N. Poklonskaya, the description of social-speech communication corresponds to one language model and is presented in three aspects: 1) space (where?), 2) participants (who?), and 3) metascenarios of social-speech communication (what is happening?). In the texts of these women politicians, this semantic model is filled with its own content, which has general and specific elements that characterize their public images in different ways. Russia is described as a common communicative space for the activities of political subjects, despite the fact that for M. Zakharova the Ministry of Foreign Affairs turns out to be a specific medium of communication, and for N. Poklonskaya these are the State Duma, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Crimea. The common thing is that both speakers inscribe their own communicative activity in a threefold structure, where the main participants are a) the speaker himself, b) his associates and c) his opponents. In the contexts of M. Zakharova, the listed participants are embodied in roles: a) “Me” as “an intermediary” or “a moderator”, b) “We” as “diplomats”, as “teammates”, or a subject of the “conciliar” type (Russia, Moscow, diplomatic corps);in the contexts of M. Poklonskaya – a) “Me” as “a stateswoman” or “a prosecutor”, and also b) “We” as “prosecutors”, as “associates” and as “trustees”, respectively. As for the opponents, in both cases the set is practically the same: USA or the Ukrainian. The content of the described model is complemented by the so-called metascripts, which represent the social-speech situation in a new way and have a different functional purpose in every statement. Conclusion. The linguistic image of M. Zakharova is more objectified and restrained, in fact merging with the typical diplomatic image, while the image of N. Poklonskaya is more emotional and subjective, reinforced by the characteristic features of speech spontaneity and directness. At the same time, both images, framed by the modus of involvement and team goal-setting, organically fit into the space of the professional communication.

The article deals with the issues of language competence and speech activity of the population of the republic in different language situations. It was found that, despite the high level of recognition of the native language and language competence, individuals use Russian more when communicating. Such language behavior manifests itself not only in public places, in educational institutions or when communicating with close friends, but even in the family and household sphere. One of the factors of such speech activity of individuals is the ethno-linguistic environment, which contributes to the formation of linguistic competence and further generates linguistic behavior of individuals.

The article addresses psycholinguistic preconditions for development of the communicative component of speech activity in 5-year-olds with general speech retardation (GSR). The development of speech activity is analyzed through the lens of psycholinguistic motivation for the emergence of speech units. The authors for the first time identified psychological mechanisms that underlie disorders in the development of the communication component of speech activity in 5-year-olds with GSR and suggested effective interventions. The research involved a study of probability prediction within the structure of the communicative component of speech activity of 5-year-olds with GSR. The author-developed classification of non-verbal and verbal probability prediction formed the basis for a theory-based diagnostic tool to assess the communicative component of speech activity in 5-year-olds with GSR. The research demonstrated the importance of probability prediction as a dynamic process and indicator of practical realization of utterance and holistically developed coherent speech. The analysis of disorders in cognitive and speech operations and functions identified in the study points to the dominant role of weak probability prediction function at non-verbal and verbal levels. Weak probability prediction was defined as the cause of poorly developed communication component of speech activity in 5-year-olds with GSR.

The article considers the structure of functional literacy from the standpoint of activity, system and competence approaches as a condition for its formation and assessment of formation. Competencies are considered as units of speech activity. Soft skills and hard skills differ. The author's model of the structure of functional literacy as a speech activity is proposed, the product and subject of which is the text.

The article theoretically substantiates and experimentally verifies the validity of the developed diagnostics by the method of contrast groups. The relevance of such a study is determined by the lack of development of the problem of diagnosing grammatical aspects of speech in preschool age for Slavic (inflected by nature) languages. It is proved that for a preschool child in the first stages there is no speech activity separately from the subject, so the object of its orientation is not speech activity, but a single semantic whole, an event that is presented in a sentence (sometimes a phrase, discourse). In the following stages, the child's attitude to speech reality changes. This reality is already special, different from the subject. For all stages of speech and speech development of the child is typical limited and unstable nature of orientation to certain aspects of linguistic reality, when the pre-schooler focuses on either the semantic or formal side of speech. At the end of the senior preschool age, gender differences in children's use of adjectives are the most significant. The reason for the active use in speech of adjectives by girls we see both in the psychological characteristics and gender guidelines of adults around them (active use of nouns and adjectives with hypocritical-diminutive suffixes).

In speech technology, a pivotal role is being played by the Speaker diarization mechanism. In general, speaker diarization is the mechanism of partitioning the input audio stream into homogeneous segments based on the identity of the speakers. The automatic transcription readability can be improved with the speaker diarization as it is good in recognizing the audio stream into the speaker turn and often provides the true speaker identity. In this research work, a novel speaker diarization approach is introduced under three major phases: Feature Extraction, Speech Activity Detection (SAD), and Speaker Segmentation and Clustering process. Initially, from the input audio stream (Telugu language) collected, the Mel Frequency Cepstral coefficient (MFCC) based features are extracted. Subsequently, in Speech Activity Detection (SAD), the music and silence signals are removed. Then, the acquired speech signals are segmented for each individual speaker. Finally, the segmented signals are subjected to the speaker clustering process, where the Optimized Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used. To make the clustering more appropriate, the weight and activation function of CNN are fine-tuned by a new Self Adaptive Sea Lion Algorithm (SA-SLnO). Finally, a comparative analysis is made to exhibit the superiority of the proposed speaker diarization work. Accordingly, the accuracy of the proposed method is 0.8073, which is 5.255, 2.45%, and 0.075, superior to the existing works.
