Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an alternative form of distributing agricultural products, including fish, consistent with the model of food supply chain shortening. It extends beyond the traditional model of profit maximization and aims at strengthening local interactions with food consumers. The purpose of this article is to assess the feasibility of implementing the CSA model in the Polish carp market, representing the dominant aquaculture product. The research focused on the potential identified on the supply and demand sides of the carp market. The source material was collected through a pilot two-track empirical study conducted in 2019 in the Barycz Valley, where the largest complex of carp breeding ponds is located in Poland, and in Europe. We propose that the following CSA model of direct sales can become a source of specific benefits in the economic, social, and environmental dimensions for the key stakeholders of the supply chain, (i.e., carp producers and consumers). The research results show that in the case of carp production in Poland, CSA may turn out a desirable support for the sale of fish in the future; however, the existing conditions are not yet fully favourable for its development.

Promoting supply-side structural reform is the key to China’s economic transformation and upgrading. As disruptive innovation is affecting different sectors and areas of society, numerous high-tech development zones should fully release their vitality and realize unprecedented development while contributing to this reform. This study attempted to further analyze the Research and Development (R&D) efficiency of high-tech zones in the past mode, and shed light on a more advanced and effective development pattern in the near future. This paper used Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model, which is a linear programming method to measure the efficiency between multiple decision-making units, and categorized three decisive factors to reach solid conclusions [1]. Our statistical results indicated that the low R&D efficiency is ubiquity among high-tech industries, and there is not yet a strong platform for advanced R&D activities. Lastly, this paper suggested strategies to maintain the sustainable development of the high-tech industry under the supply-side reform.

At present, China’s economy has entered a new period of high-quality development from the stage of high-speed growth. The supply side structural reform focusing on removing production capacity, inventory, deleveraging, cost reduction and making up for weaknesses is a major strategic measure to enhance the driving force of sustained economic growth, solve the deep-seated problems of economic development and improve the quality of economic development. Accelerating the innovation and application of smart supply chain has become an important part of promoting supply side structural reform, cultivating new economic growth points and building a modern economic system. This paper mainly analyzes the emergence and research status of smart supply chain and the construction of smart supply chain system under the background of supply side reform, so as to promote the high-quality development of economy.
