 Since the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities, the Party Committee of Beijing United University has closely focused on the fundamental problem of “what kind of person to train, how to train and for whom to train”, and regards the course of ideological and political thinking as the fundamental measure to carry out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue. In 2020, in the event of the new epidemic situation, the school actively implemented the work plan of “stopping classes and not stopping learning” in Beijing, and opened the historic revolution of the whole school network teaching in education and teaching.In recent years, Beijing Union University in the “curriculum ideological and political” construction is constantly open up. In order to promote teaching practice and teaching research, the school teacher teaching development center set up the first teaching promoters of Beijing United University in 2019. The project team was set up by the school teaching promoters to study the effect of the online teaching mode of art courses under the concept of ideological and political education.

Innovation ability is the inevitable requirement of social development. Through the new teaching demand of ideological and political education in universitys, the author used his own rich experience of teaching practice of ideological and political education to explore innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education teaching method in practice, breaking through the old mode of ideological and political education and constructing the innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education pattern. with the continuous development of mobile communication technology, learners can easily take advantage of the fragmentary time to learn through smartphone and tablet PC due to their portability. We applied the mobile multimedia technology to the multimedia teaching of the ideological and political course, designed a mobile multimedia teaching platform for the ideological and political course, put forward the application of mobile technology to the ideological and political education for the first time. In addition, based on the frame of Ruby on Rails, we used HTML5 technology to enrich the functionality of the education platform, and adopted the online examination technology in the online examination section of the mobile teaching platform in order to help students evaluate their learning better and improve their learning efficiency. The teaching practice test showed that the excellent rate in the experimental group is improved obviously, reaching 10%; the good rate in the experimental group increases by 25% compared with that in the control group, and the number of people at medium and passing stages declines obviously: the medium rate decreases by 30%. These findings indicate the mobile teaching platform for the ideological and political course could improve students' learning scores significantly, which has a broad application prospect.

Abstract. Education is a human activity and a social activity with human as its object. This “People-oriented” educational philosophy is a trend of thought that has influenced the world since modern times, especially since the middle and late 20th century. Students are the foundation of university, but also the object of university education and the center of university development. The paper, adhering to the “Student-centered learning” approach, designs and practices the ideological and political education in College English curriculum from a multi-dimensional perspective, and discusses how to promote the ideological and political education in College English course.
