The research aimed to support Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theories such as Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Security (SECU), Brand Loyalty (BL), Behavioural Intention (BI), and the marketing models, Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), on the use of mobile payments of the Generation Z. The researchers used the quantitative method. Using a non-probability sampling method with a convenience sampling technique, there were 100 respondents of Generation Z. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that PEOU has no significant effect on BI. SECU and BL affect BI significantly. Then, BI has a significant impact on EWOM. It means that PEOU is not an important factor for Generation Z to use mobile payment. SECU and BL make the Generation Z continue to use mobile payment without worrying about data privacy issues because BL is embedded in their mind. As a result of BI, Generation Z will do marketing in the form of EWOM to their closest friends or relatives via social media.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the acceptance and the use of mobile payments in GOPAY payment technology by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, mobile payment characteristics, trust and security, and privacy. The research method used is a survey method. The sample of this research is GOPAY users in the Faculty of Economics at Prima Indonesia University, with as many as 222 (two hundred and twenty-two) respondents through an online questionnaire. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study can be concluded that the factors that influence the acceptance and the use of mobile payments on GOPAY payment technology are mobile payment characteristics, trust and security, and privacy which is not supported in this study. GOPAY has the characteristics of mobility, reachability, compatibility, and convenience. The characteristics of mobile payments are not supported because users cannot experience the benefits. Trust is not supported because not all users trust GOPAY, especially in the process of topping up balances and receiving cashback after making payment transactions. Security and privacy are not supported because users do not trust GOPAY regarding topping up balances, if the balance does not come in, they can contact the bank.

This study examines how mobile technology adoption influences customers' intention to book hotel rooms via smartphone. This study empirically incorporated perceived enjoyment and perceived value in the modified Technology Acceptance Model (m-TAM) and tested it as a unified model. Partial Least Square-Structural equation modelling (PLSSEM) was applied to estimate the proposed research framework based on the survey data collected from 386 travellers who booked hotels via their smartphones. The structural model confirms perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and perceived price value significantly influence consumers' behavioural intentions toward mobile hotel booking. This study confirms that TAM can be extended and employed to predict and explain the acceptance of the new technologies in service industries. This study also provides valuable theoretical contributions in developing and testing related theories and practical implications to hotel operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and hospitality technology suppliers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceptions of use, perceived ease of use and attitudes on the behavior interest of accounting students in using the Mind Your Own Business Accounting application with the Technology Acceptance Model approach. Data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire to accounting students at Politeknik Negeri Manado. Analysis of research data using Partial Least Square. The results showed that when students felt the benefits and convenience of using accounting applications for the financial reporting process, it made them have the attitude to accept the use of these applications. Furthermore, the perceived benefits of using the application and the positive attitude of students towards the use of accounting applications affect their intention to use the application. Conversely, the findings of this study do not prove the effect of ease of use of applications on the intention to use accounting applications as a means of making financial reports.

The present study has aimed to understand the customers’ behavioural intention to use electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) in the banking industry, using the technology acceptance model (TAM). Purposive sampling technique is used to collect data from 300 banks that included customers from Delhi (India), and partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was employed. The reliability and the validity of the overall model were evaluated using the measurement model, and the hypotheses were tested using the structural model. The results reveal that E-CRM had a positive impact on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which, in turn, had a positive impact on the attitude towards using E-CRM, which ultimately led to a positive behavioural intention of customers towards using E-CRM. This study reveals that there is a large potential for policymakers to raise awareness and acceptance of E-CRM services among the customers.
