Innovation ability is the inevitable requirement of social development. Innovation education is the foundation of cultivating talents and the need of using talents, and it is inevitable in the development of the times. Through the new teaching demand of ideological and political education in universitys, the author used his own rich experience of teaching practice of ideological and political education to explore innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education teaching method in practice, breaking through the old mode of ideological and political education and constructing the innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education pattern. It greatly promoted the ideological and political education to university students as the main body in the mode of development and effectively guided university ideological and political education work.

In recent years, with the development of "guiding outline of Ideological and political construction of college curriculum" and "five focuses", the ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities has become more and more important. With the development of the strategy of "Ideological and political education of curriculum", the infiltration of traditional culture into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has become the focus of the school and society. From the perspective of culture itself, Chinese excellent traditional culture is a vivid teaching material for college students' patriotism education, an important resource to cultivate socialist core values, and an important source to nourish socialist moral construction. Therefore, in the context of the new era, college teachers should base on the actual development of students, grasp the connotation of the times, optimize the curriculum system, wake up the students' sense of cultural identity and belonging, and truly implement the fundamental task of "moral education".

The paper presents a valid and efficient method to teach ideological and political education courses in linear regression analysis. It includes theory and practice parts, where interactive learning methodologies are created. It adopts case-study teaching, since this teaching method effectively integrates theoretical teaching and practical teaching. The lectures should be not an exhaustive review of regression methodology, but they should focus on how the regression models derived. Moreover, the teacher should pay more attention to the theoretical aspects of models rather than to their implementation using software. Students work in teams of three or four on a problem presented by teachers and choose relevant software to carry out their own projects. Feedback from students indicates that this method of teaching improves students' class attendance and greatly increases their interest in learning.

However, the quality evaluation mechanism is related to ability, fairness, and potential. It is essential to assume the effectiveness of moral education in college curriculum ideological and political education as the benchmark, adhere to positioning experts, teachers, and students as the key elements of the main body of the evaluation mechanism, as well as establish a diversified quality evaluation standard system based on the teaching management, infrastructure, and moral education effectiveness. Building a scientific and multi-dimensional quality evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and universities would promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in courses.
