In this paper, we introduce the concept of extended partial b-metric space. We demonstrate a fundamental lemma for the convergence of sequences in such spaces. Then we prove some fixed point results for weakly contractive mappings in the setup of ordered extended partial b-metric spaces. An example is given to verify the effectiveness and applicability of our main results. An application of these results to Volterra-type integral equations is provided at the end.

In this paper, we manifest some coincidence and common fixed point theorems for four self-mappings satisfying Círíc-type and Hardy–Rogers-type (αs,F)-contractions defined on an αs-complete b-metric space. We apply these results to infer several new and old corresponding results in ordered b-metric spaces and graphic b-metric spaces. Our work generalizes several recent results existing in the literature. We present examples to validate our results. We discuss an application of main result to show the existence of common solution of the system of Volterra type integral equations.

Abstract The aim of this work is to usher in tripled b-metric spaces, triple weakly $\alpha _{s}$ α s -admissible, triangular partially triple weakly $\alpha _{s}$ α s -admissible and their properties for the first time. Also, we prove some theorems about coincidence and common fixed point for six self-mappings. On the other hand, we present a new model, talk over an application of our results to establish the existence of common solution of the system of Volterra-type integral equations in a triple b-metric space. Also, we give some example to illustrate our theorems in the section of main results. Finally, we show an application of primary results.

The purpose of this paper is to find out fixed point results for the family of multivalued mappings fulfilling a generalized rational type F-contractive conditions on a closed ball in complete dislocated b-metric space. An application to the system of integral equations is presented to show the novelty of our results. Our results extend several comparable results in the existing literature.

In this research paper, we have set some related fixed point results for generalized weakly contractive mappings defined in partially ordered complete b -metric spaces. Our results are an extension of previous authors who have already worked on fixed point theory in b -metric spaces. We state some examples and one sample of the application of the obtained results in integral equations, which support our results.

AbstractThe aim of this work is to establish results in fixed point theory for a pair of fuzzy dominated mappings which forms a rational fuzzy dominated V-contraction in modular-like metric spaces. Some results via a partial order and using the graph concept are also developed. We apply our results to ensure the existence of a solution of nonlinear Volterra-type integral equations.

In this paper, we provide some generalizations of the Darbo's fixed point theorem and further develop the notion of $F$-contraction introduced by Wardowski in (\cite{wad}, D. Wardowski, \emph{Fixed points of a new type of contractive mappings in complete metric spaces,} Fixed Point Theory and Appl., 94, (2012)). To achieve this, we introduce the notion of Darbo-type $F$-contraction, cyclic $(\alpha,\beta)$-admissible operator and we also establish some fixed point and common fixed point results for this class of mappings in the framework of Banach spaces. In addition, we apply our fixed point results to establish the existence of solution to a Volterra type integral equation.

Recently, George et al. (in Georgea, R.; Radenovicb, S.; Reshmac, K.P.; Shuklad, S. Rectangular b-metric space and contraction principles. J. Nonlinear Sci. Appl. 2015, 8, 1005–1013) furnished the notion of rectangular b-metric pace (RBMS) by taking the place of the binary sum of triangular inequality in the definition of a b-metric space ternary sum and proved some results for Banach and Kannan contractions in such space. In this paper, we achieved fixed-point results for a pair of F-dominated mappings fulfilling a generalized rational F-dominated contractive condition in the better framework of complete rectangular b-metric spaces complete rectangular b-metric spaces. Some new fixed-point results with graphic contractions for a pair of graph-dominated mappings on rectangular b-metric space have been obtained. Some examples are given to illustrate our conclusions. New results in ordered spaces, partial b-metric space, dislocated metric space, dislocated b-metric space, partial metric space, b-metric space, rectangular metric spaces, and metric space can be obtained as corollaries of our results.

Abstract In this paper we introduce a new fuzzy contraction mapping and prove that such mappings have fixed point in $\tau$-complete fuzzy metric spaces. As an application, we shall utilize the results obtained to show the existence and uniqueness of random solution for the following random linear random operator equation. Moreover, we shall show that the existence and uniqueness of the solutions for nonlinear Volterra integral equations on a kind of particular fuzzy metric space.

In this manuscript, we introduce the concept of complex-valued triple controlled metric spaces as an extension of rectangular metric type spaces. To validate our hypotheses and to show the usability of the Banach and Kannan fixed point results discussed herein, we present an application on Fredholm-type integral equations and an application on higher degree polynomial equations.
