ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, firm size, and leverage proxied into corporate characteristics, managerial ownership and institutional ownership proxied into good corporate governance towards corporate social responsibility disclosure. The dependent variable is disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Independent variables are profitability, company size, leverage, managerial ownership and institutional ownership. This study uses secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports on Listed Companies in KOMPAS 100 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Samples are 100 companies. This study uses a purposive sampling method and multiple linear regression as an analysis method. Before the regression test, it was tested using the classic assumption test. The results of this study indicate that company size and institutions do not have a significant effect on CSR disclosure while profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on corporate social responsibility. The Data that used in this research are all form of annual reports published by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The population used is transportation sub Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018 which amounted to 37 companies. Purposive sampling is used in this research to obtain 8 companies as research sample. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 25. The results of the research showed audit committee negatively influence on the corporate social responsibility, the board of commissioners has no influence on the corporate social responsibility, the institutional ownership negatively affected on the corporate social responsibility, and the independent commissioner no impact on the corporate social responsibility.

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used is the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018, amounting to 37 companies. Purposive sampling was used to obtain 8 companies as research samples. Data used in the form of annual reports published by the companies, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that simultaneously, Audit Committee, the Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Independent Commissioners prove to have a significant effect on CSR. However, the results of statistical tests prove that partially, the Audit Committee and Institutional Ownership have a significant negative effect on CSR; The Board of Commissioners has positive and significant influence on CSR; and Independent Commissioners have a negative but not significant effect on CSR.

Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. Stock return is profits obtained by investors after investing. This research aims to test and analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, proportion of independent commissioners, and corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study was the Property Company which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018, which amounted to 138 companies and the sample used amounted to 51 companies. The sampling technique used in the study was the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results show that the institutional ownership affect the stock return. While managerial ownership, proportion of independent commissioners and corporate social responsibility disclosure have no effect on stock return.

Research on the influence of environmental performance on corporate social responsibility is still rarely studied. However, the influence of earnings management and corporate governance on corporate social responsibility has been investigated. This study used  institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of commissioners and audit committees as corporate governance’s proxy. This study aimed to investigate the influence of environmental performance, earnings management and corporate governance on corporate social responsibility by using mining companies that have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange and are also registered with PROPER. In this study using multiple regression analysis method with 45 samples which showed the results of research that only environmental performance had an influence on corporate social responsibility, while earnings management, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of commissioners and audit committees did not affect corporate social responsibility. This research aims to investigate the effect of the role of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on firm value with profitability as a moderator variable. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in index SRIKEHATI period 2017 until 2019, while the subject is 10 companies. All variables from the research data were gathered through secondary data exactly from Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company’s website. Statistical Analysis of the research data used moderate regression analysis with significance in accordance with the output of SPSS 20. Findings indicated that managerial ownership has a positive significant effect on firm value, institutional ownership has a positive significant effect on firm value, board commissioners have a positive significant effect on firm value, and corporate social responsibility has a negative insignificant effect on firm value. Variable profitability moderates managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility on firm value but can’t moderate the board of commissioners on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value in Various Industries Sector, Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2019 Period. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The source of this research uses secondary data sourced from the annual report of various sector companies in the textile and garment sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study were 9 companies using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that partially the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has a significant effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Good Corporate Governance with indicators (Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Ownership and Audit Committee) Managerial Ownership and Audit Committee have a significant effect on Firm Value, while Institutinal Ownership and Independent Comissioner don’t have a significant effect on Firm Value.

The purpose of this research is set out to investigate and discuss the influence of characteristics and corporate governance on social responsibility disclosures in Indonesian companies. Variables of the characteristics and corporate governance used in this research include government ownership, board of directors size, independent directors, company size, company age, liquidity, leverage and type of industry towards corporate social responsibility disclosure. The total sample which met the criteria consists of 443 companies that have been listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from the 2013-2017 period. Where is determined by purposive sampling method. The data used in this research are the annual reports and financial reports of all companies which are published through the IDX website. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. This research was processed using SPSS 25 and Eviews 10 programs. The results of this research showed that the variable profitability, company size and company age have a positive significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. While the independent director's variables have a negative significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. Moreover, the research confirmed that other variables such as liquidity, board of directors size, leverage, government ownership, and type of industry were not found to have a significant effect.

<p class="Style1">This study aims to identify the impact of Good Corporate Governance, represented by institutional ownership and managerial ownership, on Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Financial Performance.It examines 126 manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and have issued audited financial statements for 2006. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis. The main results suggest that Good Corporate Governance has effects on both Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Financial Performance whereas Corporate Social Responsibility has significant effects on Corporate Financial Performance. The other results regarding controlling variables suggest that CEO Tenure, has significant effects on Corporate Social Responsibility. Yet, there is no strong evidence to support that types of industry serve as an influencing factor on Corporate Social Responsibility as well as no influence of Corporate Secretary and Nomination and Remuneration Committee on Corporate Financial Performance.</p><p class="Style1"><strong>Keyword: </strong>corporate governance, corporate social responsibilities, corporate financial performance, Tobin's Q, institutional ownership, managerial ownership.</p>

The implementation of social responsibility has been widely applied to various types of companies including profit-based manufacturing companies. This is because the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is able to influence the performance of the company. Through corporate social activities, making the name of the company can be great in the eyes of the wider community. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining results or output empirically to test the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on stock returns and the value of companies with good corporate governance as moderating. This research examines companies engaged in manufacturing that have been registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. A total of 539 manufacturing companies were used as populations with purposive judgment sampling as a sampling method. The indicator used to measure Corporate Social Responsibility variables is using the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (SRG) method by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as its issuer. And for the proxy of the Good Corporate Governance variable, it uses managerial ownership. Managerial ownership is acting as a management who actively participates in decision making and also as a shareholder in the company, and the measurements made for company value variables are using the Tobin's Q index. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The method used in this research is the documentation method carried out by collecting secondary data published by the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of annual reports which include financial statements of manufacturing companies in 2015-2017. Secondary data collection is done by tracing data through literature and manuals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a quantitative study with a correlational analysis method to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.
