Penggunaan tanaman tradisional sebagai obat-obatan tidak kalah dibanding bahan obat kimiawi karena penggunaan bahan alami justru tidak menimbulkan efek samping yang berlebihan. Masih terbatasnya penelitian terkait rantai pasokan obat herbal melatarbelakangi penelitian ini sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses rantai pasokan obat herbal. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah model Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Cerdas berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode Green Supply Chain Operation Reference, Fuzzy Analytic Network Process dan Algoritme Genetika dengan objek penelitian pada industri obat herbal. Sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan yang ditingkatkan kinerjanya dengan menambahkan elemen kecerdasan buatan ke dalamnya yang terdiri atas empat bagian utama, yaitu: sistem manajemen dialog, sistem manajemen basis data, sistem manajemen basis model, dan elemen kecerdasan buatan. Pada simulasi sistem diperoleh hasil untuk karbon footprint sebanyak 602 kg sementara total environment footprint sebesar 4.181 kg, recycle waste material menjadi pilihan pertama pakar pada alternatif pengembangan rantai pasok hijau sementara jarak terpendek untuk jalur distribusi sejauh 1014 km. Berdasarkan pengujian load test, aplikasi berjalan baik dengan waktu rata-rata selama 9.28 detik. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah aplikasi online yang dapat diakses pada situs www.herbal.biz.id dengan melakukan registrasi user terlebih dahulu.<br /><br />Kata Kunci: Algoritme Genetika, Fuzzy Analytic Network Process, obat herbal, rantai pasok.

PT. Karya Giri Palma merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang menerapkan konsep Supply Chain Management (SCM) untuk mengatur proses aliran material. Sejauh ini selama proses penge- lolaan rantai pasoknya, perusahaan tidak pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang melibatkan semua pihak terkait. Metode untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok ini adalah Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). SCOR adalah model referensi proses operasi rantai pasokan, yang terbagi menjadi lima proses dasar manajemen rantai pasokan, yaitu plan, source, make, deliver dan return. Pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini juga didukung oleh metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Objective Matrix (OMAX). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pencapaian keseluruhan dari kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan adalah 7,94. Dengan menggunakan pembobotan ANP dan menggunakan OMAX untuk menghitung sistem scoring, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat 7 indikator kinerja rantai pasok yang memerlukan tindakan perbaikan segera, yaitu tingkat ketepatan material yang dibutuhkan, lama waktu supplier dalam merespon permintaan, produk cacat pada proses produksi, energi untuk memproduksi produk, waktu pengiriman produk ke konsumen, waktu dalam pengiriman order tambahan serta bahan bakar untuk delivery.


Green supply chain management is being concerned for both development and eminent difficulties are observed through supply chain mining activities. In Mining Industry, All the exercises engaged with extraction, generation, circulation add to ecological concerns. The ecological and health problem are still now prevailing due to uncaring in green supply chain activities. In our thesis the environmental problems are categorized as main factors and sub factors by collecting opinion from industrial experts & reputed literature survey. The main factors and sub- factors are rated and evaluated by one of the multi criteria decision making tool (MCDM) i.e Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP). According to AHP, the main factors and sub factors are rated and arranged as more affecting factor to environment based on global value attained. As the result, it was found that the most influencing factors are Impact on land and its sub factors.

This paper proposes the use of fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) in identifying the content of the structural decisions of manufacturing strategy that integrates sustainability and the classical manufacturing strategy framework, considering firm size as a relevant component in decision-making. Fuzzy set theory elucidates judgment through linguistic variables while analytic network process (ANP) handles the complexity of the decision-making brought about by subjectivity and relationships among components in the decision problem. A group of experts in manufacturing was tasked to elicit judgment in pairwise comparisons following in the methodology of the ANP. Results also show that structural decisions that support sustainability integrate backward supply chain. This supports existing approaches particularly on sustainable supply chain and green purchasing. The contribution of this work lies in adopting a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework that identifies the content of the structural decisions of a sustainable manufacturing strategy.

Nowadays, supply chain management decisions have become strategic decisions. Also, greening process of supply chain activities were required due to satisfy the customer expectations, and protect the environmental life. Since one of the strategic decisions for supply chains is the supplier selection, greening process also became necessary for supplier evaluations. Within this context, in this chapter, a comprehensive list of the criteria for green supplier selection was determined. Fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method was applied to determine the cause-effect relationships between the main criteria. Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP) method was used to find the relative weights of the criteria. Finally, fuzzy VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method was applied to prioritize the various suppliers.

Nowadays, the Hayuningrum Batik Industry keeps trying to optimize the production of batik cloth until the batik cloth can be accepted by consumers, but the Hayuningrum Batik Industry lacks awareness about environmental issues. One effort that can be taken is by measuring the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). This study aims to calculate and analyze GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry in the year 2020 and provide proposed improvement to improve GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry located in Laweyan, Surakarta. The method used are the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (Green SCOR) model approach, weighting with the Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) method, and normalization using the Snorm de Boer formula. Based on research conducted, 26 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) have been verified. The KPI is weighted using the AHP method. Then, the normalization score has been calculated for each indicator. The results of these measurements show the value of GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry of 57.42, which means that the performance is classified as Average. Therefore, the Hayuningrum Batik Industry need to improve their performance. The proposed improvement is given to each indicator in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry that need to be prioritized for improvement.

This study aims to determine how much value the supply chain performance at PT. XYZ when measured using the green scor model. PT. XYZ is a company that produces chemical active ingredients for agriculture and plantations. The problem experienced by the company is that the company began to develop not only environmentally friendly products but also environmentally friendly management and supply chains that will start with Guela products. After verification of the 18 proposed indicators, through the interview session 14 indicators were verified and could be used as KPIs. Weighting for each KPI is done using the AHP method. Furthermore, performance measurement or scoring is performed using the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) method and evaluating using the traffic light system (TLS) method. Based on table 4.67 it can be seen that of the 14 KPIs, 3 KPIs are included in the yellow category, 1 KPIs are included in the red category and 10 KPIs are included in the green category. The total value of the measurement of the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ obtained 72.64 (Good). From these figures it can be seen that the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ is in green, which means that supply chain performance is good but corrective action needs to be taken to improve the performance of PT. XYZ.
