PT. D&C Production is a center for selling, foam mattresses, mattresses of all sizes and models, may types of car accessories and various kinds of women's and men's underwear. Problems regarding the decline in sales resulted in the accumulation of goods so that it became a loss. Data mining can be a solution to overcome these problems. This study will use the fp-growth algorithm to form an association model with the aim of helping companies increase their sales by creating underwear promotional packages. The data set that will be used to support this research is the sales transaction data set for the period April 2020 to December 2020. The results show that known rules have been obtained using the fp-growth algorithm, where the rules of this association can create strategies to increase clothing sales. In the form of five association rules that are ready to be used for making clothing promotional packages by meeting the support values and confidence values that have been set at the beginning, namely having a confidence value above 80% and a support value above 25%.

The development of the business world is increasingly rapid, so it needs a special strategy to increase the turnover of the company, in this case the retail company. In increasing the company's turnover can be done using the Data Mining process, one of which is using apriori algorithm. With a priori algorithm can be found association rules which can later be used as patterns of purchasing goods by consumers, this study uses a repository of 209 records consisting of 23 transactions and 164 attributes. From the results of this study, the goods with the name CREAM CUPID HEART COAT HANGER are the products most often purchased by consumers. By knowing the pattern of purchasing goods by consumers, the company management can increase the company's turnover by referring to the results of processing sales transaction data using a priori algorithm

Data mining is a collection of algorithms for finding interesting and unknown patterns or rules in data. However, different algorithms can result in different rules from the same data. The process presented here exploits these differences to find particularly robust, consistent, and noteworthy rules among much larger potential rule sets. More specifically, this research focuses on using association rules and classification mining to select the persistently strong association rules. Persistently strong association rules are association rules that are verifiable by classification mining the same data set. The process for finding persistent strong rules was executed against two data sets obtained from the American National Election Studies. Analysis of the first data set resulted in one persistent strong rule and one persistent rule, while analysis of the second data set resulted in 11 persistent strong rules and 10 persistent rules. The persistent strong rule discovery process suggests these rules are the most robust, consistent, and noteworthy among the much larger potential rule sets.

Association rules extraction is one of the important goals of data mining and analyzing. Aiming at the problem that information lose caused by crisp partition of numerical attribute , in this article, we put forward a fuzzy association rules mining method based on fuzzy logic. First, we use c-means clustering to generate fuzzy partitions and eliminate redundant data, and then map the original data set into fuzzy interval, in the end, we extract the fuzzy association rules on the fuzzy data set as providing the basis for proper decision-making. Results show that this method can effectively improve the efficiency of data mining and the semantic visualization and credibility of association rules.

It occurs time and space performance bottlenecks when traditional association rules algorithms are used to big data mining. This paper proposes a parallel algorithm based on matrix under cloud computing to improve Apriori algorithm. The algorithm uses binary matrix to store transaction data, uses matrix "and" operation to replace the connection between itemsets and combines cloud computing technology to implement the parallel mining for frequent itemsets. Under different conditions, the simulation shows it improves the efficiency, solves the performance bottleneck problem and can be widely used in big data mining with strong scalability and stability.

Sales transaction data on a company will continue to increase day by day. Large amounts of data can be problematic for a company if it is not managed properly. Data mining is a field of science that unifies techniques from machine learning, pattern processing, statistics, databases, and visualization to handle the problem of retrieving information from large databases. The relationship sought in data mining can be a relationship between two or more in one dimension. The algorithm included in association rules in data mining is the Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) algorithm is one of the alternatives that can be used to determine the most frequent itemset in a data set.

Competition in the business world requires entrepreneurs to think of finding a way or method to increase the transaction of goods sold. The purpose of this research is to provide drug stock data that is widely purchased by pharmacy customers at Kimia Farma, Green Lake branch in Jakarta. The algorithm used in this study is a priori to determine the relationship between the frequency of sales of drug brands most frequently purchased by customers. The association pattern formed with a minimum support of 40% and a minimum value of 70% confidence produces 17 association rules. The strong rules obtained are that if you buy a 500Mg Ponstan KPL @ 100, you will buy an Incidal OD 10Mg Cap with a support value of 59% and a confidence value of 84%. A priori algorithm can be used by companies to develop marketing strategies in marketing products by examining consumer purchasing patterns.

By using data mining methods can be processed to obtain information and assist in decision making, the amount of data on sales transactions in each drug purchase can cause a data accumulation and various problems, such as drug stock inventory, and sales transaction data, with Data mining techniques, the behavior of consumers in making transactions of drug purchase patterns can be analyzed, It can be known what drugs are commonly purchased by mostly people, the application of Apriori Algorithm is expected to help in forming a combination of itemset. The process of determining drug purchase patterns can be carried out by applying the Appriori algorithm method, determination of drug purchase patterns can be done by looking at the results of the consumer's tendency to buy drugs based on a combination of 3 itemset. By calculating the Analysis of High Frequency Patterns and the Formation of Association Rules, with a minimum of 30% support, there is a combination of 3 itemsset namely MOLAGIT PER TAB (M1), VIT C TABLET (V2), and PARACETAMOL 500 MG TABLET (P2) with 33.33 % support results obtained, and with minimum confidence of 65% there are 6 final association rules.

The objectives of this study is to analyze a large amount of data that often appears to create a knowledge base that can be utilized by firm to enhance their decision support system. The authors used the association rules with rapid miner software, data mining approach, and predictive analysis that contains various data exploration scenarios. The study provides important evidence for adopting data mining methods in the industrial sector and their advantages and disadvantages. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) has a type of computer maintenance activity. Currently, a numerous errors often occur due to the accuracy in computer maintenance which has a major impact on production results. Therefore, this study focuses on association rules using growth patterns that often appear on variables that have been determined into the algorithm (FP-growth) which results in knowledge with a 100% confidence value and a 97% support value. The value results of this study has support and trust are expected to become knowledge for top management in deciding evergreen IT-business routines.

With the rapid development of network and database technology, data need to be processed massively increased, how to carry out effective data mining is a serious problem. The mature development of granular computing algorithm provides new ideas and new methods to study for data mining. Association rules of granular computing can reduce the number of object scanning data set, and improve the efficiency of the algorithm. In this paper we introduce the data source, classification, technology, system structure, operation process, application in other areas of data mining technology. Based on association rules of granular computing, data mining technology can provide quantitative basis for enterprise in screening assessment, so the service object has a stronger competitive advantage and focus more on its problems.
