 ABSTRACT  This study is aimed to prove the influence of corporate characteristic on corporate social responsibility disclosure by using independent variables size, age, goverment ownership, foreign ownership, leverage, profitability, industry type, and auditor type. The sample in this study is a non-financial companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 and consisted of 250 companies. The data used in secondary data obtained from financial from the website www.idx.co.id. Methods of data collection used purposive sampling techniques. This study used a quantitative approach.Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPPSS software version 23.  The results showed that Size and Goverment Ownership of the company had effect possitive on corporate social responsibility. Age, Foreign Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, Industry Type, and Auditor Type have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Corporate Characteristic

<p><em>The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of leverage, profitability,, industry type and foreign ownership to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The method of this  research is a hypothesis testing which explaining the phenomenon of the relationship between variables. Data used in this study come from annual reports and financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2016-2018. Analysis of the hypothesis used in this study using linear regression.</em> <em>The difference between this research and previous research is adding foreign ownership variable because foreign ownership are parties that are considered to be concerned about the wide disclosure of corporate social responsibility.</em> <em>This study shown that the results of leverage, industry type and foreign ownership have positive influences to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, while profitability does not has a significant effect to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure</em></p>

This study aims to see the effect of media exposure, environmental performance, and foreign ownership to corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) that is as many as 41 companies. The sample in this research use sampling technique purposive sampling counted 36 company. The analysis was done by using multiple regression model.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) Media Exposure effect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (2) environmental peformance has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. (3) foreign ownership has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size on corporate social responsibility disclosure and to determine the effect of audit committee size on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and to determine the effect of company size and audit committee size together on corporate social responsibility disclosure in mining companies in the period 2014-2018. Data collection using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling with puposive sampling method, there are 155 samples. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the size of the company and the size of the audit committee simultaneously had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, company size had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the size of the audit committee had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of sustainability report disclosure, financial performance, non-financial performance on firm value with industry type as a moderating variable.</em><em> </em><em>The sample used in this study are companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and publish sustainability report for the period 2012-2016. Testing was done by using multiple regression analysis with moderation regression analysis method.</em><em> </em><em>The result of this research are: (1) </em><em>corporate social responsibility disclosure</em><em> has an positif effect on firm value, (2) financial performance has an positif effect to firm value, (3) non financial performance has no effect on firm value, (4) industry type not moderating the influence of </em><em>corporate social responsibility disclosure</em><em> on firm value (5) industry type not moderating the influence of financial performance on firm value, and (6) industry type not moderating the influence of non financial performance on firm value.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the effect of firm age, foreign ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and industry type on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019, totalling 180 companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 96 companies that met the criteria for the research samples. This study applies a quantitative approach with secondary data types. Data collection uses documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis employed SPSS version 21 program. The results show that the company’s age, the board of commissioners and the type of industry have a positive effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while foreign ownership and the audit committee do not affect the corporate social responsibility disclosure.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leverage, company size, and profitability on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility of public firms of textiles and garment that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange over 2016 until 2018. The independent variables of this study are leverage, company size, and profitability while the dependent variable is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. This study conducts logistic regression analysis on 45 public firms of textiles and garment that taken by purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that: (1) leverage significantly effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure; (2) company size insignificant on corporate social responsibility disclosure; and (3) profitability significantly effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, board of commissioners, and dividend policy on corporate social responsibility of companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Methodology - this research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study were all companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria of companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange companies that are consecutively ranked in the Indonesia Stock Exchange  during the 2014-2018. The samples in this study were 87. The type of data used is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program.Finding – the results of this study indicate (1)family ownership has no significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2)foreign ownership has a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (3)meeting frequency of board of commissioners has a no significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (4)independen board of directors has significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (5) dividend payout ratio has no significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility on capital structure in companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, family ownership, foreign ownership, dividend payout ratio

One of the factors of corporate governance that influence the implementation of CSR is the ownership structure. The emergence of corporate ownership structures results from a comparison of the number of shareholders in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample of this research was 40 Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation companies using purposive random sampling, where samples were taken based on certain criteria. Data collection of this study uses secondary data. The analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive effect on CSR, while foreign ownership has no significant negative effect on disclosure of CSR. Tax Aggressiveness is action taken to minimize the expenses of the taxpayer receives tax payable. The more efficient the tax expenses of State revenues from taxes will also decrease. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Profitability and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in manufacture firms that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2013 – 2015. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year of 2013 – 2015, with a total sample of 29 manufacture firms for a total observation in this study a total of 87 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of a financial report and annual reports that downloaded via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website. Data were analyzed using pooled data regression that processed using Eviews version 8.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-statistic test. The results obtained are profitability variable which proxied by return on asset (ROA) had a significant impact on tax aggressiveness. While corporate social responsibility disclosure variable which proxied by corporate social responsibility index (CSRI) and leverage variable had no significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data, namely financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website during the period 2013-2017 which contain information about the ratio of banking financial performance (NPL, LDR, ROA, and CAR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Value Companies with Tobin's Q method. This study consists of dependent variables and independent variables. The dependent variable is the value of the company, while the independent variable is financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
