The development of information technology has brought tremendous changes to our country’s education. Based on the 5G + Internet, the article proposes a brand-new intelligent education model and proposes an ST analysis method, which mainly studies the teacher and students in the classroom. Class performance, based on Yebes network, proposed a learning decision method and application. The research results of the article show the following: (1) The article compares the monthly test scores of three variables under two different teaching modes. The results show that the performance of the online teaching mode is generally better than that of the traditional teaching mode, and the performance of the experimental class has increased more, with an average growth score of 4.83, indicating that there are significant differences in students’ learning and cognitive abilities under different teaching models. (2) The article compares the students’ knowledge mastery under two different teaching modes. The results show that under the traditional teaching mode, the students’ knowledge mastery is low, and the complete mastery rate is only 15%. In the network multimedia teaching mode, the students’ knowledge mastery rate has been greatly improved, the complete mastery rate is as high as 45%, and the students’ mastery of knowledge has been extremely improved, indicating that the network multimedia teaching mode can stimulate students’ learning interest more, improve learning efficiency. (3) Studying the differences in the source of curriculum resources of three different types of teachers, and the results show that the proportion of curriculum resources downloaded through the Internet is the largest; in the investigation of the impact of multimedia teaching on the classroom, the cooperation rate of students when multimedia teaching is not used, classroom practice accuracy and classroom completion rate are low, but after using multimedia teaching, students’ cooperation rate and classroom practice accuracy rate have been greatly improved, among which the accuracy rate of the experimental class is as high as 62.4%, and the students’ thinking ability is also good. This study aims to produce valid cognitive conflict-based interactive multimedia. This study uses the Plomp development model, which reports the results of the preliminary study and the prototyping phase. In the preliminary phase, five journals were analyzed and data were collected through teacher questionnaires. In the prototyping phase, multimedia is designed and self-evaluation is carried out and data collection is carried out through expert review questionnaires. The results of the journal analysis show that students' misconceptions about static fluid material are quite high. The results of the questionnaire show that learning is still teacher-centered, and interactive multimedia teaching materials are not yet available that can improve understanding of 4C concepts and skills. Based on the results of the preliminary research, in the prototyping phase, interactive multimedia based on cognitive conflict was designed using the Adobe Animate cc 2019 application. Interactive multimedia was arranged according to 4 syntaxes of cognitive conflict-based learning models, namely activation of preconceptions and misconceptions, presentation of cognitive conflicts, discovery of concepts and similarities, and reflection. . Each syntax is designed to improve students' conceptual understanding and 4C skills. The results of the interactive multimedia prototype self-evaluation obtained very good criteria. The results of the prototype validity test obtained a very valid category. Interactive multimedia has been valid in material substance, learning design, visual communication display, and software utilization.

In order to improve the effect of modern music teaching, this paper combines AI technology to construct a multimedia-assisted music teaching system, combines music teaching data processing requirements to improve the algorithm, proposes appropriate music data filtering algorithms, and performs appropriate data compression processing. Moreover, the functional structure analysis of the intelligent music teaching system is carried out with the support of the improved algorithm, and the three-tier framework technology that is currently more widely used is used in the music multimedia teaching system. Finally, in order to realize the complex functions of the system, the system adopts a layered approach. From the experimental research results, it can be seen that the multimedia-assisted music teaching system based on AI technology proposed in this paper can effectively improve the effect of modern music teaching.

Improving the intelligence of teaching environment and making the multimedia teaching equipment has become a major concern of the colleges and universities. To this end, the design of Internet of Things (IoT) technology based wisdom of higher education platform is of great interest. Designing the structure of online management platform for college education and realizing the functions of examination result inquiry, online teaching, and attendance management have gained more importance in the educational research. The wisdom classroom is the key structure of the wisdom education platform. A smart classroom architecture based on IoT technology is designed, which connects with traditional network facilities through the IoT gateway. Different layers of the architectures have been designed and implemented. The proposed platform tests results and shows that the intelligent education platform can effectively control classroom utilization and has high throughput, low application latency, and good practicability.

Through the analysis and research of the multimedia teaching platform system based on computer Internet technology, this paper proposes constructing a network multimedia teaching platform system based on streaming transmission to realize the sharing of excellent teaching resources in colleges and universities and the development of education and teaching. The design and development of each module of the teaching platform are completed, and the realization technology of each module function is explained. We completed the design and implementation of some auxiliary functions of the teaching platform, including the system usage help module, resource search module, and online on-demand playback functions. After the experiment, we compare the changes of students’ English anxiety before and after the experiment and conduct interviews with them. The results show that the application of the Internet-based scaffolding teaching model in college English reading teaching can alleviate students’ English learning anxiety. Through interviews to understand students’ feedback and evaluation of the new teaching model, it was found that most students hold positive evaluations of the Internet-based scaffolding teaching model, believing that the new teaching model can stimulate students’ English learning enthusiasm and increase confidence in English learning.

In view of the evaluation of music teaching quality, this paper tries to introduce elite teaching optimization algorithm, use multimedia to assist, sort out the factors affecting English teaching quality to build the corresponding indexes, select and optimize the English teaching quality evaluation model, and finally judge the results of English teaching quality. The simulation results show that the elite teaching optimization algorithm is effective and can support the quality analysis of English classroom multimedia teaching.

With the opening up of our country, English has become one of the necessary skills for foreign communication. Traditional English teaching can no longer meet the needs of learning. It is necessary to introduce computer, multimedia, and other technologies to supplement students to improve students’ autonomous learning ability and learning interest. This is extremely important for the evaluation of English multimedia teaching. Based on the collaborative filtering topic search algorithm, this article tries to sort out the influence of English synthesis and English specialization on the development of language intelligence for English multimedia teaching and analyzes and promotes the improvement of students’ interest in learning English and the improvement of classroom self-learning awareness. The results of simulation experiments show that the collaborative filtering topic search algorithm is effective and can support the development of language intelligence in English multimedia teaching.

It is an important reflection of modern education and an overwhelming way to strengthen the quality of teaching. In the current environment, the traditional multimedia classroom management model can no longer adapt to the current rapidly developing network environment. How to manage more and more campus multimedia classrooms is an urgent problem to be solved. The informatization construction and application of multimedia classrooms is the key to the realization of educational informatization. The traditional multimedia classroom management model has not been able to adapt to the rapidly developing network environment, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: electronic education management personnel cannot discover and process teaching in a timely manner. Equipment failure has not formed a set of standard troubleshooting procedures and cannot accurately record the status, use time, and maintenance records of various teaching pieces of equipment. This will not only affect the teaching quality of colleges and universities but also slow down the process of education informatization. This paper develops a web-based multimedia teaching equipment management system based on artificial intelligence and jQuery, which realizes the centralized control and management of various multimedia teaching equipment. According to the actual needs of multimedia teaching, this paper follows the design and development of software engineering, using artificial intelligence, jQuery, Ajax, and Spring MVC technology to design and develop a web-based multimedia teaching equipment management system. On the basis of realizing the centralized control and management of multiple multimedia teaching equipment, it can also track and record the use status and maintenance content of the multimedia teaching equipment to form an information knowledge base of the multimedia equipment, which is convenient for later maintenance and management. Through the use of this system, management can be systematized, standardized, and automated, reducing the tedious workload of management and maintenance personnel. It can speed up the information management process of multimedia teaching equipment and improve the work efficiency of related managers. A course can be studied online, and an online teaching system has been developed. According to our survey on Mandarin online course training in Northwest China (N = 343), we found that 81.6% of samples are satisfied with the Mandarin online training courses; 21.6% think that they have learned new teaching methods/teaching concepts from the teacher through the Mandarin training; 36.2% think that they have learned the theoretical knowledge of Mandarin through the Mandarin training. Gender, age, ethnicity, and learning experience are related to the difficulty of learning Mandarin online courses. Therefore, we can satisfy learners of different ages, learning foundations, and cultural backgrounds by designing different online course patterns, so as to enhance the high-quality promotion of Mandarin.

With the increasing development of multimedia teaching, the combination of virtual reality (VR) and video image control has very attractive development prospects in ideological and political teaching, for example, the use of virtual technology in games and so on. However, most virtual reality environments are currently built, and the functional development of artificial intelligence multimedia teaching systems is not comprehensive. An artificial intelligence VR video image control system is constructed for the multimedia teaching system. This article analyzes the development of artificial intelligence multimedia teaching systems and compares the detection performance and efficiency of traditional methods and artificial intelligence multimedia VR ideological and political teaching. Research shows that, in the use of VR to control the images of ideological and political teaching, the average accuracy of these ten video images is 75.68%. This shows that the video image classification and detection algorithm model based on artificial intelligence in this paper can extract deeper and more abstract features to classify the target. The artificial intelligence VR video image control algorithm constructed in this paper can reduce the maximum failure rate by 49.16%, 61.02%, and 66.94%, respectively. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the artificial intelligence VR video image control algorithm constructed in this paper can reduce the storage access delay time of 10 different video images by an average of 15.93%, can obtain about 9.37% performance optimization, and can reduce the video image control time by 7.28% and 10.63%, respectively. For pictures, the artificial intelligence VR video image control system in this article can increase the performance by up to 28.49%.
