This paper analyses the relationship between health and employability in the context of the East Midlands, a high employment region with a history of manufacturing and coal mining, though both sectors’ importance has declined due to considerable industrial restructuring. It is argued that the health of the unemployed and economically inactive cannot be considered without an understanding of such contextual factors. Gender, age, the socio-economic context and other external factors are key to the complex relationship between health and employability. Within a broad framework of employability, health is not merely a personal characteristic. The paper argues for more qualitative research into employability and health to establish what factors influence the relationship.

To realize vision and mission of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District one of them are to increase public services in traffic and public transportation. So, Dishubkominfo Banyumas District continues to work to improve the quality of to empower all of the employee so that it will have strong performance and can work with optimally, effective, and efficient. The aims of the research are 1) to describe skills, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal characteristic, organization, commitment, and performance; 2) to describe the influence of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to organization commitment; 3) describe the influence of skills, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance; 4) describe the influence of organization commitment to employees performance; 5) describe the influence of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to employees performance through organization commitment. Respondent of this research are 100 people. The respondent are the employees of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District. This research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which do by AMOS 4.00 as the instrument of analysis. The result of this research prove that fourth coefficient can be conclude that variable concept of self and values more influence to variable organization commitment, compared with skill variable, knowledge variable, and personal characteristic variable. It can be prove with significantly value of p-value is very small (0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between variable of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal to variable of organization commitment is attested. From that coefficient it can be conclude that concept of self and values variables is more influence to performance variable compared with the other variable.it can be prove with significantly value of p-value on table column O on output program Amos Ver 19, so the p-values is very small (0,001). Therefore, the hypothesis which said there is an influence between variable of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance variable on DishubkominfoBanyumas District is attested. Significantly values of p-value on table column P and the output of Amos Program Ver 19, so the p-value is very small (<0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between organization commitment to performance of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District is attested. Significantly values of p-value on table column O on output program of Amos Ver 19 which means the value of p-value is very small (<0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance through organization commitment on Dishubkominfo Banyumas District is attested.  Keywords: skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal characteristic, performance, organization commitment.

This paper analyzes the financial support and inclusiveness within Hispanic families in New London, Connecticut, and the causes of their social exclusion in the larger society. We designed and administered a survey of 114 items that was answered by 148 participants representing 1.3% of the non-Puerto Rican Hispanic population. Using factor analysis, we reduced a large number of items in two familism scores to four latent factors: "Financial Support for Family", "Obligation to Family", "Plan to Return", and "Filial Responsibility". We found that financial support for family and obligation to family are strongly endorsed by participants. Approximately one-half would return back to their home countries where they believe to be happier. One-fifth rejects this option. Three-quarters of participants remit money to family, parents in particular, who reside in countries of origin. In contrast to other studies, remitting money is not affected by any given personal characteristic such as gender, income or level of education. Similarly, participants remit irrespective of their degree of self-reported familism measured by scores on the latent factors. A large incidence of poverty among this population, lack of English proficiency, low skills, immigration status, and a lack of voice and political representation inhibit their social inclusion.

An effective method is offered which generate registering numbers by compressed image with embedded the personal characteristic information. To guarantee the ownership of software and the integrity of the data, under the installation procedure of the data, related registering numbers are produced which embedded the users some characteristic image information. Little difference between any two users' identification information can generate a big difference between the registering numbers.

The parameters of walking have been studied from the viewpoints of joint rotation and translation of body. The balance and symmetry of walking are indispensable features to understand for healthy walking, while also being a personal characteristic. However, quantification has not been easy to carry out in the case of the conventional gait parameters COG (center of gravity) and ZMP (zero moment point). In this approach, the CP (crossing point) is proposed to quantify the concept of symmetry and balance by comparing it to the COG and ZMP. The CP is estimated based on the intersection between the hip line and the ankle line. While the hip line is fixed on the upper body where the COG is, the ankle line is altered depending on the each footfall, where the ZMP is. Therefore, the values of COG, ZMP, and CP have similar or different tendencies in terms of whether balanced walking results in symmetry or not. The validity of this is verified by carrying out a simulation with robot walking, and an experiment using human walking. Through additional experiments, it was noticed that the CP was able to improve the role of COG and ZMP in terms of not only stability, but also its relationship with the movement range of the lower limbs.

The legitimacy of secessionist movements has emerged as an important debate, while the protection of minorities within a democracy has become merely of peripheral interest to international law. My project suggests that the advent of universalized (minority) rights re-conceptualized the majority-minority relationship and its balance, reducing the possibilities of political processes to balance the relationship. What was construed as a redress for dichotomous relationships between the oppressor and the oppressed through (the right to) self-determination, became a discourse between minority (identity) rights and a democratic entitlement, post-colonially. These norms universalized a demand to rethink minority protection, no longer from the perspective of advantaged and disadvantaged; rather, to introduce perspectives of individuals polarized around a personal characteristic in their identity thus establishing/reinforcing the inferiority of their identity within the hierarchy.
