ABSTRACTThis service is carried out to solve the problems faced by students who study offline, not in the school area but in the villages where the students come from. This study monitored the evolution of psychologists' (n = 31) conceptions of suicide prevention over the 9-year course of the National Suicide Prevention Project in Finland and assessed the feasibility of the theoretical model for analyzing suicide prevention developed in earlier studies [ Upanne, 1999a , b ]. The study was formulated as a retrospective self-assessment where participants compared their earlier descriptions of suicide prevention with their current views. The changes in conceptions were analyzed and interpreted using both the model and the explanations given by the subjects themselves. The analysis proved the model to be a useful framework for revealing the essential features of prevention. The results showed that the freely-formulated ideas on prevention were more comprehensive than those evolved in practical work. Compared to the earlier findings, the conceptions among the group had shifted toward emphasizing a curative approach and the significance of individual risk factors. In particular, greater priority was focused on the acute suicide risk phase as a preventive target. Nonetheless, the overall structure of prevention ideology remained comprehensive and multifactorial, stressing multistage influencing. Promotive aims (protective factors) also remained part of the prevention paradigm. Practical working experiences enhanced the psychologists' sense of the difficulties of suicide prevention as well as their criticism and feeling of powerlessness.

In line with the competency-based curriculum at the University of Riau, the effort to improvelearning basic concepts of science 2 courses puts emphasis on understanding the concept ofmatter, which is based on students' learning activities through scientific inquiry.Implementation of action research consists of two cycles in PGSD JIP University of Riau onthe odd semester of 2013/2014 with 55 third semester students. Based on the research results, lecturing process by applying the model of inquiry learning, students’ activity increased inwhich in the first cycle all activities are good category except activity I and II are faircategory. Meanwhile students’ activity in first and fourth in cycle II is good category, andvery good category in second, third, fifth, and sixth activity. Temporarily student’s learningoutcomes increased from pre-tests with an average65.45 into 77,0 in daily test I and 77.45onthe daily test II. Improvement from initial data to the first cycle was 11.55, while the datafrom the beginning to the second cycle increased 12 points. In general the improvement ofstudents’learning is possible because the learning model used is inquiry learning so thatlearning becomes active which centered into students by presenting a problem, then studentsare asked to carry out a simple experiment using equipment and tools, using data, arrangingreports, communicating the results of observations based on concepts and learned principles. Keywords: Inquiry, students’ activity, learning outcomes.

Is it possible to speak of conceptual conjunctions between Fritz Morgenthaler and Jacques Lacan? This question is explored in relation to the practical work of an analyst as she engages with their – at once completely different and yet complementary – theoretical perspectives. Both emphasize the active, demanding-desiring position of the analyst while simultaneously refusing any metapsychologically oriented interpretive technique. Both criticize the normative, denigrating impetus of too much psychoanalytic thinking, especially in the context of developmental psychology and pathologizing doctrine. They warn against too-certain knowledge on the analyst's part. Both emphasize primary-process drive-strivings and the emancipatory possibilities of psychoanalysis – as they both also attend particularly to the formal aspects of the analysand's speech.

This study aims to determine the application of PjBL model based on simple props and critical thinking skills of students in the School Laboratory course. This research uses research type Pre-Experimental Design with sample of all students of semester II which programmed Laboratory School on even semester 2016/2017 in Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Papua. The results showed that the props designed by students 74.0% ± SD 4.2 or are in a good category. Assessment of practical worksheet covers the aspect of format, content, language/writing, and benefits/functions obtained 80.3% ± SD 7.4 or are in the very good category. Critical thinking skills of the students during the learning that is 66.7% ± SD 4.9 or are in a good category. Therefore the application of PjBL learning based on simple props can be used to develop critical thinking skills.

The purpose of this study is to create students’ worksheet based on characters through scientific approach of statistical fluid material, to examine the feasibility of worksheet according for experts, teachers and students, to investigate the effectiveness of the development of students' character and skills of the students in doing practical work after using worksheet. This research uses design R & D with model Dick and Carey. The research procedure includes four stages, which is analizing, designing, creating, and evaluating stage. The feasibility of worksheet was examined using a questionaire. Based on the result questionaire validity tested by the experts, the worksheet was declared to be valid and it is apliable to be used and tested,, whereas the response of the teachers and students about the worksheet, it stated that the worksheet categorized as a very good one. Meanwhile the data of character development and students skill on doing practical work that gained from the observation sheet. Analysis of the character development shows that the character of the students are in the category began to evolve become as a habit (culture of the students), while the influence of worksheet to the students’ skill on doing practical are in good criteria.
