Implementation of load balancing in cloud computing applications using quick sort method is a study to determine the access speed of each server. Design a cloud computing application using 4 laptops as application users and 3 laptops or PCs as servers in data storage. In sending data performed by the user application, the data will be distributed to the server that has been selected by the system with a quick sort method that sort the rest of the server capacity and then choose the server with the largest capacity. The stored data is placed in the htdocs file on the server. Based on the tests performed, cloud computing applications can run on at least 2 laptops using the windows version. Testing the server is also done by directly using the command prompt. During testing each server receives ping from the application to determine server performance in using load balancing. Testing without load balancing that sends data 50 times of 10 Mb to one server yields speed 15 ms, with 2 server divided by two in its data delivery that is as much as 25 times 10 Mb then speed 12 ms.

Cloud Computing is an emerging computing paradigm. It aims to share data, calculations, and service transparently over a scalable network of nodes. Since Cloud computing stores the data and disseminated resources in the open environment. So, the amount of data storage increases quickly. In the cloud storage, load balancing is a key issue. It would consume a lot of cost to maintain load information, since the system is too huge to timely disperse load. Load balancing is one of the main challenges in cloud computing which is required to distribute the dynamic workload across multiple nodes to ensure that no single node is overwhelmed. It helps in optimal utilization of resources and hence in enhancing the performance of the system. A few existing scheduling algorithms can maintain load balancing and provide better strategies through efficient job scheduling and resource allocation techniques as well. In order to gain maximum profits with optimized load balancing algorithms, it is necessary to utilize resources efficiently. This paper discusses some of the existing load balancing algorithms in cloud computing and also their challenges.

Cloud Computing is an emerging computing paradigm. It aims to share data, calculations, and service transparently overascalable network of nodes. Since Cloud computing stores the data and disseminated resources in the openenvironment. So, the amount of data storage increases quickly. As we know that a cloud is the collection of many nodes, which can support various types of application that is used by the clients on a basis of pay per use. Therefore, the system, which is incurring a cost for the user should function smoothly and should have algorithms that can continue the propersystem functioning even at peak usage. In this paper, a load balancing algorithm has been discussed and implemented inCloudSim environment. Multiple number of experiments have been conducted to analyze the results.

Reliability and trust Models are used to enhance secure , reliable scheduling , load balancing and QoS in cloud and Distributed environment. Trust models that are being used in Distributed and Grid environment, does not qualify cloud computing environment requirements. Since the parameters that have being taken into consideration in these trust models, does not fit in the cloud Infrastructure As A Service, a suitable trust model is proposed based on the existing model that is suitable for trust value management for the cloud IaaS parameters. Based on the above achieved trust values,  trust based scheduling and load balancing  is done for better allocation of resources and enhancing the QOS of services been provided to the users. In this paper, an trust based cloud computing framework is proposed using trust model ,trust based scheduling and load balancing algorithms. Here we describe the design and development of trusted Cloud service model for cloud Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) known as VimCloud .VimCloud an open source cloud computing framework that implements the tusted Cloud Service Model and  trust based scheduling and load balancing algorithm . However one of the major issues in cloud IaaS is to ensure reliability and security or used data and computation. Trusted cloud service model ensures that user virual machine executes only on trusted cloud node, whose integrity and reliability is known in term of trust value . VimCloud shown practical in term of performace which is better then existing models.

With each passing day, the number of users on the internet increases and thus does the data associated with them. This implies an exponential increase in the data storage and data processing units of practically all the servers on the net. Considering that the underlying idea and original purpose of the internet was to share data and resources, it becomes an increasingly difficult task to manage gigantic amounts of data associated with the ever-increasing number of users. This is why Cloud Computing has been able to bring a revolution in the world of technology and become the indispensable part of the internet that it is today. In this paper, we review the topic of load balancing and the various load balancing algorithms upon different measures. We also try to understand the most challenging problems that the cloud faces and some new load balancing techniques inspired from the natural world.

People show attention to cloud computing since it is efficient and scalable. But maintaining the stability of processing so many jobs in the cloud computing environment with load balancing is a very difficult problem and receives much attention by researchers. Load balancing in cloud computing platform has performance impact also. Good load balancing makes cloud computing more efficient and increases user satisfaction. This paper introduces a better load balance model for public cloud based on cloud partitioning concept with a switch mechanism to choose various strategies in different situations. The algorithm applies game theory to load balancing strategy and improves the efficiency in the public cloud environment. MCC is a concept which aims to mitigate these limitations by extending the capabilities of smart devices by employing cloud services, as required. In MCC both the data storage and processing occur external to the mobile device, while in cloud computing it is usually only the data storage which is external. In this following a some of these architectures as categorized in augmented execution, elastic partitioned/modularized applications, application mobility, ad-hoc mobile cloud and add a fifth category; cyber foraging. This system addresses whether MCC techniques can be used to extend the capabilities of resource-constrained mobile-devices to provide the illusion of infinite, elastic resources on demand. The existing system limitations of mobile-devices, and identified five key limited resources as being CPU, memory, battery, data usage and time. In this research explored existing solutions for these limitations and identified offloading computation and storage from the device as a possible solution.
