The Second Rychinsky Readings took place on September 22, 2000 in Kremenets, with participation in the organization of their Ukrainian Association of Religious Studies, the UAOC, the Ternopil State Medical Academy, the Department of Religious Studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kremenets Medical College, and the Rivne Slavic Institute. Reading was noted as an important event in the national-cultural life of Ukraine in the scientific publication of A. Kolodny and O. Sagan A. Rychynsky's book "Problems of Ukrainian Religious Consciousness" (Ternopil, 2000 - 428 pages), the name of the scientist Kremenets Medical College, the output of a video about A. Rychynsky, an organized study of his creative heritage, and others

Under this name, on December 12-13, 1998, a scientific conference was held in Ternopil. Co-organizers of the conference were the Ukrainian Association of Religious Studies, the Office for Nationalities, Migration and Religions of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, the Ternopil State Medical Academy named after them. I.Gorbachevsky, Department of Religious Studies, Institute of Philosophy. G.S. Skovoroda, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kremenets State Medical College. The conference was held on the basis of the medical academy, whose rector was Prof. L.Kovalchuk has created all the necessary conditions for her fruitful work. The conference was congratulated by the vice-rector on the scientific work of the academy prof. M.Andreichin There were about 40 scientific reports and reports. The conference was attended by members of the Institute of Religious Studies at Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland).

In November of 1997, a letter from my professor AM came to my name. Hoodies from Ternopil Medical Academy named after. V.Ya. Gorbachevsky The letter mentioned that Arsen Richinsky was born in Kremenets'kyi, therefore the Department of Religious Studies at the Institute of Philosophy named after GS Pots of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine want to hold a scientific conference, whose participants should be taken immediately. Motivating that the conference should be carefully prepared, we agreed with scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to hold the first Rychinsky readings on the basis of the school in the spring of 1998.

The report is based on the first results of the study "The History of the Evangelical Christians-Baptists in Ukraine", carried out in 1994-1996 by the joint efforts of the Department of Religious Studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Odessa Theological Seminary of Evangelical Christian Baptists. A large-scale description and research of archival sources on the history of evangelical movements in our country gave the first experience of fruitful cooperation between secular and church researchers.

Coordination Council for the writing of dissertations on religious studies, which, in coordination with the Department of History, Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, operates at the Department of Religious Studies of the IF of the National Academy of Sciences (headed by Prof. P. Yarotsky), is called together with the dissertations and their scientific leaders to coordinate the name and concept of the dissertations. , to certify the relevance of their topic, to prevent (to warn) the duplication of research work, and at the same time, thematic discrimidation or denominational engagement (assertion) of scientific research. The council can organize scientific advising a search engineer, provide him with assistance in selecting literature on the subject of research, and so on. Actual for each search engineer is to search the place of publication of a certain MES number of scientific articles, in particular in foreign publications. The Department of Religious Studies is working on the publication of possible editions for dissertation articles not only in Ukraine but also abroad, including our Ukrainian Religious Studies Quarterly to scientific-methodical publications.

By the decree of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine of 08.02.1996. Approved composition of the Specialized Academic Council D. 01.25.05 on specialty 05.00.11 - Religious studies. The Council was established at the Department of Religious Studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Being the only one in Ukraine on its profile, it is the main link in the system of certification of scientific personnel of the highest qualification in this specialty.
