The quality management system that is implemented with consistent commitment will provide benefits and success for all stakeholders in the higher education institutions. So that to achieve these benefits and success must be based on several quality management principles that have been established. Starting the entry of foreign universities to enliven the "competition" that already exists in the country. Universities should not only be seen as centers of science, research centers, and community service centers, but also a corporate entity that "produces knowledge" that needs to "compete" to ensure survival. Competition, as experienced by companies for profit, includes competition in the fields of quality, price and service. Universities as a non-profit entity also face the same thing. For the management of all of that, management knowledge and skills are needed, namely integrated management of Higher Education.
