The aims of the research were to examine the influence of self efficacy, employee engagement, servant leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior  on educational staffs’ job performance. The research problem was how to increase the job performance of educational staffs through self efficacy, employee engagement, servant leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the Private Higher Education in Purwokerto by the member of respondents was 150 which was determined by employing cluster random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing a questionnaire.  Processing data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by the software Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The result of analysis could be summarized as follows: Self efficacy, employee engagement, servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly influenced to the job performance of staffs education. Implication of the findings indicated that to increase staffs education’ job performance, the management should more increase self efficacy, employee engagement, servant leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior.

The performance of the employees and productivity of each individual, in general, have been badly affected because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizational citizenship behavior is regarded as an interpretation of the performance of the employee which is essential to contribute more to the organization’s processes and success. Therefore, to increase the organizational effectiveness and achieve its goals, it is crucial to understand the factors affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees. This study aims to examine the impact of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of employee engagement and affective commitment. To collect the data for this study, a linear snowball sampling method was used, and 380 foreign employees working in different service companies in Hungary participated in the survey. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study revealed that perceived organizational support positively associated with organizational citizenship behavior and this relationship is also strongly mediated by employee engagement. On the other hand, employee engagement and affective commitment pose a direct positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has theoretical and practical implications as it will provide a comprehensive framework to better understand the factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees.

Many companies in this era of openness and globalization offer products and services with relatively the same characteristics. This condition creates increasingly high competition in the business world, causing the business world to become very competitive, a business climate that is always changing and uncertain . This study analyzes the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables in Mandiri Inhealth companies. Determination of the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling method . The sample in the study amounted to at least 154 respondents but collected 206 respondents were analyzed usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee engagement , there is a direct effect on employee engagement on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior , there is a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, there is no indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through employee engagement mediation , there is an indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to investigate the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge-sharing behavior. It further explores servant leadership for its potential mediation of work engagement and moderation of self-efficacy in organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge-sharing behavior. Time-lagged data was collected from 264 respondents from Pakistan’s banking sector via convenience sampling. The relationships between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership and knowledge-sharing behavior were analyzed through partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results of this analysis reveals that the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge-sharing behavior is significant in that work engagement acts as a mediator, and follower’s self-efficacy plays the role of moderator. Based upon social exchange theory, the study supports that servant leadership increases citizenship and knowledge-sharing behavior. In addition, the study provides an understanding of how servant leadership mediates work engagement for pragmatic synergetic outcomes in a Pakistani context. The study’s implications and limitations are also discussed, and suggestions for future research are noted.

Communication is the performance and interpretation of messages between communication units that are part of a particular organization. Employee engagement is the degree to which people are known from their work, actively participate in them, and consider their achievements important to self-esteem. Organizational citizenship behavior is an optional behavior that is not part of an employee's formal work obligations, but supports the functioning of the organization effectively. Employee performance is the work quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out his function in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of communication and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The sample in this study were 62 employees. Data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis based on component or variance, namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study stated that the communication variable had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while employee engagement had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while employee engagement does not affect employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

PurposeMechanisms behind employees’ pro-environmental behaviors have increasingly been attracting scholarly attention. The purpose of this study is to examine how environmentally specific servant leadership contributes to employees’ organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (employee OCBE).Design/methodology/approachIn this research, employees from resort hotels in Central Vietnam were selected as participants. The data analysis was conducted through structural equation modeling and bootstrapping test.FindingsEnvironmentally specific servant leadership exhibited the positive association with employee OCBE through employee environmental engagement as a mediator. Two moderation mechanisms – organizational support for green behaviors and person-group fit – were also found to serve as enhancers for the effect of environmentally specific servant leadership on employee OCBE.Practical implicationsThe research results provide hospitality organizations with a premise for the focus of servant leadership and organizational support around pro-environmental values. It is also vital for practitioners to build the fit between employees and the organization’s pro-environmental values so as to further promote their positive reaction to environmentally specific servant leadership and engagement in pro-environmental behaviors.Originality/valueThe present study marks the confluence between environmentally specific servant leadership and employee OCBE research streams and provides a moderated mediation mechanism to shed light on such a relationship.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

Drawing on the theory of conservation of resources (COR), the purpose of this study is to examine the mechanisms through which employee organizational citizenship behavior and job performance are affected by positive psychological status at work. Structural equation modeling was applied to analyze the data collected from 543 police officers in Northern Taiwan. The empirical results reveal that organizational psychological ownership positively associated with psychological capital, and psychological capital positively associated with both job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, this study demonstrates that the relationship between organizational psychological ownership and job performance and organizational citizenship behavior are both fully mediated by psychological capital. Organizational psychological ownership and psychological capital are both positive psychological strengths to assist employees facing stressful work circumstances. The importance of examining the relationship between the components of organizational psychological ownership, psychological capital, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior is pointed out due to the importance of organizations promoting the development of psychological resources to promote sustainable positive behavior and results in the workplace.

This research aims to study the direct and indirect influence of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior transmitted through employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and to examine employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction as partial or full mediators. The study samples were 400 employees in the automobile parts manufacturing industry. The study instruments used by previous researchers were applied and back translation was conducted on all questionnaire items. Content validity and reliability was then tested prior to using them for data collection. Direct and indirect influences and mediators were analyzed with the Hayes Model 81 using the PROCESS Program. Results revealed that self-efficacy had a direct influence on organizational citizenship behavior with statistical significance, with an indirect influence transmitted through employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction functioned as partial mediators between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior with statistical significance. The model was based on the theory of self-efficacy to express organizational citizenship behavior. However, the study results showed that employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction play roles as mediators in transmission of effective organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, these mediators are important factors that can accurately explain organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aimed to study the influences of justice and trust on the organizational citizenship behavior. The questionnaire respondents were the workers at Rajamangala University of Technology. Data analysis was done through structural equation modeling to test the purpose model and compare between the groups via multiple groups analysis approach. It was found that justice and trust have a positive statistical significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, justice has a positive statistical significant influence on trust. Generation X and Generation Y differently perceive the influences of justice and trust on organizational citizenship behavior. Generation X paid attention to the influence of justice on the organizational citizenship behavior while generation Y paid attention to the influence of trust on justice, the chief will implement justice in the organization for both generations to build trust in the chief and the organization. This would lead to future achievements in the organization.

Cultural intelligence is an individual’s ability to recognize, understand, and adapt to cross-cultural contexts in order to change his or her self-capacity. Hence, this study explores the relationship between cultural intelligence and interpersonal communication, psychological capital (PsyCap), and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among teachers in Indonesia and investigates the possibility of finding relevant new models. A Likert questionnaire was used to collect research data. The research participants included 450 Indonesian junior high school teachers selected by accidental sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis, supported by descriptive statistics and correlational matrices. The results indicate that cultural intelligence is significantly related to teachers’ interpersonal communication, PsyCap, and OCB. Additionally, this study also produces a new model regarding the relationship between cultural intelligence and a teacher’s OCB, mediated by interpersonal communication and PsyCap. Therefore, researchers and practitioners can discuss and adopt a new empirical model to increase cultural intelligence.
