Because both of the volume and the weight of the photoelectric platform are small, the structure of two frames and two axes is used in the photoelectric platform. As the key component of the photoelectric platform, the main frame should have sufficient strength and rigidity. In order to achieve this object, three-dimensional entity model of the main frame is established using CATIA software. Then the finite-element analysis of the model is finished with ANSYS Workbench. Based on the analysis results, the weak links of the main frame is found. Then these links are improved and the main frame is analyzed again. After improving the structure, the results of the finite-element analysis show that the main frame meets the requirements of design and has perfect overall performance.

The important component--- pressure device in die-cutting is analyzed by Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench. With analyzing the structure of the pressure device, some simplification is made, and the tool of draft mirror and feature mirror is often used in building the model in the Solidworks. Loads of the pressure device in different load conditions are analyzed and calculated. Stress and displacement of the pressure device are plotted after static finite element analysis. Its stress is analyzed by ANSYS. Stress and strain distribution is found. Which can provides mechanical simulation for the design of the pressure device, and provides scientific basis for selecting structure type, deciding structural parameters, increasing static and dynamic properties, reducing manufacture cost of the integral body of the pressure device.

Boiler Feed Pump Turbine (BFPT) merupakan salah satu pompa jenis sentrifugal dengan tipe multistage yang digerakkan oleh turbin kecil. Pompa ini digunakan untuk mensirkulasikan air demineralisasi dari deaerator menuju boiler. Berdasarkan pengecekan vibrasi yang dilakukan oleh bagian Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), telah ditemukan bahwa terjadi over vibrasi pada BFPT dikarenakan adanya indikasi perubahan natural frequency mendekati putaran operasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi Finite Element Analysis dengan software ANSYS Workbench untuk mendapatkan nilai natural frequency pada poros BFPT serta membahas mengenai kemungkinan penyebab terjadinya perubahan natural frequency. Berdasarkan simulasi ANSYS  yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa nilai dari natural frequency dapat berubah karena adanya perubahan defleksi dan menampilkan bahwa setiap modus getar menghasilkan nilai natural frequency yang berbeda juga. Pada simulasi ini didapatkan 6 nilai natural frequency pada poros BFPT yaitu 166,84 Hz, 166,99 Hz, 295,71 Hz, 465,83 Hz, 466,23 Hz, 503,46 Hz. Serta pada penelitian ini didapatkan juga bahwa vibrasi yang terjadi pada BFPT bukan akibat dari perubahan natural frequency, tetapi akibat adanya losseness pada housing bearing pompa.

The study aims to explore the preparation of aviation mechanical carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and the properties of CFRP composites. Taking the aero box body as an example, the mechanical properties of CFRP are studied. The preparation of CFRP is analyzed by searching the data. CFRP plates are explored according to the stress analysis of composite materials. The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench and UG software are adopted to build the 3D model of the aero box body. After adding materials in ANSYS Workbench and simplifying the UG model, the finite element analysis of the model is carried out by computer. The 3D model of the aero box is constructed, the finite element analysis of the aero box is carried out, and the mechanical properties of CFRP are explored. In this study, the possibility of the practical application of CFRP in the aviation box body lightweight is clarified, which gives a direction for the subsequent actual molding and guides the application of CFRP in aviation field.

Taking advantage of three-dimensional software Solidworks to model for solar modules and also using finite element analysis software Ansysworkbench to conduct the stress analysis and strength check of modules, to analyze the deformation of modules under certain loading conditions, to conduct load tests and defect detection (EL experiments) and to optimize encapsulation with aluminum frame combined with the factory laboratory. The results show that: the modules have no crack and other defects and their power attenuation does not exceed the specified value after the 2.0mm thickness aluminum frame was reduced to 1.7mm.

This paper expressed that through the SolidEdge V20 softwares using to reconstruct the 3D model within press gantry during the actual product provided. and using the ANSYS Workbench12.1 to proceed finite element analysis. Finally result can improve and analyze the construction of 3D model gantry, and further on enhancing the stability and service life of the compressor gantry. Further enhance the stability and service life of the compressor gantry.
