Sistem Informasi Pengendalian Persediaan Barang Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)

The system that is currently running in recording inventory at PT Berlina Tbk Tangerang is considered ineffective and efficient because it still uses paper and the process of inputting and recapping goods data is semi-computerized in Microsoft Excel. which causes problems, namely too much stock of goods so that it increases the load in the warehouse and too little stock of goods which results in an exhaustion of stock in the warehouse. To solve this problem, we need an inventory control information system. The method of analysis uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. For the system design process using sublime as the writing language and programming PHP, and XAMPP as localhost, the database uses MySQL. This study aims to design an inventory control system in the HRD department at PT Berlina Tbk Tangerang, and to make it easier for the HRD Department to input and create inventory reports. With this research, it can produce an inventory control system design that is more effective and efficient and can find out the storage costs in the warehouse. From the calculation of the EOQ method, it is found that it is 20% smaller than the previous storage and the total cost of ordering in a year is 2x orders. Thus, it means that there is a very real difference between the inventory policies implemented by the company and the EOQ method.

This research aims to analyze raw material inventory at UD. Mie Steven. This research was conducted for four months from January to April 2017. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with the company, while secondary data obtained from data that has been compiled in the form of documents from the company, data from BPS, previous research or from the internet. The data is processed using EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. The result of the research is known that the policy of raw material inventory control is done by UD. Mie Steven is not efficient yet. This is shown by the company's inventory cost is bigger than the result of analysis using EOQ method is 6,693 Kg with total cost of economical inventory Rp.11.325.500.

This research aims determine the effectiveness of merchandise inventory control system at CV. Berkat Abadi Solo by using the method of economic order quantity, reoder point and safety stock. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data analytical technique by using descriptive quantitative. The methods used in this research were economic order quantity, reoder point dan safety stock. The results of this study can be concluded that the control effectiveness inventory of merchandise at CV. Berkat Abadi Solo reviewed from the economic order quantity, reoder point dan safety stock method was still not achieved.

The research discusses how To Compare Inventory Control Analysis With Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method and Just In Time (JIT) Method To Minimize Inventory Costs At UD. Melati Jaya. This study discusses a comparative analysis of the Economic Order Quantity method and the Just In Time method to minimize inventory costs at UD. Jasmine jaya. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method with comparative research that compares the Econimic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with the Just In Time (JIT) method to the cost efficiency at UD. Melati Jaya. The analysis results from the comparative calculation of inventory control show that the Just In Time Inventory Control method is more appropriate to be applied to Ud. Melati Jaya because the total cost of the inventory is smaller than the total cost of the inventory when using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.

Inventory control is a very important issue. It is because the amount of inventory will determine or affect the smoothness of the production process as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. PT Semen Padang is a manufacturing company that produces 10,400,000 tons of cement per year. The achievement of the cement production target at this company depends on the availability of raw materials needed in the cement production process itself. Gypsum is an additional material of the cement production process which is very important because it is a raw material that must exist in the process of making cement. So, if the inventory of gypsum cannot meet the needs of production, then the production process of cement making will be disrupted. PT Semen Padang is using the Min-Max method for inventory control. But the costs are quite high. The cost of inventory can be minimized by using another method such as EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). The conclusions of this research are in 2016 by using EOQ method, the optimal order quantity is 32,073 ton per order, and the frequency is 9 times in a year with total cost Rp. 4,757,673,813.48, and in 2017, the optimal order quantity is 34,856 tons per order and the frequency is 9 times in a year with total cost Rp. 9,694,805,608.36.

Pizzahut Setiabudi Semarang is a middle class restaurant in Indonesia that serves pizza, pasta and also various kinds of food. The process of recording stock inventories at Pizzahut Setiabudi currently still uses manual recording on books, both incoming and outgoing materials. In addition, the procurement process for raw material stock only uses estimates, this can lead to excess stock in the warehouse or actually experience a stock shortage which can later hamper the operational process of the business. In this research, we build a raw material inventory control system to help restaurants manage material stock data using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. EOQ is a method used to optimize the purchase of raw materials that can reduce inventory costs so that the efficiency of material inventory in the company can run well.

Problems that often occur in the trading business include excess merchandise inventory and insufficient merchandise inventory. In overcoming these problems, inventory management is needed to analyze the optimum level of inventory. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method can answer the problems that are often experienced by these trading businesses. The total cost of merchandise inventory according to UD. Benget Do is IDR 83,644,065, - while according to the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, it is IDR 34,345,694.93. It is proven that the number of orders is more optimal with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with savings in inventory costs of 41% of company costs.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) pada perancangan aplikasi inventory control system untuk mengendalikan persediaan barang pada studi kasus di Bagian Gudang Sudin Damkar wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan adanya berbagai permasalahan pengendalian persediaan, seperti: pengendalian persediaan yang tidak ekonomis, stok yang tidak aman, serta pemesanan  kembali yang sulit. Kemudian, untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dalam pengendalian persediaan ini, perlu menerapkan metode EOQ dalam aplikasi sistem kontrol persediaan. Perancangan aplikasi sistem dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML).Hasil penelitian produk terapan ini  adalah suatu aplikasi sistem yang mempermudah para pengguna sistem untuk dapat mengendalikan persediaan yang dimiliki dengan cepat, mudah dan akurat dan menghasilkan suatu laporan secara grafis yang sangat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi sistem ini diharapkan akan menjadi alat yang sangat berguna untuk pengendalian persediaan secara optimal.
