The high-quality development of the logistics industry plays an important role in high-quality economic development. Green logistics is attracting more attention, owing to environmental concern. Based on the five concepts of “innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing” of high-quality economic development, the input–output indicators of green logistics efficiency (GLE) have been designed. The correlation between the green logistics input and output indicators have been analyzed by Pearson, and the green logistics efficiency of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province has been calculated by three-stage DEA. The evolutionary characteristics of the high-quality development of green logistics efficiency in Jiangxi Province were analyzed and evaluated. The conclusions were achieved as follows: (1) Nanchang, Xinyu and Ganzhou city are at the forefront of efficiency, and are less affected by environmental factors. The logistics efficiency of other cities is obviously affected by environmental factors. (2) The comprehensive technical efficiency (TE) of green logistics in Jiangxi Province is strongly influenced by scale efficiency (SE). The poor scale efficiency reduces the comprehensive technical efficiency of green logistics. (3) There is a positive correlation between high-quality economic development and logistics efficiency. In these cities of Jiangxi province (Nanchang, Ganzhou, Jiujiang, etc.) the share of total economy and green logistics efficiency is high. This study proves that Jiangxi province is moving towards high-quality economic development due to good environmental protection. (4) In 2017, Jiangxi Province was recognized as one of the national ecological civilization pilot region by the State Council. Green logistics efficiency in Jiangxi Province showed an inflection point in 2017, indicating that the green concept is becoming more and more popular. From the government to enterprises, the province has achieved initial results in promoting the transformation of the economic development mode. It aims to provide reference for the high-quality development of other provinces.

Based on the cross-sectional data of 40 large-scale international airports in China in 2019, this paper introduced natural and social factors into the calculation of airport operating efficiency and constructed a BCC-SFA-BCC-Tobit 4-stage analysis framework. Combining with the connotation of the “green, smart, humane, and safe” airport high-quality development, the paper applied the Tobit model to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the operating efficiency of airports, and the research shows that (1) the overall operating efficiency of the study airports is 0.734; in terms of the region, the operating efficiency of airports located in southwest and northwest regions is greatly affected by natural factors, while the operating efficiency of airports located in North China is mostly affected by social factors. (2) Under the perspective of human-earth relationship, the impact of natural factors on the operating efficiency of airports is greater than that of social factors, wherein PM2.5 and relative humidity have negative impact, while the actual foreign capital utilization of the city and domestic and foreign tourists have positive impact. (3) The regression results of the Tobit model indicate that green, smart, and safe indicators can promote the high-quality development of airports, while the humane indicator restrains the high-quality development of airports.

In today’s world, green development has become an important trend, and many countries regard the development of green industry as an important measure to promote economic restructuring. Green development is consistent with sustainable development in ideology. China’s economy is in the stage of high-quality development. As an important foundation for China’s external economic development, the free trade zone can play a good role in promoting its green and high-quality development. Based on the data of 18 free trade zones in China in 2020, this paper explores the green and high-quality development path of the China Pilot Free Trade Zone. Firstly, the green development index is constructed according to the existing research and experience, and then the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to evaluate the green and high-quality development path. The results show that the development of pilot free trade zones is not the result of a single condition but the result of a combination of green policy effectiveness, foreign investment participation, green production growth rate, and other conditions. Combined with the green and high-quality development path, this paper further provides enlightenment for the development of the China Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Background China’s economy has been transitioning from a phase of rapid growth to high-quality development. The high-quality development of industry is the foundation of a sustainable and healthy growth of national economy, and is of great significance to improve people’s living standards, and to meet people’s needs for a better life. Methods We develop an evaluation index system of high-quality development of industry from the perspectives of industrial benefit, innovation ability, coordination ability, green ability, opening ability and sharing ability. Based on a panel data of 30 provinces in China during 1999–2018, we evaluate the level of high-quality development of industry using the entropy-weight method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Meanwhile we select six specific years and adopt the Natural Breaks method to classify the provinces according to their levels. At last, Moran’s I index is used to analyze the spatial correlation among the provinces. Results Opening ability and innovation ability are found to have greater impacts on industrial high-quality development than other indices, and their influence has been increasing in recent years. There are large spatial and temporal differences among different provinces. Municipalities and coastal provinces are found to be at constantly high levels. The levels in the central region dropped first and then increased, however it was the opposite in the western region. In the northeast region, the levels fluctuated greatly. Overall, the high-quality development of industry among China’s provinces shows positive spatial correlation. Most provinces in China are in High-High and Low-Low clustering States. The High-High clustering type is mainly distributed in the eastern region and the Low-Low clustering type is mainly distributed in the western and central regions. Conclusion (1) Innovation ability and open ability are the most important factors. (2) Green ability has not sufficiently contributed to China’s industrial development. (3) Regional and time evolution differences are significant. (4) There is a significant and stable spatial clustering effect in the high-quality development of industry among China’s provinces.

Furthermore, the goal of Community Service (PKM) is to bring educational institutions closer to the community so that universities may help the government accelerate development activities and train high-quality development actors. Counseling and training are the goals of this Community Service (PKM) project in North Talang Ubi Village, Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. In terms of the socialization of growing household income, the goal is to raise public awareness about how to increase household income and ensure that the benefits of this service are embraced by the residents of North Talang Ubi Village. With the socialization of increasing household income, the community can find out how to alternatively increase household income with the economic potential in the family. From the activities that have been carried out, several obstacles occur, including the low level of education, which impacts thinking patterns in overcoming problems of family economic constraints, lack of job opportunities/opportunities.

Abstract Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (cities and districts) in China from 2003 to 2019, this paper uses the Green Development Index System jointly formulated and released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Central Organization Department to construct a comprehensive index system which can calculate the high-quality development index of green economy, and research the impact of green credit, environmental pollution and high-quality development of green economy. The results show that: (1) The improvement of green credit is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of green economy. Considering the high autocorrelation of the high-quality development of green economy, the impact of green credit on the high-quality development of green economy is still robust and does not depend on the specific metrology. (2) With Moran Index, it is found that the high-quality development of green economy has spatial characteristics. By using Spatial Dobbin Model (SDM), it is found that under both (0,1) weight matrix and geographical distance weight matrix, the impact of green credit on the high-quality development of green economy is positive, forming a positive spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of green economy in surrounding areas. (3) By using the Intermediary Effect Model,it can be seen that environmental pollution plays a partial intermediary effect between green credit and high-quality development of green economy. There is a transmission channel of "green credit → environmental pollution → high-quality development of green economy". (4) By using Panel Quantile Regression Model, it is found, with the improvement of high-quality development of green economy, that the promotional effect brought by green credit increased.

Technological innovation and high-quality economic development are inevitable requirements of sustainable development, and the digital economy has gradually become a new engine to enhance technological innovation and the high-quality development of China’s economy. Deeply discussing the effect of digital economy on high-quality economic development and clarifying the mechanism behind it can effectively grant the boosting power of digital economy to China’s high-quality development, which is of great practical significance to China’s sustainable economic development. In this study, the mechanism, effect, and regional heterogeneity of the impact of the digital economy on the level of high-quality economic development in 30 Chinese provinces from 2011–2019 were measured and empirically tested using a mediating effects model and a spatial Durbin model, among others. The results showed that the overall level of digital economy and high-quality development is not high, and there were both high agglomeration and low agglomeration, with obvious spatial path dependence and spatial lock-in. Digital economy could promote the high-quality development level of the economy, and the spatial spillover effect was remarkable. In addition, the function of digital economy in promoting high-quality economic development in the eastern, central, and western regions was gradually weakened. Besides, the technological innovation was an important transmission path of digital economy to high-quality economic development. Based on these findings, it is proposed that decision-makers should strengthen digitalization efforts so that the digital economy can become a powerful tool to narrow the digital divide. Further, the dynamic and differentiated digital economy development strategy should be implemented to reduce regional development imbalances in an effective manner.
