This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size and intellectual capital towards firm value. Capital structure is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), company size is proxied by Ln from total assets, intellectual capital is proxied by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) and company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements on the LQ 45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2017. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 15 companies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the capital structure had no effect on the value of the company, profitability had an effect on the value of the company, the size of the company did not affect the value of the company and intellectual capital did not affect the value of the company.

This study aims to determine how much influence intellectual capital has on firm value. Variable intellectual capital is measured by the pulic model (1998) "Value Added Intellectual Coefficient" (VAIC ™). Company value is measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The research sample used was a mining industry company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the study period of 2013 - 2017. Data were collected by purposive sampling method. The sample used is 19 companies each year. The research method uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that Value added human capital had no effect on firm value, Value added capital employed had no effect on firm value and Structural capital value added had an effect on firm value.

Banks are also industrial institutions whose activities always rely on trust, so they must always maintain the bank's health performance system. Bank health maintenance by maintaining capital adequacy, asset quality, management, achieving sufficient profit and liquidity. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of the capital structure, profitability, liquidity and market value of corporate value with dividends as a moderating variable.The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling technique, which was based on certain criteria so the sample size of 5 samples of each banking industry company - helped distribute dividends during the period 2006 - 2014. The data used were secondary data obtained from the Stock Annual Report Effect. Research hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Residual MRA. The results showed that: 1). Capital structure has no significant effect on the value of the Company, 2). Profitability has a significant effect on Company Value, 3). Liquidity does not have a significant effect on firm value, 4). Market value has no significant effect on the value of the Company, 4). Dividends cannot significantly moderate the Influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity and Market Value of the value of the Company.   Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, likuidity, Market Value, Value and Dividend  Company

A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. Partially the dividend policy has a significant positive effect on company value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy, and Company Value.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously the size of the company and business risk on the capital structure of the Automotive Industry Company Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all automotive industry companies as many as 17 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2014-2016, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses had a positive and significant effect based on t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously the size of the company and business risk had a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of the Automotive Industry Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

<pre>The objective of this study is empirically identify the impacts of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. We operate quantitative approach within the scope of manufacturing company of metal, chemical, and plastic packaging sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2018 periods as the population. Samples are chosen by purposive sampling method inwhich the company must report the financial statement in a row, obtained 79 observations. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis to determine the condition of the business financial ratios of the variables studied. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that corporate governance and capital structure influence the firm value, moreover the use of institutional ownership ratio and capital structure will increase the value of the firm. The result also shows that the impact of Corporate governance and capital structure on the company value are mediated by financial performance. It means that the value of the firm can increase if the company able became an effective monitoring tool.</pre>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Value, Leverage, and Company Size on Earnings Persistence in Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Data obtained from the page www.idnfinancial.com. The data in this study are secondary data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Samples that fit the criteria were obtained by 23 companies during the 2015-2019 observation period. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS data regression analysis model.26.0 The results showed that firm value had no significant effect on earnings persistence, leverage and firm size had a significant effect on earnings persistence on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period.

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value.
