This study aims to determine how the application of the New Public Service concept to the WADUL-E Service (Aspiration and Electronic Complaints Forum) in Pacitan Regency. This study used a qualitative approach and the determination of informants using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the concept of the New Public Service was not fully applicable to the Pacitan WADUL-E Service, because the researchers did not find data related to the 6th indicator, which is serving not directing which contains the position of the leader here, not as the owner but as a public servant or public servant. However, the rest of the concept of the new public service is in accordance with the real situation in the Pacitan Wadule Service. Hence, it is necessary to have in-depth research to find out the leadership side in the service. Based this research, it can be conculed that it is one of the public innovation efforts created by the Pacitan Regency Government is to provide Complaint Services in the form of WADUL-E Services of Pacitan Regency which was formed and inaugurated on March 14, 2018. By utilizing this service, it is hoped that the aspirations and complaints of the Pacitan citizens are connected to regional government. Keywords: E-Service, New Public Service, WADUL-E Pacitan

The government prioritizes Villages in development, providing funds for Villages which are taken directly from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget to be managed by the Village independently. The research objective was to determine the effect of the influence of the internal control system, the use of accounting information technology, and the competence of the Nagari apparatus on the accountability of village fund management. This type of quantitative research, a sample of 20 Nagari in Agam District, as many as 80 respondents, using convenience sampling techniques, the data in this study were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research F test results F value 31.750> F table 2.74, 95% confidence level and significant 0.05, Fcount > F table conclusion that there is an effect of independent variables (X1, X2 and X3) on the dependent variable (Y) simultaneously. A separate t-test test found that the internal control system variable (X1) did not have a significant effect on the accountability of Village Fund management, the variable use of accounting information technology and the competence of Nagari officials (X2 and X3) had a significant effect on the accountability of Village Fund management. A person's ability to interact with others in a community is social capital. Social ability that occurs and is based on trust, mutual understanding, and rules about the same values can be understood (shared value) owned by group members in order to be resilient to life's challenges. Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a student organization in the campus environment aims to create activities outside the academic students who are thought / reasoning, talent interests, welfare, and special interests in addition to equipping softskil for its members can develop. The result of data analysis shows that there are 1)Influence of Social Capital variables in the form of Participation, Social Norm on Student Activity Units (SMEs) 2). There is an influence of capital social variables in the form of Participation, Social Norm on the soul of Entrepenuer 30. There is an influence of capital social variables in the form of Participation, Social Norm on the soul of Entrepenuer through the Student Activity Unit

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Value, Leverage, and Company Size on Earnings Persistence in Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Data obtained from the page www.idnfinancial.com. The data in this study are secondary data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Samples that fit the criteria were obtained by 23 companies during the 2015-2019 observation period. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS data regression analysis model.26.0 The results showed that firm value had no significant effect on earnings persistence, leverage and firm size had a significant effect on earnings persistence on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period.

Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer’s value on costumer’s loyalty of Go-Jek online service users in Samarinda. The sample is concluded by purposive sampling technique, with 140 respondents. Data collection technique used is quesionare (inquiry). Analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 26 progam. The result of the study prove that customer relationship management has a positive and insignificant effect on customer’s loyalty, while the customer’s value has a positive and significant on customer’s loyalty.

To reduce risk in investment and at the same time optimize the returns, it is necessary to establish a series of stocks that have high returns, as well asto select a series of stock with negative variance to reduce the risk. In this research, an efficient frontier approach by Harry Markowitz will be applied to JII shares during the period 2009 - 2019 so that a portfolio with a low risk and optimal return can be formed to reduce risk and optimize return.

The goal of this research is to find out the distribution of wages, jobs, co-workers, and supervision to the workers’s job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The methods used in this research are descriptive and verificative, using questionnaire. The research shows: The distribution of wages is categorized as good with ttotal score of 365, jobs are also categorized as good, scored 546, co-workers is categorized as good, scored 435, supervision is categorized as good with the score of 353, and job satisfaction is categorized as good scored 309. Partially, wages has positive effect and significant toward workers’s job satisfaction, where as thitung > ttabel of 3.492 > 2.365. Jobs is proven to have positif and significant effect on workers’s job satifaction, where as thitung > ttabel of 5.255 > 2.365. Co-workers was proven to have positive but not significant effect on workers’s job satisfaction, where as thitung > ttabel of 2.047 > 2.365. Supervision was proven to have negative and significant effect on workers’s job satisfaction, where as thitung > ttabel of -3.130 > -2.365. Simultaneously, there was proven that there were positive effects of wages, jobs, co-workers, and supervision to workers’s job satisfaction, where as of Fhitung > Ftabel 23.053 > 4.12. Based on the result of the hypothesis, it was concluded that effect amongst wages, jobs, co-workers, and supervision, to workers’s job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

The concept of economic corridor was introduced to be a breakthrough in the acceleration of economy development of the designated areas. The success of an economic corridor to grow further is determined by the performance of infrastructure, corridor services, and management of the corridor. The study aims at explaining the concept and process development of assessment tools to identify the service readiness and performances of Infrastructure to support development progress of corridors. A desk study has been conducted to identify parameters of measurements using public, government, and user views that might apply to Indonesian Economic Corridor. All parameters and indicators were selected on the basis of supply performances, quality of services, efficiency, utilization, and sustainability of the infrastructure. The study results in 9 outcomes and 31 infrastructure services indicators to be used in measuring corridor performance in relation infrastructure operations of the corridor. This only one side of the corridor performance assessment process but would be one of two important steps to able to assess the performance of Indonesian Economic Corridor grow beyond.

The retail industry in Indonesia is currently experiencing unpredictable ups and downs. Many retail stores are closed and new ones keep popping up. Changes in the environment that keep happening make retail owners / management have to understand the changes themselves. For this reason, the business model must be determined in order to be able to compete with competitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the Wendys retail store business model using the (BMC) Business Model Canvas method. This research method uses descriptive analysis with the Business Model Canvas method using primary and secondary data. The customer segment of the Wendys retail store is local residents. Its value proposition is convenience of the shop building, product layout on the storefront, easy access, friendly service and product completeness. The main channels used are shop buildings and social media. Customer Relations is a delivery service for certain customers. Key activities are finding suppliers at low prices, purchasing products, processing products for sale (sorting, packaging), and keeping merchandise clean, well-maintained and resaleable. Main Resources owned are shop buildings, shop facilities and shop attendants. Its main partners are consumer goods suppliers and retail store communities. The cost structure includes operational costs which include product maintenance and maintenance, salaries, electricity, water. Non-operational costs depreciation of building value. The revenue stream is only from product sales.
