Goal: Consider the issue of the requirement for the upper structure of the track on high-speed railways in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Methods: For reliable operation, the rails must be sufficiently strong, durable, wearresistant, hard and at the same time not fragile, since they perceive the shock-dynamic load. The material for the rails is high-strength carbon steel. Results: One of the main features of a continuous welded track is that wellfixed rail strings cannot change their length when the temperature rises or falls. Because of this, significant longitudinal tensile or compressive forces arise in them, which in hot weather can lead to the ejection of the path to the side, and in severe frost - to a fracture of the lash with the formation of a dangerous gap. Practical significance: An analysis from an experimental study shows the use of a continuous-welded track is especially effective on sections of high-speed train traffic, where increased requirements are imposed on the upper structure of the track. Particular attention is paid to the prevention and elimination of wavy wear of the rolling surface of the rails, which is eliminated by grinding them with special rail-grinding trains. The developed techniques can be recommended for practical use.

Because of its advantages of high strength, good toughness and strong corrosion resistance capability, SMA490BW was access to a wide range of applications in bogie frame of high-speed train. Manual welding, single-wire automatic welding and double-wires automatic welding were used to weld plate butt joints of SMA490BW steel. The mechanical properties testing and microstructure observation were carried out. Results showed that the strength of welded joint and impact toughness could meet the design requirements with the above methods. Double-wires welding owned an outstanding advantages of saving energy and welding productivity in such the above methods which laid the foundation for application of double wires welding in bogie frame of high-speed train.

Train wheel hot bearing is the primary cause of cutting-axle fracture and severe hotbox accidents, which poses a great threat to the safety of railway transmission. It is necessary and vital to research and develop the technique of hot bearing detector and corresponding system for maintaining the reliable operation of railway system and meeting the requirement of high speed train. In this paper, based on advanced infrared array sensor, a train hot bearing detection system which adopts master-slaver mode, collects bearing temperature array data and uses Bayesian classifier for hotbox discrimination is established to monitor train wheel hot bearing and the detector itself. It provides possibility to improve the accuracy of hotbox alarm, display the waveform of bearing temperature on 3D and manage the bearing information on whole line.

High-speed train air-conditioning systems put forward higher request on the aspect of air uniformity and comfort. The use of orifice which can form a more uniform velocity and temperature field in the car can be widely applied to high-speed train air-conditioning system. The experimental study of the influence of several different factors (such as the opening rate, aperture, orifice plate thickness, etc.) in the research may provide a reference for the design choices of the orifice type.
