Pemetaan Mutu Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Keling-Jepara-Jawa Tengah

Pemetaan mutu dilaksanakan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang capaian atau pemenuhan SNP. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus permasalahan: 1) bagaimana pemetaan mutu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan instrumen pemetaan mutu di SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? 2) bagaimana cara meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rapor mutu sebagai hasil pemetaan mutu menunjukkan ada peningkatan nilai dari tahun sebelumnya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya penambahan guru serta kualifikasi guru yang hampir mencapai SNP (Standar Nasional Pendidikan). Kemajuan juga terjadi pada kepala sekolah yang sudah memenuhi kualifikasi sebagai kepala sekolah profesional, ada juga standar tenaga administrasi yang harus memiliki tenaga administrasi yang berkualifikasi sesuai namun masih banyak data yang tidak terbaca oleh aplikasi dapodik yang menjadikan nilai rapor standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tidak memiliki nilai. Setelah menganalisis pencapaian mutu dilanjutkan dengan upaya kepala sekolah dalam membina tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan lewat program pendidikan dan pelatihan, MGMP dan IHT.Quality mapping is carried out to provide an overview of the achievement or fulfillment of the National Education Standards (SNP). This research focuses on the problems: 1) how is the quality mapping of educators and education staff based on the quality mapping instrument at SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? 2) how to improve the quality of educators and education staffs based on the standards of educators and education personnels or staffs at SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the quality report card as a result of quality mapping showed an increase in grades from the previous year, this was evidenced by the addition of teachers and teacher qualifications that almost reached the National Education Standards (SNP). Progress has also occurred in school principals who have met the qualifications as professional school principals, there are also administrative staff standards who must have appropriate qualified administrative personnel but there is still a lot of data that is not legible by the dapodik application which makes the standard report cards of educators and education personnels have no grade. After analyzing the quality achievement, it is continued with the principal's efforts in fostering educators and education staffs through education and training programs, MGMP and IHT.

ANDROID-BASED LEARNING MEDIA DEVELOPMENT FOR CHEMICAL BALANCE MATERIALS

This study aims to obtain an innovative android-based chemistry learning media for Chemical Equilibrium material in Class XII MIA. To achieve this goal, research on the type of development using the 4D method has been carried out. The media obtained were tested for feasibility, referring to the feasibility indicators of learning media in the National Education Standards Agency, BSNP involving expert validators. The research result show that(1) An android-based chemistry learning media (ChemsDroid) has been obtained on chemical equilibrium topic.(2). The ChemsDroid media obtained has met the eligibility criteria based on the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP), namely content feasibility, graphic feasibility, language feasibility and presentation feasibility.(3) The results of the perception test showed that students gave a very good response.

Importance Performance Analysis Model for Implementation in National Education Standards (SNPs)

The purpose of this study is to analyse the implementation of three national education standards (SNPs), namely management standards, graduates competency standards, and teacher and education staff at the Ummul Quro (UQ) Islamic school and the Bogor Hajj Persaudaraan Foundation (YPHB) using importance-performance analysis (IPA) model. This study uses primary data sourced from a questionnaire distributed to thirty respondents. The test results reveal that the application of management standards, graduate competency standards, and standards for teachers and education personnel at Islamic boarding schools UQ and YPHB have been optimal with a level of compatibility between importance and performance at a very good level. The implementation of 3 SNPs in UQ and YPHB based on IPA showed that Islamic education institutions must strive to improve performance through compilation of the respective duties, job description, use of work procedures, and socialization management system and maintain several attributes that have been assessed as good, such as formulate vision and mission, goals, targets and strategic plans, organizational structure, guidelines. The institution also has to maintain the stability of the level of satisfaction with the quality of the performance, implementation of activities according to the agreed program, involvement of community participation and partnerships/school committees, monitoring the implementation of the program. Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan (Analisis Konsep dan Implikasinya Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan)

This study aims to analyze the basic concepts of education financing and its implications for improving the quality of education. This research uses the Library Research method. The results showed that improving the quality of an educational institution / institution is the hope and desire of the community who use educational services. Therefore, to make this happen, various strategic efforts have been made by the government and the community as managers and education stakeholders. Among them, what the government is doing is designing national education standards. Based on the law national education system Number. 20 of 2003 there are 8 national standards, which aim to improve the quality of an educational institution. Based on government regulations, one of the eight national education standards is a financing standard. education financing is the most important and inseparable thing in education management activities. So, among other things, the government policy is to roll out BOS funds at the school level. Education financing and funding managed by schools / madrasahs must be transparent in order to create accountability. If it is accountable, it will increase the credibility of the educational institution. If it is credible, it will automatically improve the quality of the educational institution. Multimedia based learning in the basic lessons of electricity and electronics to improve SMK student competency

Management of education quality refers to the National Education Standards. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1. Multimedia learning planning to improve student competence (2) Organizing multimedia learning to improve student competence (3) Implementing multimedia learning to improve student competence (4) Evaluating multimedia learning to improve student competence (5) Multimedia learning outcomes to improve student competence (6) Inhibiting factors for multimedia learning in increasing student competence Qualitative descriptive methods to describe phenomena that occur realistically Data collection techniques (1) Interview (2) Observation (3). Documentation The conclusion of the study shows that the two SMKN schools have not been optimal in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and multimedia learning outcomes to improve student competence in basic electricity and electronics subjects. The principal fully supports all multimedia equipment facilities and requires subject teachers to use multimedia as a learning medium.

ANALISIS KELAYAKAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN IPS JENJANG MI/SD DI PLATFORM YOUTUBE PADA MATERI KERAGAMAN AGAMA DI INDONESIA

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan video pembelajaran di platform youtube materi keragaman agama di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi dokumentasi digunakan dalam penelitian ini, secara khusus pengumpulan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui platform yotuber dengan kata kunci “IPS keragaman Agama di Indonesia”, kemudian video dianalisis berdasarkan Standar Kelayakan dari Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) yaitu aspek isi dan penyajian, bahasa. Hasilnya peneliti menganalisis duabelas video pembelajaran IPS dari chanel yang berbeda, rata-rata pada aspek isi sebesar 67,5% berpredikat layak; bahasa sebesar 71,4% berpredikat layak; penyajian sebesar 73,3% berpredikat layak; kegrafikan sebesar 71,5% berpredikat layak. Pada ke empat aspek kelayakan menandakan bahwa videp pembelajaran IPS layak untuk dijadikan rujukan dalam Pembelajaran.FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF MI/SD IPS LEARNING VIDEO IN YOUTUBE PLATFORM ON RELIGIOUS DIVERSITY MATERIALS IN INDONESIAAbstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the feasibility of learning videos on the YouTube platform on the diversity of religions in Indonesia. A qualitative approach with a documentary study is used in this research, in particular, secondary data was collected through the YouTuber platform with the keyword "IPS on Religious Diversity in Indonesia", then a video based on the Feasibility Standards from the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP), namely content and presentation aspects, language. The results of the researchers analyzed the social studies learning videos from different content, on average 67.5% of the content aspect was predicated; language of 71.4% has a decent predicate; presentation of 73.3% was categorized as feasible; 71.5% of the predicate is feasible. The four aspects of feasibility indicate that the social studies learning video is feasible to be used as a reference in learning.

Pancasila Education Policy in Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards

Hasil Supervisi Mutu Pendidikan pada Sekolah Model SMK Negeri 1 Pujut Tahun 2020

This study aims to provide assistance to improve quality in accordance with national education standards or to exceed national education standards so that the formation of a quality culture in SMK Negeri 1 Pujut. This research was conducted using descriptive methods. The stages in the implementation of quality supervision, namely; (1) Mapping and validating school conditions, (2) Formulating future recommendations for solutions, (3) Assisting in implementing solutions, and (4) Evaluating their impacts and changes. The data analysis technique of this research is using descriptive analysis. The results of this study include; (1) The understanding of the quality standards at SMKN 1 Pujut is already good, indicated by the quality report cards that have reached SNP 4 with an achievement value of 5.74; (2) Implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been carried out well, starting from quality mapping, planning, implementation, evaluation and standard setting; (3) Implementation of K13 at SMKN 1 Pujut is in accordance with the provisions; (4) Strengthening Character Education (PPK) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been running well, indicated by the results of PPK report cards reaching 6.48 towards SNP 4; (5) The School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SMKN 1 Pujut has achieved SNP with a score of 6.69; and (6) Implementation of UKS at SMKN 1 Pujut reaches 5.8 towards SNP 4.
