The fundamental task of higher vocational colleges is to put the core values of education through the whole process of skilled personnel training, and cultivate craftsmen with both ability and political integrity. By summing up the current situation of the cultivation of craftsmen in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the problems of the cultivation of craftsmen in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions to pay more attention to the cultivation of craftsmen; To explore a new model of craftsman training. This is not only of great significance to grasp the opportunity brought by the "double high" plan, enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational college graduates and realize the transformation and development of higher vocational colleges, but also contribute to the smooth transition of China to "China Intelligent Manufacturing".

 In the development of recent years, colleges and universities have to face certain challenges and difficulties in the process of training artistic talents due to the influence of teaching conditions, teaching staff and other factors. In the 21st century, the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce. The training of applied talents is an inevitable trend of social and economic development. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of artistic talents in vocational colleges and universities in practice, it is necessary to explore a complete and scientific training system based on the characteristics of employment-oriented and comprehensive applied talents training. To alleviate the difficulty and pressure of the training of application-oriented talents in vocational colleges at present, it can provide an effective reference for the curriculum of higher vocational colleges and fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper makes a simple research and analysis on the training of art applied talents in vocational colleges and universities based on the perspective of employment.

The innovation capability of enterprises is reflected in whether their products and services can meet the needs of customers and adapt to the market. After analyzing the main differences between traditional manufacturing enterprises and intelligent manufacturing enterprises, it is proposed that intelligent manufacturing enterprises share the main characteristics of digitization, automation, platformization and flat manufacturing. Based on the theory of “ambidextrous innovation”, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the innovation capability of intelligent manufacturing enterprises and notes that informatization and intellectualization are the driving forces between the innovation capability of enterprises. In addition, a “dual drive” and “ambidextrous innovation” have a direct effect on manufacturing and management, promoting products and services and comprehensively improving the quality of such products and services to enhance the core competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing enterprises. A compound dual innovation capability model for intelligent manufacturing enterprises is constructed, and the evaluation indices of the model are provided for reference. The present work provides research focuses and a theoretical framework for follow-up research on the innovation capability of intelligent manufacturing enterprises to promote the innovation and development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
