3D Representation Sharing (3dRS) is a web-based tool designed to share biomolecular structure representations, including 4D ensembles derived from Molecular Dynamics (MD) trajectories. The server offers a team working in different locations a single URL to share and discuss structural data in an interactive fashion, with the possibility to use it as a live figure for scientific papers. The web tool allows an easy upload of structures and trajectories in different formats. The 3D representation, powered by NGL viewer, offers an interactive display with smooth visualization in modern web browsers. Multiple structures can be loaded and superposed in the same scene. 1D sequences from the loaded structures are presented and linked to the 3D representation. Multiple, pre-defined 3D molecular representations are available. The powerful NGL selection syntax allows the definition of molecular regions that can be then displayed using different representations. Important descriptors such as distances or interactions can be easily added into the representation. Trajectory frames can be explored using a common video player control panel. Trajectories are efficiently stored and transferred to the NGL viewer thanks to an MDsrv-based data streaming. The server design offers all functionalities in one single web page, with a curated user experience, involving a minimum learning curve. Extended documentation is available, including a gallery with a collection of scenes. The server requires no registration and is available at https://mmb.irbbarcelona.org/3dRS.

Current technological developments can be done to facilitate work. One of them can be applied to support management information system that focus on management TK Mekar Sari. The problems that exist in the process of acceptance of new students are still conventional (manual) and the class division process is still shared conventionally (manually) using Microsoft Excel. So it can take much time for class and student division in each semester. Based on the problem, the system is called "Kindergarten Management Information System (case study: Kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari village Ambawang)". The system is built using the PHP programming language with a native framework. While the database development uses MySQL that works for the database server. Design of the display interface that author builds are created using Adobe XD CC 2019. As well as the draft database using Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart. This system can facilitate admins, principals and prospective registrants in the registration process, class division and Administration data collection to make it easier, faster and efficient both in terms of time, place, cost and energy at kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari in Ambawang village.

A blockchain is a shared, public register, storing business transactions and outlining assets, and of which immutable in nature. Globally Electronic Health Record (EHR) market is swiftly rising. Due to this swift growth of the EHR market worth is predictable to be $50 billion in 2025. Blockchain will revolutionize in the medical field, to store medical historical records in a tamper proof, secure, and more reliable in the effective diagnosis and treatment in the real-time medical data. Health care data it can be twisted copied and modified faster than ever before and if the data is the critical thing behind more efficient care block chain may be the medium to get us there, currently the medical organizations are being ruined because of poor data integration. Our project consists of Drug description, Data Security, Huge Data, cloud. Once the data is entered the data goes to the block and links to the chain. We are using blake2b, because blake2b is much faster and has less rounds compared with the blake. Blake2b is about 30 percent faster than the blake. The data is finally transferred to the Json file to compact and easy to transfer in nature. We similarly converse the privileges of blockchain, along with the tests tackled and future viewpoints. Execution measurements in blockchain systems, for example, latency, throughput, Round Trip Time (RTT), has been advanced for achieving upgraded results. Contrasted with customary EHR frameworks, which use customer server design, the proposed framework utilizes blockchain for improving proficiency and security.

The emerging concern about data privacy and security has motivated the proposal of federated learning. Federated learning allows computing nodes to only synchronize the locally- trained models instead of their original data in distributed training. Conventional federated learning architecture, inherited from the parameter server design, relies on highly centralized typologies and large nodes-to-server bandwidths. However, in real-world federated learning scenarios, the network capacities between nodes are highly uniformly distributed and smaller than that in data centers. As a result, how to efficiently utilize network capacities between computing nodes is crucial for conventional federated learning. In this paper, we propose Bandwidth Aware Combo (BACombo), a model segment level decentralized federated learning, to tackle this problem. In BACombo, we propose a segmented gossip aggregation mechanism that makes full use of node-to-node bandwidth for speeding up the communication time. Besides, a bandwidth-aware worker selection model further reduces the transmission delay by greedily choosing the bandwidth-sufficient worker. The convergence guarantees are provided for BACombo. The experimental results on various datasets demonstrate that the training time is reduced by up to 18 times that of baselines without accuracy degrade.

The potency and effectiveness of the knowledge systems, in some ways, rely upon its design and the way knowledge area unit transmitted among totally different parties. Similarly, a really crucial side within the computer code development is that the security of knowledge that flows through open communication channels. one in all the foremost widespread design is client/server design that creates the centralization of knowledge storage and process modify, and supply flexibility for applying authentication strategies and coding algorithms inside info systems. whereas the amount of shoppers increase, its need increasing the authentication and coding level as high as potential. Client/server could be a technology that enables to open associate degree interactive session between the user's browser and also the server. during this study, we tend to used client/server design to accomplish secure messaging/chat between shoppers while not the server having the ability to decode the message by applying 2 layer security: one layer of coding between the shoppers and also the server, and also the second layer of coding between the shoppers within the chat space. during this manner, a shopper / Server Cryptography- based mostly Secure electronic messaging System mistreatment RSA (Rivest- Shamir-Adelman), that could be a wide used public-key cryptography and authentication system for encryption of digital electronic messaging transactions like email over the computer network, extranet and net, to write in code and decipher messages in an exceedingly terminal window is developed.

Noise pollution is an emerging and challenging problem of all large metropolitan areas, affecting the health of citizens in multiple ways. Therefore, obtaining a detailed and real-time map of noise in cities becomes of the utmost importance for authorities to take preventive measures. Until now, these measurements were limited to occasional sampling made by specialized companies, that mainly focus on major roads. In this paper, we propose an alternative approach to this problem based on crowdsensing. Our proposed architecture empowers participating citizens by allowing them to seamlessly, and based on their context, sample the noise in their surrounding environment. This allows us to provide a global and detailed view of noise levels around the city, including places traditionally not monitored due to poor accessibility, even while using their vehicles. In the paper, we detail how the different relevant issues in our architecture, i.e., smartphone calibration, measurement adequacy, server design, and client–server interaction, were solved, and we have validated them in real scenarios to illustrate the potential of the solution achieved.

Services to customers that have not been optimal with the implementation of the note-taking model, recording and making reports to the leadership that are still often a complaint for officers is the forerunner to this research. To overcome the problem that was complained about, then carried out steps that could help facilitate the service in the garbage bank. The solution offered is with the Client Server Design of Sukorejo Refuse Bank Application, so that services to customers can be done effectively and efficiently and can report quickly enough. With the service model that has been assisted by the application of the refuse bank, it is expected that it can also help improve the performance of officers. So that the process of designing this system is more directed, then the system development model is used with the waterfall method. The use of this method is chosen based on the consideration of the scope of application that only interacts within the internal Sukorejo refuse bank itself, therefore it is chosen because the scope of the application is still small scale. This system will be built with the Client Server by considering that one computer unit is reserved for the server and the other can be used as a workstation or client. This application will be created using Visual Basic 2010 and the MySQL database. With this system, it can reduce the problems in the refuse bank, so that the garbage bank can provide better service.
