The purpose of writing this article is to realize how important administration is in the world of education. so that all those involved in the world of education have good administrative procedures. Administration as a joint activity exists as long as there are people who live and work together in groups. education administration is basically the whole mobilization and integration of everything or potential in an institutional activity, both personal, spiritual and material, which is concerned with the achievement of educational goals.
