This study aims to determine the role of religiosity as mediation in the relationship between online transactions and customer satisfaction and loyalty in Sharia banking in the Jakarta area. The population of this research is all sharia banking customers in Jakarta. The number of samples in this study was 175 Sharia banking customers in Jakarta by sampling purposive sampling method. The data processing method used is Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed: 1) there is no effect of failure on the experience of online transactions in Sharia banking; 2) there is an effect of service recovery on the customer experience of online transactions in Sharia banking; 3) there is an influence of customer experience on customer satisfaction in online transactions in Sharia banking; 4) there is an effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty using online transactions in Sharia banking; 5) customer religiosity moderates between customer experience to satisfaction using online transactions; 6) Customer religiosity moderates the satisfaction of customer loyalty using online transactions in Sharia banking.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer experience to customer satisfaction and loyalty PT Meratus. The population in this study are customers of PT Meratus by the number of 80 customers. Methods of data collection is done by providing a list of questions or the questionnaire respondents who are customers of PT Meratus, where questionnaires were distributed to such subscribers. This study uses data analysis tool which Partial Least Square (PLS), then this study using structural equation modeling analysis method or path analysis to determine the causal relationship between the latent variables contained in the structural equation. While testing the hypothesis tested boost strap resampling method developed by Geisser and Stone. Statistical test used statistical test t or t test, with statistical hypothesis. The tools used in processing the data using PLS Smart program. The results of this study indicate that 1) customer experience influence positive and significant to customer satisfaction, 2)) customer experience influence positive and significant customer loyalty, 3) customer value effect on positive and significant to customer satisfaction, 4) customer value effect positive but are not with significant customer loyalty, 5) customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to advance research on the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty by exploring the serially mediating roles of brand equity and customer satisfaction and the moderating roles of age, gender, education and family income in the retail banking industry. Design/methodology/approach A total of 500 responses of retail banking customers were used to test the model using the partial least squares structural equation modeling approach. Advanced statistical techniques, such as importance-performance map analysis and a joint application of FIMIX-PLS and PLS-POS, were used to gain new insights. Findings The study highlighted that the relationship between customer experience and loyalty is serially mediated by brand equity and customer satisfaction. Age, gender and education were found to be significant moderators in the customer experience–loyalty relationship. Age and gender were found to be significant moderators in the brand equity–loyalty relationship. Practical implications The study strongly suggests that practitioners not only focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences but also on providing leverage brand equity and satisfaction to build customer loyalty. Practitioners should focus on training their front-line employees to improve the quality of their behavior and relations with customers and thereby build customer loyalty. Originality/value To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study to explore the mediating role of several variables sequentially and the moderating role of customer demographics in the customer experience–customer loyalty relationship.

Pertumbuhan tingkat penjualan ritel di Indonesia bernilai negatif selama satu tahun terakhir. Berbagai fenomena yang terjadi akibat pandemi yang sudah berlangsung sejak tahun 2020 menyebabkan penurunan tersebut, seperti pengurangan gaji dan pemutusan hubungan kerja yang berdampak terhadap penurunan daya beli masyarakat, sehingga menghambat kinerja perusahaan ritel. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan ritel perlu memperbaiki kinerjanya dengan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan yang merupakan sebuah upaya untuk mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah 1) pengalaman pelanggan dapat memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan. 2) kualitas pelayanan dapat memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan. 3) pengalaman pelanggan dapat memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan. 4) kualitas pelayanan dapat memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan. 5) kepuasan pelanggan dapat memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan. 6) kepuasan pelaggan memediasi prediksi pengalaman pelanggan pada loyalitas pelanggan. 7) kepuasan pelanggan memediasi prediksi kualitas pelayanan pada loyalitas pelanggan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yang berupa teknik convenience sampling pada 200 responden dan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan untuk memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan, pengalaman pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan untuk memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan memediasi prediksi pengalaman pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan pada loyalitas pelanggan.  Retail’s sales-growth in Indonesia has been decreasing since last year. Various phenomenons which are caused by the pandemic that has been happening since 2020 has caused the decrease, such as reduction in salary and laid off that resulted in reducing purchasing power which then obstruct retail firm’s performance. Therefore, retail firms should improve their performance by increasing customer loyalty which is an attempt to retain existing customers. This research aimed to examine whether 1) customer experience can predict customer satisfaction.  2) service quality can predict customer satisfaction. 3) customer experience can predict customer loyalty. 4) service quality can predict customer loyalty. 5) customer satisfaction can predict customer loyalty. 6) customer satisfaction mediates the prediction customer experience on customer loyalty. 7) customer satisfaction mediates the prediction service quality on customer loyalty. The sample of this study was selected by using the non-probability sampling method, which is convenience sampling method, with a total amount of 200 respondents and Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was conducted for the hypotheses testing. The findings of this study illustrate that customer experience and service quality has significant effect to predict customer satisfaction, customer experience has significant effect to predict customer loyalty, service quality has not significant effect to predict customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has significant effect to predict customer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates the prediction of customer experience and service quality on customer loyalty.

This paper presents the results of an empirical study on the relationship between service recovery quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty in Vietnam’s e-retailing. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is applied to analyze the data collected from experienced customers in online shopping in Vietnam from November 2018 to March 2019. The results of statistical analysis indicate that interactive fairness, outcome fairness, procedural fairness significantly impact on customer satisfaction which then increases customer loyalty. This study suggests that customer’s ability to locate and interact with technical support on a website and how a company treats the customer would significantly decide satisfaction and loyalty from customer. E-retailers in developing economies should consider service recovery process as the opportunity to gain customers’ purchase intentions.

To know clearly about customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Telkomsel in KediriTown of East Java, this research focused on the models of customer’s satisfaction andloyalty increase based on customer trust, and product prices. From the testing results ofthe model in this research, by using random sampling, structural equation modeling (SEM)analysis, and the assistance of software Amos 20, on 150 respondents, it was able toexplain the relationship between trust, price, and customer satisfaction on the customerloyalty in PT. Telkomsel in Kediri Town of East Java. In this research, it was obtained astrong influence of customer trust and satisfaction, amounting to 0.429, and a stronginfluence between customer satisfaction and loyalty, that is of 0.233, it showed that, withthe rising customer trust, it will increase customer satisfaction, which in turn raise theloyalty of PT. Telkomsel customers.In this study, it also found the negative effects of price and customer satisfaction,amounting to -0.089, and the strong influence of negative between price and loyalty ofcustomers, that is of -0.406, this case indicated that, with the rising of product prices, itwill lower customer satisfaction, which further lowers the loyalty of PT. The notion of customer loyalty as an efective marketing strategy in fecing keen competition has been identified. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer satisfaction and switching costs as mediator on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The research population is all banking deposit customers of Nagari Bank Main Branch Padang while the numbers of usable samples were 117 respondents. In order to test hypotheses, this study performs SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results of analysis displayed that the strongest effect of service was found on switching costs compared to customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, customer satifcation and switching costs were proven as determinants of customer loyalty, and they also were found as mediator on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty.The research findings provided some practical contributions that in order to enhancing customer loyalty future, it was suggested to increase customer satisfaction as well switching costs through creating the best service quality. This study investigates the relationships between service quality determinants namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, competency, courtesy and credibility, with customer satisfaction and loyalty in the context of Malaysian hypermarkets. The paper also investigates the mediating role of customer satisfaction and also determines whether location (from the strategic perspective) plays a significant moderating role in the customer satisfaction-customer loyalty linkage. The findings suggest that service quality has significant relationships with  customer satisfaction and customer loyalty measures. The result indicates that three service quality determinants specifically tangibles, courtesy and credibility demonstrate high associations with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The result suggests that customer satisfaction has significant mediating role in the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. In addition, location moderates the linkage between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in both directions. The findings suggest that a more strategic location of a hypermarket can strengthen the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

This article examines how customer engagement influences customer satisfaction, experience, trust, and loyalty in the context of mobile banking as well as the role of customer experience and trust as mediating variables in customer engagement with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. For these purposes, a conceptual framework based on the content analysis of the previous studies was developed. The data for this research were collected from 406 customers using mobile banking services in Jordan. The responses are verified using structural equation modelling. Customer engagement positively influences customer trust and experience, while the impact of customer engagement on customer satisfaction and loyalty is partially mediated by customer trust. The study findings may aid future researchers in their quest in understanding the inherent relationships that lie between the constructs' questions and may provide a platform for banking managers in their efforts to improve their online banking customers satisfaction.

Currently, Indonesia has a 265 million population in which more than one-third of the population is the modern generation who are more likely to have a preference for something that simple and practical like taking a meal in the restaurant. Bogor is one of the cities generally known for its culinary varieties. Waroeng Hotplate Odon is one of them which uniquely serves dishes, which uses hot plates and has a spiciness level and its sales experienced a downward trend due to high competition among the restaurants. This research aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix consist of 7P variables which are: product, promotion, place, price, people, process and physical evidence towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Waroeng Hotplate Odon restaurant. The sample of the research is 393 people who visited Waroeng Hotplate Odon restaurant. The sampling method applied in this study is purposive sampling using a questionnaire distributed to Waroeng Hotplate Odon visitors. The structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method is used to analyze the data. This research showed that 4 variables affect customer satisfaction and loyalty of Waroeng Hotplate Odon visitors, which are price, process and physical evidence. The satisfaction variable has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, which is reflected by consumers' willingness to make repeat purchases and recommend restaurants to other parties. In general, respondents feel satisfied and loyal to the restaurant. Based on the result of the study, the following strategies to increase customer loyalty of Waroeng Hotplate Odon are improving the quality of flavour, spiciness level, variety of the menu, offering menu with more affordable prices, improving restaurant’s layout and parking spaces, and implementing a service system based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
