The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Baznas Information Management System (SIMBA) at the National Amil Zakat Agency of Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by conducting observations and interviews. The role of Zakat Management Organizations (OPZ) is very important in optimizing the large zakat potential in Indonesia. A system built and developed for data and information storage purposes owned by BAZNAS nationally is the BAZNAS Information Management System (SIMBA). SIMBA is also equipped with a reporting printing feature which includes 88 different types of sub reports which are classified into 33 types of reports in 5 major groups. Being web-based, this system is centralized at the center so that it can be used by all zakat agencies or institutions throughout the archipelago without having to go through a complicated installation process. SIMBA also facilitates the presentation of financial reports of all zakat management activities which are summarized and presented in the Balance Sheet and other activity reports that are transparent and accountable to stakeholders and the government as a form of accountability for BAZNAS which has referred to PSAK 109. The results showed that BAZNAS Tanah District Datar has started implementing PSAK 109 through SIMBA since 2016 and has only been maximal in 2018. In its implementation, the obstacle faced by SIMBA operators is the operator's lack of understanding of zakat accounting.

Solo is one of the two Cities in Indonesia that received the highest award of District / City Worthy Children's implementation from President JokowiWidodo as the City of Eligible Children. The success of Solo to get the award of Decent Child's City can not be separated from the leadership FX.HadiRudyatmo as the Mayor of Solo. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know and explain the leadership of FX.HadiRudyatmo in realizing the Solo of Decent City, (2) To analyze and analyze the factors that make Solo Municipal Children's Favorite and (3) to know and analyze the actors who contribute greatly in Solo Kota Decent Children. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach that explains the results of research, assessment and other references reinforced by empirical data conducted through interviews and observation. The results showed that the leadership of FX.HadiRudyatmo in realizing the Decent City Solo is very democratic but the egosektoral among the Organization of Regional Devices in realizing the Solo Municipal Decent Children is still high and there are still problems that can not be resolved even though Solo gets the predicate Solo Kota Major Main is the number of children who exposed to HIV / AIDS is still high and the availability of child data information management system. Recommendations given to the Government are to build more intense communications and improve routine coordination among the Regional Device Organizations through scheduled meetings amongst the WTO, promoting socialization and education to all levels of society on HIV / AIDS as well as the creation of a web data base on child data.Keywords: Leadership, Head of Region, District / City Eligible Children

Main Challenge

The cladding industry has been experiencing a rapid development since two decades ago. The client’s requirements and architect’s ambition make the building cladding become more complex than ever before. The technical complexity calls for more comprehensive managerial techniques, especially information management. This paper proposes a web-based information management system, in which software package was developed and hardware incorporated. After establishing the framework initially, a main challenge, information sources, of this mechanism was discussed.
