The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family work conflict and work stress on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Puri Saron Hotel Company in Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 40 employees, using the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis, classic assumption test and multiple test. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive and significant effect on job stress in Puri Saron Hotel Denpasar, work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and significantly job stress was able to mediate the effect work-family conflict with job satisfaction. Efforts to improve employee job satisfaction, leaders should be able to pay attention to the ability of employees to solve problems at work so as not to cause conflicts between work-family and employees and pay attention to the work load on employees so as not to cause fatigue at work so as to cause high work stress. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of  Work-family conflict on job satisfaction; (2) analyze the effect of Work-Family Conflict on work stress ; (3) analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction (4) analyze the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction mediated by work stress. Type of research is quantitative with causal assosiative. The population in this study was on Female Employees at the District Secretariat on Lombok Island. The number of members of the population is 188 people.   Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method. Sample criteria are employees who are married. The number of samples is 92 people. Data collection techniques or tools use a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that (1) the Conflict of Family Work had a negative effect not significant on job satisfaction; (2) Work-Family Conflict have a positive significant effect on work stress; (3) Job stress has a negative significant effect on job satisfaction; (4) Work- Family Conflict negatively affects on job satisfaction mediated by work stress.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga terhadap kepuasan  kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga terhadap stres kerja; (3) menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan  kerja (4) menganalisis pengaruh Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga terhadap kepuasan kerja yang di mediasi oleh stres kerja.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan asosiatif kausal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pada Karyawan Wanita di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten  di Pulau Lombok. Jumlah anggota populasi sebanyak 188 orang.  Penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel adalah pegawai yang sudah menikah. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik atau alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang dugunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan  kerja; (2) Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja; (3) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif  dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan  kerja; (4) Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang di mediasi oleh stres kerja.

In this modern era, the phenomenon of husband and wife who both work to meet the needs of households are common. But not infrequently, this condition actually causes problems in the household. On the other hand, SPG is also faced with Job Demands. In carrying out its duties, an SPG is also required to achieve sales targets that have been determined by the company. Research conducted at PT. Arina Multikarya Denpasar which is one of human resourceservice company in Denpasar. AMK currently has 630 employees and research respondents focused on employees who are married status, as many as 100 people SPG because they tend to experience work family conflict and work stress that impact on job satisfaction. Based on the results of research on SPG PT. AMK Denpasar, we found that work family conflict has a significant positive effect on job stress, job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, work family conflict has no effect on job satisfaction, and work stress can mediate the influence of work family conflicton job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study explains the effect of work stress, workload and work-family conflict on employee job satisfaction at Swiss Belinn Hotel Legian. This research was conducted at Swiss Belinn Hotel Legian with the research subject of employees involved directly serving consumers with 60 people as respondents. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of Swiss Belinn Hotel Legian employees, workload negatively and significantly influences the job satisfaction of Swiss Belinn Hotel Legian, work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of Swiss employees Belinn Hotel Legian. Reducing employee job satisfaction which results in decreased employee performance. The hotel management should focus on finding solutions to increase employee job satisfaction. Organizational commitment is a force that binds individuals to an action related to the target. When employees are committed to the organization they will be loyal to the organization and provide the best for the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work family conflict, job stress, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of Bank BRI Diponogoro Denpasar Unit employees with a sample of 45 people, using the saturated sample method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires, analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that work family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This study provides an understanding that Work Family Conflict, Job Stress decreases employee Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction can significantly increase employee Organizational Commitment. A lack of research has been undertaken to explore work–family conflict and its impact on the shipping industry. The objective of the present study was to empirically examine the effects of work–family conflict, job stress, and job satisfaction on seafarer performance. Data were collected from merchant ship seafarers in the Yangshan Port, Shanghai, China (n = 337). A data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression analysis. The research results revealed that work–family conflict and job stress negatively affects seafarer self-reported performance, while job satisfaction positively influences seafarer job performance. Findings also show that job satisfaction plays a moderating role in the relationships between work–family conflict, job stress and seafarer performance. Our findings demonstrate that work–family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction manifested are significant predictors for seafarer performance. Important applications and implications are provided for managers and researchers.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of work family conflict, work stress, work load and turnover intention. The study was conducted at women workers in the PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by the application program of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: work family conflict has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 2.347); work load has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 4.472); work family conflict has a effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.084); work load has a positive effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.208) and work stress has a not effect on turnover intention (CR = 1.616) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik keluarga kerja, stres kerja, beban kerja dan intensi turnover. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja wanita di PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dibantu oleh program aplikasi Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 18.0. Menurut analisis, disimpulkan sebagai berikut: work family conflict memiliki efek positif pada stres kerja (CR = 2,347); beban kerja memiliki efek positif pada stres kerja (CR = 4.472); work family conflict berpengaruh pada intensi turnover (CR = 2.084); beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi turnover (CR = 2.208) dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover (CR = 1.616)
