This article tells about education leadership. In making this article, the author uses a literature review system. This article was created to help readers on what educational leadership is. Leadership is generally defined as the ability in readiness possessed by someone to be able to influence, encourage, invite, guide, move, direct and if necessary force people or groups to accept the influence and the made something that can help achieve a certain goal that has been set. So it can be conclueded that educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals that have been set can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals that have been set can be achieved properly. The function of educational leadership is to foster brotherhood and be responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of the organization. The types of educational leadership include authoritarian, Laissez-faire, Democratic, and Pseudo-democratic. Skills that must be possessed by a leader include skills in leading, in an insane relationship, and in valuing. Approaches in studying educational leadership include approaching character, behavior, and approaching situations.

Today, distance education institutions are different from other traditional organizational structures because they require a virtual structuring. Therefore, the concept and practice of educational leadership is considered as a special area in distance education management process. As a requirement of 21st century, distance education leadership has been seen as a matter or necessity to be developed and to be investigated in the management of distance education. In this chapter, it is aimed to bring the insights of various researchers to define characteristics or qualifications of leadership in distance education, which are or should be different from traditional educational leadership through a literature review relevant to leadership and theories in leadership, educational leadership, and distance education leadership.

<p><em>Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.</em></p>

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals that have been set can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The functions of leadership there are two categories, namely the function of educational leadership related to the objectives to be achieved and the function of educational leadership related to the creation of a healthy work atmosphere . The types of educational leadership are authoritarian type, Laissez faire / liberal type, and democratic type. Principal's leadership style is divided into four, namely instructive behavior, consulate behavior, participatory behavior, and delegative behavior.

This article discusses leadership in an educational institution where the nature of good leadership will bring ease in coordinating an organization in achieving its goals. Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals that have been set can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Leadership has been described as a manager who is able to influence people or groups to achieve the desired and jointly determined results. The principal is expected to be the leader and innovator in the school. Therefore, the quality of the principal's leadership is significant for school success. Leadership is essentially the ability possessed by someone to foster, guide, direct and move others to work together to achieve the goals set. To realize these goals, the leader needs to carry out a series of activities including directing the people involved in the organization they lead. Leadership is part of management that is planning and organizing, but the main role of leadership is to influence others to achieve the goals set. A good leader will produce a good performance from each of his members and vice versa if the leader can not manage well then it will be difficult to achieve a goal of the institution.
