Artykuł zawiera porównanie koncepcji twórczych amerykańskich i izraelskich pisarzy rosyjskojęzycznych. Autorka artykułu przekonuje, że w przeciwieństwie do forowanej w XX wieku koncepcji „tygla narodów”, w czasach współczesnych o sukcesie prozy imigrantów decydują teksty korzystające z literacko-kulturowej hybrydyczności.

During the second half of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, space hazards multiplied, the most urgent of which is space debris. Professionals working in space are exposed to this hazard daily and are aware of it as a problem. Furthermore, increasing attention is being paid to the unpredictable behavior of the Sun, which produces the so-called space weather. The asteroid-comet hazard is considered as potentially having the most catastrophic consequences. No manifestations of biological hazard have yet been observed, although as space activities develop, it is becoming increasingly important. The appropriate time scale for astrophysical hazards is many millions of years, so from a practical perspective, they have no importance. This article briefly describes the main types of space hazards. The author analyzes the results of research and practical work in the field, both worldwide and specifically in Russia. Comparative analysis leads to the clear conclusion that a national program must be developed for the study of space hazards and to respond to space threats. This article is based on a report made by the author at the meeting of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) on January 15, 2019.

The purpose of this paper is to comment on the emergence of autofiction genre and its meaning. Beginning with a comparative analysis of this genre and the autobiographical one we will show the lack a stability of its definition since the 1970’s until dawn of the 21st century. This neologism, created by Serge Doubrovsky in 1969 shall be rebuilt by the author himself in 1977. Doubrovsky shall hence define that concept for a period of twenty years without achieving to fix all the issues concerning that very word. Beyond the more or less accepted combination of deconstructed narration, split subject and links to the psychoanalysis, autofiction genre appears to contain a performative potential. We will question about how and in which way autofiction parts itself from autobiography, showing it is from the beginning intrinsically performative

The modern world community is concerned about the search for humane, non-forceful methods for solving hybrid conflicts that characterize the system of international relations of the 21st century. That is why the concept of preventive diplomacy has become popular and in demand. The conflict in the East of Ukraine has shown that this concept has some flaws in terms of its implementation in practice. Using the historical method, the key means of implementing preventive diplomacy are revealed. The article analyzes examples of the use of preventive diplomacy methods for solving conflicts in Europe by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. The authors used the method of comparative analysis to compare examples of implementation of the principles of preventive diplomacy by different international players. Attention is drawn to the fact that excessive caution of the OSCE and unwillingness to call Russia a participant in the conflict and even more, so an aggressor country led to skepticism about the organization itself in Ukraine.

India over thousands of years had become a ‘melting pot’ of religious, linguistic and cultural diversity, and thereby created a unique cultural fabric based on the principles of multiculturalism and pluralism. The ancient Indian philosophy was based on the ideals of vasudaivakutumbakam - the whole world is one family and sarvadharmasambhava- all religion leads to the same destination. These philosophical notions have attained legal status in the India. This article will focus on the background and constitutional perspective of secularism as implemented in India, the Supreme Court’s interpretation of secularism and identification of certain religious practices as an essential and integral part of a religion and lastly the role of the State in regulating the freedom of religion.
