Based on users’ kansei image and kansei engineering theory, a method on product bionics form design is presented. Firstly, users’ kansei information about product and bionics objects is extracted from semantic differential method, which is the basic standard for determination of the best bionics object. Then by adopting clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the product form features and bionics objects’ main features are acquired and combined to design products. Finally, the optimal design is selected through comprehensive evaluation. As an example, case of intelligent electric rice cooker design indecates that this method is valid and practical.

The self-conditioning of hydrophilic fixed abrasive lapping based on the principle of two-body (pad-wafer) abrasion has great importance on the MRR (material removal rate) of wafer. The physical and mechanical properties of pad were taken as set of available alternatives. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle was applied to establish a model for the self-conditioning of FAP. The swelling ratio, the slurry abrasive ratio and pendulum hardness were selected to be the set of alternatives for self-conditioning evaluations in this paper .The five types of matrix formations of fixed-abrasive pad were prepared, and the matrix were ranked in order of comprehensive evaluation index. The results show that the fuzzy evaluation is rational. The tests of MRR verified the self-conditioning of FAP. The machining of pad can be evaluated in advance of lapping processes. Moreover, the self-conditioning evaluation will be important reference for determination of FAP during choosing the matrix formations.

The maglev bogie is the key subsystem for maglev train security. To ensure life and property security, it is essential to evaluate its risk level before its operation. In this paper, a combinational method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed to assess hazards in a complex maglev bogie system associated with multiple subsystems’ failures. The very comprehensive identification of risk sources has been done by analyzing the structure of maglev bogie. Furthermore, based on the fuzzy theory, linguistic evaluation set is classified according to risk tolerance. The score of each risk factor is obtained by weighted sum of the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Our results show that the degree of maglev bogie’s risk is within the range of acceptability. The merits of this work facilitate finding the weak links and determining the maintenance of maglev bogie system.

To solve the problem of attribute weight determination in the approximately duplicate records, we put forward a method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to get attribute weight in data set. We first perform an analysis of the composition factors of attribute. Then we carry out an evaluation of their rank. Finally, we make a determination of the attribute weight using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, on the basis of which the approximately duplicate records are detected. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the method can objectively determine all attributes weight, and effectively detect the approximately duplicate records in massive data set.

In this paper, from the point of view of Man-machine system engineering, the evaluation method of the display and control system is studied based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The determination of the factors system, the weighted value of the factors, the fuzzy evaluation matrixes and the method of overall evaluation is preliminarily expounded. At last, an example is given to show that the proposed method is effective and applicable. It provides a theoretic reference to the integrated display console interface of armored vehicle developing and designing.
