This essay was created to find out the Importance of Environmental Materials in Indonesian Language Learning in the School Environment because environmental materials in Indonesian language learning become one of the important topics that need to be discussed because basically the environment becomes a topic that mostly meets indonesian language learning textbooks. In Indonesian language learning, the environmental material that is usually discussed is about the surrounding environment in the community. In the research I did on Indonesian language learning is also what makes environmental materials as a theme or topic that needs to be examined, analyzed and must be understood by students or students in school.

The environment is a combination of physical conditions that include the state of natural resources such as land, water, solar energy, minerals, and flora and fauna that grow on land and in the oceans, with institutions that include human creation such as decisions on how to use the physical environment. Based on the results of studies and research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that environmental material has an important role and is also related to Indonesian language learning to motivate students.
