Vol 43 (6) ◽

Abstract Powder production of copper alloy C72650 achieves 100% density after a series of anneals and cold rolling operations. The technique prevents segregation in high tin alloys, produces a fine grain and homogeneity which favors the decomposition (spinoidal) reaction. Applications include springs for electrical contacts. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: CU-598. Producer or source: AMETEK Specialty Metal Products.
