Acute stroke is an infrequent disease of pediatric age group patients. MoyaMoya is a rare cerebro vascular disease of unknown etiology. We report a case of 14-year-old male child who presented with right-sided hemiplegia and diagnosed as a MoyaMoya disease. MoyaMoya disease is rare, but important as a cause of cerebral stroke in children. Cerebral revascularization surgery leads to favorable outcome. Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology. It is localized to the colon and spares the upper gastrointestinal tract. Ulcerative colitis can occur at any age, the peak incidence is among the age group 15-25 years and in 55-65 years. The first pediatric case was reported by Helmholz. The purpose of reporting this case of 17 year old girl with ulcerative colitis who presented with severe anemia is, to not only create awareness of ulcerative colitis among pediatric age group but also to discuss the challenges facing the diagnosis and management of the disease in a developing country like India.

Transverse sacral fracture is a rare entity in the pediatric age group, primarily resulting from a fall from height. This case report stresses the importance of proper neurological assessment, adequate imaging and highlights different modalities of management of this fracture. We report a case of a 13-year-old child with type III Roy-Camille sacral fracture with associated bladder and bowel dysfunction. The patient underwent spinopelvic fixation and decompression of the sacral canal. The patient partially regained bowel and urinary function and had improved motor function after three months of follow-up. Operative management is generally advocated for such fractures. Schwannomas of the paranasal sinus are uncommon. Less than 4% of schwannomas involve the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, even less in the pediatric age group. A case of schwannoma arising in maxillary sinus in a 2.5-year-old Chinese boy is reported. The basis for discussion of this case is the exceptional rarity of sinonasal schwannoma in pediatric patients.

Febrile Ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann disease is a rare and potentially fatal variant of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta and is characterized by high fever, constitutional symptoms, and acute oncet of ulceronecrotic lesions. We present an 11-year-old male with Febrile Ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann disease who was cured with methotrexate and review the use of methotrexate for this disorder in the pediatric age group with the relevant literature.

Intussusception in the pediatric age group is usually idiopathic in origin, and in a small number of patients ranging from 2% to 12%, a pathological lesion as a leading point is identifiable. Of the variety of pathologcial lesions identified as leading points for intussusception, Meckel’s diverticulum is the most common but very rarely, isolated heterotopic pancreas is found within it.This is a case report of intussusception in an infant caused by an isolated heterotopic pancreas of the Meckel’s diverticulum. Foreign body lodgement in external auditory canal in pediatric age group is a common problem encountered by Otolaryngologists in emergency as well as in outpatient department.  A case report of swollen seed found in external auditory canal in right ear, of a 6-year-old boy out of poverty, neglect and unavailable ENT consultant OPD due to lockdown for the serious pandemic condition.
