Technology is rapidly advancing and every aspect of life is being digitalized. Since technology has made life much better and easier, so organizations, such as businesses, industries, companies and educational institutes, etc., are using it. Despite the many benefits of technology, several risks and serious threats, called cyberattacks, are associated with it. The method of neutralizing these cyberattacks is known as cybersecurity. Sometimes, there are uncertainties in recognizing a cyberattack and nullifying its effects using righteous cybersecurity. For that reason, this article introduces interval-valued complex intuitionistic fuzzy relations (IVCIFRs). For the first time in the theory of fuzzy sets, we investigated the relationships among different types of cybersecurity and the sources of cyberattacks. Moreover, the Hasse diagram for the interval-valued complex intuitionistic partial order set and relation is defined. The concepts of the Hasse diagram are used to inspect different cybersecurity techniques and practices. Then, using the properties of Hasse diagrams, the most beneficial technique is identified. Furthermore, the best possible selection of types of cybersecurity is made after putting some restrictions on the selection. Lastly, the advantages of the proposed methods are illuminated through comparison tests.

One of the main objectives of Industry 4.0 (I4.0) is to generate new opportunities based on the convergence of traditionally isolated technologies such as industrial control systems (ICSs) and information and communication technology (ICT). This presents new opportunities to take advantage of ICT technologies to develop new applications and services related to industrial processes. However, there are a variety of requirements and constraints that must be addressed for the attainment of this purpose. Moreover, the large amount of existing technologies and tools that can cope with these requirements makes the definition and selection of a solution a cumbersome task for traditional industrial workers with a non-ICT focused background. This chapter analyses and describes the main requirements and technologies required to provide a data-based Industry 4.0 solution.

Cross-dock has been a novel logistic approach to effectively consolidate and distribute multiple products in logistics networks. Location selection of cross-docking centers is a decision problem under different conflicting criteria. The decision has a vital part in the strategic design of distribution networks in logistics management. Conventional methods for the location selection of cross-docking centers are insufficient for handling uncertainties in Decision-Makers (DMs) or experts’ opinions. This study presents a modern Multi-Criteria Group Decision-Making (MCGDM) model, which applies the concept of compromise solution under uncertainty. To address uncertainty, Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IVIF) sets are used. In this paper, first an IVIF-weighted arithmetic averaging (IVIF-WAA) operator is used in order to aggregate all IVIF-decision matrices, which were made by a team of the DMs into final IVIF-decision matrix. Then, a new Collective Index (CI) is developed that simultaneously regards distances of cross-docking centers as candidates from the IVIF-ideal points. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of proposed MCGDM model is illustrated with an application example on location choices of cross-docking centers to the logistics network design.

The question of providing financial assistance to women of clerical rank in the Tobolsk diocese in the 1820—1830s is considered. The results of a comparative analysis of the stages and terms of office work on this issue before and after the opening of the Tobolsk guardianship of the poor are presented. Particular attention is paid to the examination of the petition documents that were compiled in the Tobolsk spiritual consistory from the words of women of clerical rank who applied for financial assistance to the Tobolsk archbishop during this period. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that the issue under consideration is being studied for the first time on the basis of documents of the Tobolsk spiritual consistory. The documents stored in the State Archives in the city of Tobolsk testify to the existence of a certain algorithm for recording a request, two different established procedures for conducting cases on the charity of female clergymen before and after 1823. The criteria, by which the selection of requests was carried out among the many requests for assistance, were identified. Criteria have been established for choosing between two types of salary — a guardianship allowance and a ten-ruble poorhouse salary. The reasons for the complete denial of support are also named.
