Innovation is critical to technological progress and has many theories to explain its processes. Organised competition has been shown empirically to provide an alternative pathway for innovation within an industry, increasing innovation rates and radicalness. This research introduces and develops the new staged competition innovation theory which builds on the well-understood diffusion of innovation theory and the Technology–Organisation–Environment framework to explain how decision-making and technological, organisational, and environmental characteristics of industry-based competition can drive innovation activity. The new theory comprises three principles that demonstrate how a well-designed staged competition provides: (1) a unique innovation mechanism away from parent industry constraints, (2) a unique agile environment that can increase innovation development, and (3) a return pathway for adoption back to the parent industry. Principle 2 addresses the specific competition environment criteria required to drive innovation, beginning with a co-dependency between organiser and teams in providing team confidence and a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties. Relative advantage drives teams to innovate by generating competitive pressure, while a variable solution space due to competition specific rules and competition brief clarity direct innovation efforts. Finally, competition repetition provides ongoing innovation transfer between teams within the competition and to the parent industry.

Currently, innovation is no longer limited to a single enterprise. The joint realization of collaborative innovation by multiple parties has become the main driving force for innovation and development. The Power Innovation Park is an emerging innovation and entrepreneurship model. It is guided by power grid companies, and the school, government, and enterprise are combined in the park. The Power Innovation Park urgently needs theoretical guidance in terms of the resource allocation mechanism, support incentive mode, and benefit-sharing mode, so this paper takes the park as an example to study the benefit-sharing mode of collaborative innovation. In this paper, the transformation methods of the Power Innovation Park are divided into two types: cooperation between members within the park and dominated by external enterprises in the park. This paper applies cooperative game theory and HJB equation to study the benefit-sharing model of each member in the Power Innovation Park under two different result transformation modes. Research has shown that an appropriate method of transformation of results can maximize the overall and individual interests of the park and that individual interests are affected by many factors. Finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the collaborative innovation development of the innovation park through the research results.

Fokus kajian adalah berkenaan fungsi tuala wanita yang dicipta oleh Lakshmi sebagai mekanisme inovasi sosial di kalangan wanita dan masyarakat pedalaman di India dalam filem PadMan (2018). Penciptaan tuala wanita oleh Lakshmi, suami kepada Gayatri adalah sebagai langkah penyelesaian masalah dan untuk menggubah persepsi masyarakat setempat khususnya kaum wanita dalam aspek penjagaan kebersihan dan kesihatan ketika haid. Kajian ini  menggunakan kaedah kualitatif yang bersifat analisis tekstual naratif filem (PadMan 2018) melalui pendekatan inovasi sosial. Melalui hasil kajian, inovasi sosial ciptaan Lakshmi ini bersifat sebagai agen penolakan dan menyumbang kepada unsur negatif. Inovasi sosial ini bertindak sebagai unsur penentangan dari objektif utama fungsi inovasi sosial yang dikatakan oleh para sarjana Justeru, ia berfungsi sebagai elemen penentangan terhadap amalan dan kepercayaan tradisi dan agama di situ. Produk ini mengaibkan dan menjatuhkan maruah keluarga Lakshmi sendiri. Inovasi sosial ini turut dianggap sebagai unsur kejahatan yang mencabar agama, adat dan kepercayaan tradisi yang sudah lama diamalkan. Ironinya, pada masyarakat luar: daerah perkampungan lain dan bandar, inovasi sosial ini mencapai objektif yang dikehendaki.   The discussion offers in this paper draws on the innovation of female pad by Lakshmi, as an element of social innovation mechanism among the rural women dan society in India, in PadMan (2018). The invention of a female towel by Laksmi, a husband of Gayatri function as the innovation of solution and the element of change to his society and especially to the women community in his village. However, this perception serves as an element of opposition to their traditional practice and also the religious belief of the society. This study uses the textual analysis approach through the concept of social innovation. Findings of the study shows that Lakshmi’s social innovation fails to achieved its function defined bythe scholar. Yet it serves as negative elements to his family and his communinity. The action brought shame upon his family and he is labelled as a bad energy to the society. Ironically, to the others: those in the city and urban areas, his innovation serves as a positive element. Thus, it is an innovation that could lead society to a better life andhygiene. Hence, he is considering as a saviour or a hero.

The existing computer technology is used to conduct an in-depth study and analysis of drilling waste treatment, and the results are analyzed by computer simulation optimization algorithms. Based on the system theory, we define the research system, combine the unique characteristics of the technological innovation mechanism of drilling waste treatment, and use the internal and external factors affecting the technological innovation dynamics of drilling waste treatment, such as drilling waste treatment capacity, from the current actual situation. On this basis, factor analysis is used to analyze the factors affecting technological innovation dynamics from both internal and external aspects of the system, establish a system model of technological innovation dynamics of drilling waste disposal, and give the initial values of the simulation model. This will reduce the pollution of the environment and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Drilling waste treatment technology is getting increased attention, but at this stage, there is no suitable technology innovation mechanism for drilling waste treatment. Through the simulation trend chart obtained by sensitivity analysis, the key factors in the system are found, and the innovation power mechanism of drilling waste treatment technology is constructed, which provides a basis for the formulation of enterprise technological innovation strategies and the development of technological innovation activities. Research on the dynamic mechanism of drilling waste treatment technology innovation explores a waste treatment mechanism suitable for the drilling industry, so as to promote the steady development of the drilling industry and at the same time provide theoretical support for the treatment of drilling engineering waste.

Abstract. The construction of new media platforms in universities is an significant part of the current online ideological and political education in universities. This essay analyzes the current situation and features of relying on new media platforms to carry out students' ideological education in universities, then explains the conceptual ideas of the common construction and sharing mechanism of new media platforms in the new era, and constructs an innovative mechanism for co-construction and sharing of new media platforms in universities based on the interoperability, interconnection and mutual integration between online and offline of new media, also proposes specific implementation paths to build a community of education and form a large pattern of collaborative education of ideological and political work in universities.

In recent years, China’s economic development has advanced by leaps and bounds, but the development of China’s rural logistics system is still at its primary stage. Some remote areas with inconvenient transportation are still in a state of serious lack or even blank, and due to the high cost of rural logistics delivery services, the rural logistics business of the enterprise also has a profit problem, which limits the development of rural logistics talent innovation to some extent. The purpose of this paper is to study a new influencing factor model of the Internet rural logistics talent innovation mechanism. This paper innovatively proposes countermeasures to improve the innovation of e-commerce practitioners in rural areas. Through research, the author finds that the innovation of rural e-commerce application talents in China is generally low. The key point of the solution lies in how to improve the level of innovation in rural e-commerce application talents. According to the status quo, identify the factors that hinder the innovation and improvement of rural e-commerce application talents. Combined with the great environment of the development of rural e-commerce industry in China, the paper proposes to improve the countermeasures for improving the innovation of rural e-commerce application talents. Improve the current situation of rural e-commerce application talents mediocrity and promote the innovation of rural e-commerce application talents. Fundamentally promote agricultural development and the building of a new socialist countryside. This paper adopts the literature research method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, system analysis method and the combination of questionnaire survey and interview. Through big data and information science methods for data processing, using a company’s Internet rural talent data set to simulate, the results It shows that with the method of this paper, the recognition rate reaches 98%, the speed increases obviously, and it is 20% faster than others.
