This paper mainly introduces the research and application of the technical features, technological principles and construction procedures of the pipe track inner mold in the construction of the pipe track through the silver pipe track project. The inner mold system is composed of trolley support; with a combination of large mold instead of cabin mold scaffold system. The cabin mold scaffold system optimizes the cabin mold system construction from “scaffolding ? installation mold ? reinforcement ? mold removal ? scaffolding removal ? horizontal transfer” to “inner mold trolley installation and commissioning ? trolley in place ? support form ? release mold ? mold movement.” Reduce labor intensity, conserve construction consumables, and assure quality and safety by reducing the expansion, deconstruction, and transfer procedure of the mold and supporting structure. The occupation time of internal mold trolley in each structural construction section is reduced, the trolley turnover efficiency is improved, and the economic benefit is improved thanks to the central support of early mold removal in the workshop, which serves as a model for the construction organization and technical treatment of similar projects.

In this study, a novel design for a compact, lightweight, agile, omnidirectional three-legged robot involving legs with four degrees of freedom, utilizing an spherical parallel mechanism with an additional non-redundant central support joint for the robot hip structure is proposed. The general design and conceptual ideas for the robot are presented, targeting a close match of the well-known SLIP-model. CAD models, 3d-printed prototypes, and proof-of-concept multi-body simulations are shown, investigating the feasibility to employ a geometrically dense spherical parallel manipulator with completely spherically shaped shell-type parts for the highly force-loaded application in the legged robot hip mechanism. Furthermore, in this study, an analytic expression is derived, yielding the calculation of stress forces acting inside the linkage structures, by directly constructing the manipulator hip Jacobian inside the force domain.

Introduction: Understanding the sport situation in a given context is the first step to discover and analyze its “state of the art”, at a given moment. This momentary “photograph” should enable the organization, to be situated in the present and, at the same time, to outline the path(s) it intends to take to promote sport as cultural practices that are unequivocal factor of socialization, integration, health and well-being. Consequently, it is crucial to establish tangible indicators that should mirror exactly what the organization is trying to accomplish, when monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of strategies and determining the slope between previously established goals and what has actually been completed. Objectives: Knowing the sports facilities in the municipality of Vouzela; characterize the sports offer, through the identification of the projects developed by the municipality; to know the opinion of sports agents about the sport situation in the municipality; meet the agents and specialists from different areas who are directly or indirectly related to the municipality's sporting activity; update the list of artificial sports facilities in the municipality of Vouzela. Methods: The study results from the combination of an exploratory investigation (field research), consisting of a thorough analysis of a specific entity, resembling a case study and a description that combines quantitative and qualitative techniques. Results: There are 122 sports facilities in the municipality of Vouzela, basic, specialized and special for sport shows, with an emphasis on training-based (fields, pavilions and rooms); 4% of the facilities is under direct management by the municipality, while only 15% requires requalification; the municipality points to citizens' sports activities, specially focusing on youth and old age groups, and has a strong link with associations in various sport modalities; the number and qualification of sport agents involved is considered unsatisfactory, claiming a quantitative and qualitative increase; current sport projects do not have central support, being fully supported by the municipality. Conclusion: Increasing the number of sport agents is essential to expand the social dimension of the municipality; the observed municipality presents a flexible structuring of its work mechanisms, since its actions reflect the needs of its citizens, trying to provide main support to the most weakened age groups, through the adoption of a general sport policy (sport for all); it is not a “tight” organization, establishing relations with the surrounding clubs and associations, a principle that meets the sport phenomenon, which is also an social aggregator.

The aim of this study was to compare jaw relation record in the completely edentulous patient using acrylic rim trays with curved or flat registration plates or using the manual guidance technique. The study included 17 patients – 11 female and 6 male, average age 70 years. Three jaw relation records were taken during one session, in the same vertical dimension, using acrylic rim trays: (1) with manual guidance (IM), (2) with self-guided recording system with acrylic rim tray and central support using a curved plate (BYC) and (3) with self-guided recording system with acrylic rim tray and central support using a flat plate (BYR). The models were mounted on a Whip Mix 2240 articulator to which a condyle position device (Orthodent) was added to register, at the level of the condyle box and incisal table, the differences among the positions recorded with the different setups (IM, BYC and BYR). The distances were measured on millimeter paper provided by the recording system manufacturer. For statistical analysis, confidence intervals (95%) were calculated for the mean differences and Student’s t-test for paired data (significance level: alpha<0.05). On both the mesiodistal plane and the vertical plane at the level of each condyle box and the incisal table, there were statistically significant differences among the three systems (p<0.001). At the level of incisal table, BYC and BYR provided more retrusive records than IM [arithmetic means (standard deviations) in millimeters: 3.82 (2.10) and 4.53 (2.18), respectively). The records obtained with BYR were significantly more retrusive with BYC [arithmetic mean (standard deviation) in millimeters: 1.41 (1.00)]. We reject the null hypothesis that proposes that all three registration systems described are clinically equivalent for establishing a jaw relation record in completely edentulous patients.

Public libraries play an important role in supporting and safeguarding educational justice and societal participation. The so-called third place – with the home as the first place and the school or workplace as the second place – forms a central support structure beyond formal educational institutions. The corona crisis forced public libraries to close temporarily, adapt their services, and develop new formats. This article analyzes these latest developments in Germany and Europe, illustrating the challenges public libraries are facing as a result of the corona crisis. The main research focus is on public libraries’ recent transformation – not only during the corona crisis – and its implications for safeguarding educational justice. This study will discuss the challenges posed by these developments based on the case of the German city of Bonn, thereby illustrating the importance of public libraries’ geography in strengthening educational justice.

A computer model of the frame of a ribbed-ring metal dome of steel I-beams with a span of 30,3 m and a height of 7,5 m with rigid connections at the joints have been developed. Based on the design scheme, auxiliary models of a partially complete dome frameworks were designed to study alternative installation methods, which differ from each other in the location scheme of temporary supports with hinge joints of bar elements over them. The installation computer models utilized the three schemes of temporary supports: central support, central support and 1 circular row of intermediate supports, central support and 3 circular rows of intermediate supports. Computer calculations were performed for the design model of the dome framework and for all installation models to evaluate the impact of the self-weight of the dome on the stress state of the elements of its framework. As a result of the research, graphs and diagrams were created, which reflect the level of installation stresses in the meridional ribs in comparison with their values in the design scheme. The necessity to perform calculations of the dome frameworks during the design according to the installation conditions is noted.

Abstract Background: A number of conceptual frameworks guide implementation and scale-up of evidence based (health promoting) interventions (EBIs). However, few studies delve into these frameworks to describe aspects of the delivery system--such as capacity building--that support successful scale-up. A standardized approach to capacity building is needed to develop new strategies and transfer successful strategies to new settings. Therefore, our objectives were to describe: (1) implementation strategies adopted by the central support system to build practitioners’ capacity to implement and scale-up a health promoting intervention (Choose to Move (CTM)), and (2) elements within capacity building strategies deemed essential to effectively implement CTM in diverse community contexts. Methods: CTM is a flexible, scalable, community-based health promoting physical activity (PA) and social connectedness intervention for older adults. In 2018-2020, eight health and social service societies, rural or remote municipalities, or community based organizations delivered CTM programs (n=22) that served older adults (n=322). We conducted in depth interviews with delivery partners (n=23), and a focus group with the central support system (n= 4) to assess key elements within capacity building strategies. Results: Capacity building strategies that delivery partners adopted were site selection/marketing, training, tools, technical assistance, peer networking, assessment and feedback. Essential elements that emerged within capacity building strategies were: a support system champion, activity coach skills, self efficacy and confidence; interactive assistance to answer questions and clarify materials. Key elements of central support that emerged were helping organizations-- adapt and tailor the EBI, leverage resources and strategies, maintain fidelity to the EBI, develop partnerships, train and monitor, learn from peers, increase awareness of older adult needs, increase PA programs for older adults and inform future organizational practices and processes. Central support provided a sounding board to organizations and were more successful if they were familiar with delivery partner resources and values, created buy-in and planned ahead. Conclusion: There is a key role for capacity building under the stewardship of central support units to promote implementation success. More clearly described capacity-building strategies that are designed and delivered to support implementation and scale-up would serve to advance the field, in future.

Municipalities play a significant role in the field of social care services. The basic social services are primarily provided by local governments. The Hungarian municipalities have strong social powers and duties, but their role is in a permanent transformation. The strongly decentralised system established in the early 1990s has since been centralised and the majority of specialised social services has been nationalised in the last decade. This has resulted in a new model; a mixed system having evolved after 2013. The provision of the specialised services has been mainly centralised, while the basic services have remained the responsibility of the municipal bodies. In this article, the impacts of this reform are analysed. The centralisation of the specialised services and the reforms of the financial support of municipal basic social services significantly transformed the former accessibility. The accessibility to these services depends on several factors: it depends on the central regulation of the entitlement rules, of the central funding of the municipal tasks and partly that of the economic power of the municipality. The central regulation and the central support of these services play a very important role in this system.

Education administration is a series of activities or the entire process of controlling a number of people working together to achieve educational goals in a planned and systematic manner held in a particular environment, especially in the form of educational institutions. The backbone of the education sector is its administrative and operational staff. From finance to human resources, the central support functions are similar to those found in organizations of any size. Like other organizations, no school can operate effectively without them.
