The actual, feasible and simultaneously "correct" models of digital NSDI of Ukraine are considered in the work. A model of the existed digital NSDI system of Ukraine is named “actual”. This model already differs from the model defined by the [1]. As the latter is unlikely to be implemented in the near future, the issue of the digital feasible NSDI model of Ukraine in the next five years, which would take into account the actual model, is especially acute. In addition to feasibility, such a model must also be "correct", what is proposed in the article. The correct is called a model, the truth of which can be established by inductive or deductive reasoning. To do this, the correct model must be formalized enough so that everyone can verify the authors’ reasoning independently. Understanding both actual and correct models of NSDI of Ukraine will help to properly organize and develop actual Spatial Infrastructure Activities (SpIA) in Ukraine, including the real[1] implementation of the [1]. Although the results of the article call into question its feasibility and substantiate an alternative viewpoint on the automation problem of NGDI/NSDI/SpIA. However, we are convinced that it is still possible to change the alternative viewpoint to a cooperative one, if by means of by-laws the models of NGDI (Law), NSDI (article) and, finally, SpIA are agreed upon To prove the "correctness" of the feasible NSDI model, the theory of Relational cartography and its two main methods are used: Conceptual Frameworks and Solution Frameworks. Abstract. Urban infrastructure deals with various objects, such as multi-floor buildings, underground utilities, and other typical two-dimensional (2D) geographic information system (GIS) objects. Currently, Oman and Qatar authorities attempt to manage and handle all these spatial objects and features via spatial data infrastructure (SDI). Qatar has a long tradition of applying SDI, while Oman has made rapid progress in building SDI according to the current practices in this field. Governments in both countries work toward smart cities and e-government to meet the fourth industrial revolution requirements. Current literature, indicate that SDI could be considered a major building block for such smart initiatives in the near future. This paper describes the status and challenges of developing SDI (including 3D SDI) for Oman and Qatar. We anticipated these 2D and 3D SDI initiatives would eventually provide future direction for the smart city and e-government. The current status and challenges form major discussions of this paper. It also discusses 3D SDI development. This paper ends by describing a framework for implementing the 3D SDI. The outcomes could significantly improve the awareness for developing 3D SDI in Oman and Qatar.

COVID-19 has made a bad influence on economic and society including cultural and tourism industry in China,2020.The industry has received a huge loss in the first quarter of the year and the situation is getting worse in the near future. It is believed that there will be a long impact for the country even the world. In order to recover the industry, Chinese government has published series of policies to support the enterprises and clusters to reduce the bad influence of COVID-19. This paper mainly uses filed survey and documentary research to map the real situation of the industry. It tries to find the policy demand of the industries and then analyze the policies published by government to conquer COVID-19. Meanwhile it will focus on whether the supply meet the demand and give suggestions on how to promote the policy efficiency in the post period of COVID-19 in China. The production of official statistical and geospatial data is often in the hands of highly specialized public agencies that have traditionally followed their own paths and established their own production frameworks. In this article, we present the main frameworks of these two areas and focus on the possibility and need to achieve a better integration between them through the interoperability of systems, processes, and data. The statistical area is well led and has well-defined frameworks. The geospatial area does not have clear leadership and the large number of standards establish a framework that is not always obvious. On the other hand, the lack of a general and common legal framework is also highlighted. Additionally, three examples are offered: the first is the application of the spatial data quality model to the case of statistical data, the second of the application of the statistical process model to the geospatial case, and the third is the use of linked geospatial and statistical data. These examples demonstrate the possibility of transferring experiences/advances from one area to another. In this way, we emphasize the conceptual proximity of these two areas, highlighting synergies, gaps, and potential integration.

Fixtures, tools, and other assembly resources have an important role in the assembly of complex products, so it is very necessary to consider the interactive relationship between the resources model and the product model for assembly order planning in 3D environment. Firstly, the features of assembly process planning involved resources are analyzed. Secondly, the concept of the assembly process intention(AsmPI) is introduced,and an assembly process can be divided into an AsmPI sequence. Thirdly, based on the graph theory, a resource-involved assembly process model is built up. At last, setting a typical structure as an example, the validity of this modeling method is verified.

The available statistical data are analyzed to appraise the success of Canada's Pacific salmon fleet rationalization program, in terms of the extent to which it has prevented fishing costs from rising in pace with the value of the catch. It is found that while the fleet's revenues increased at about the same rate before and after the scheme was introduced in 1969, the real capital employed increased more slowly under the controls than earlier. The program has, nevertheless, failed in its purpose of preventing further expansion of redundant capital in the fleet. The reasons for this failure, and for certain apparent shifts in the structure of the fleet, are discussed.
